We had an excellent experience at the RIU. From the moment we arrived, the service was great. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful, the housekeeping team kept everything spotless, and the entertainment staff did a fantastic job creating a fun atmosphere throughout our stay. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety of options available throughout our stay. Our wait staff, especially Christine, provided outstanding service. While the rooms are a little dated, they were very clean and the beds were comfortable, making for a pleasant stay. The beach was kept clean and tidy each day, and there were plenty of chairs available, which was a nice bonus. The towel card system seemed unnecessary, but it was not an issue. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and would definitely return in the future. Highly recommended!

Overall the service is great except please be mindful to put all valuable/sentimental items in your safe when you aren't in your room as I learned the hard way! Security seems to have done an investigation, but since the staff who accessed my room denied having it, there seems as if nothing else will be done. Damper to an otherwise great vacation! The rooms are a bit dated, location is great and besides the theif who entered my room, no complaints.

ROACHES BEWARE!!! When it comes to the resort i would give them a 3/5 The service was great when it came to dining, all the workers were very promt & polite. The resort is about 6 minutes away from the airport and is near a shopping center which makes it very convenient. Now when it comes to the rooms , we were highly disappointed, the furniture looks like its from the early 2000s. Our room had no comforter , only sheets! We also seen a COCKROACH in our room. The front desk said they were going to have our room sprayed but that never happened. On the last day of our trip i also seen about 8 ROACHES (no lie no exaggeration)in the bar & food area! Very disgusting 🤢 (pictures & videos included) The resort also offers free shuttle service. The shuttle service was NEVER available forcing us to use the taxi service that they have on site. The taxi drivers were talking amongst themselves in our face about how they didnt want to take us to the shopping center across the street (rude in my opinion) when one worker finally did give us a ride across the street he charged us $20 USD just taking advantage of tourists. They barely play any raggae music , mainly American music If it wasn’t for the roach activity i would stay here again.

We had an absolutely awesome weekend at Riu Palace Jamaica! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was 100%. Big up to Shelleen and the other gentleman whose name I unfortunately can’t remember, as well as our amazing waiter, waitress, and bartender Ray. You all made our experience even more enjoyable! The food was okay and there was room for improvement in that area, but honestly, the customer service made up for it. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made us feel well taken care of. A huge thank you to the staff who went above and beyond to make our weekend special. We definitely appreciated the hospitality and good vibes. ❤️🇯🇲 Customer service: 100/100! 👏🏾👏🏾 Would definitely recommend Riu Palace Jamaica for the experience and, most importantly, the amazing staff!

It was my lady 40th birthday and I'm so glad we chose Riu Palace Jamaica! The Vibe the Weather the Drinks the service the parties the food. There isn't anything I can complain about. And my lady got a surprise birthday serenade at breakfast And also at the steakhouse for her birthday dinner. We took sunset pictures, and I commend the camera man for battling the mosquitoes too get the best shots. She and I loved our visit did not want to leave. But we will be back.

Arrived home yesterday 20.6.26 from the Rui Palace. Our stay was amazing from the food to the different restaurants, my favourite steakhouse and Zen. Our server Christina in the main buffet restaurant looked after us breakfast and lunch times and was lovely. Astro needs to take his singing to the next level he was amazing!!!! Staff from cleaners, reception and bar staff were so accommodating. Definately made the better choice compared to Reggae hotel and Montego Bay hotel both next door. Entertainment team were really good too and very friendly. First time in a Rui hotel will Definately be staying in more. Planes were Definately not an issue at all. Will hopefully go back to Rui Palace too after the renovation just to be nosey lol. And obviously to hve another chilled and relaxed holiday 😍
