We stayed for a week and in general it was ok for the price. The location is good, because it is only a few minutes walk from the next vaporetto station and the people mover train. The hotel is very clean and room service is doing a great job. Rooms could be a little bigger but the bathroom has a good size. Everything looks very tidy and modern but the interior design is also functional, so you will quickly find a place where to put your belongings. Unfortunately breakfast was quite disappointing for us since there was mainly very sweet sugary stuff and too few healthy alternatives like fresh fruits. Same for the fruit juices. One fresh orange juice or something would have been nice. Choice of bread was not that good as well. The baguette never really tasted fresh and the only alternative was simple toast. Also, even though the hotel is quite new, the rooms are not very well insulated against noise from outside or from the hallway. In the evening you could hear the music from the roof top bar quite loud in our room. We actually heard if someone was just talking a bit louder on ground level outside even though our room was on 3rd floor. We also tried the restaurant and roof top bar once but the quality was not as good as we hoped and prices were a too high for that. Especially for the roof top bar. It seemed a bit like the hotel intended to sell a 5-star service even though it’s not a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, it must be said that the staff was always very friendly and thereby created a positive atmosphere.

Ubytování na kraji Benatek. Stredni cenova kategorie. Sluzby spise zakladni. Dostal jsem udajny upgrade pokoje, ale rozdíl nezaznamenal. V pokoji jen to zakladni - zadna voda zdarma, zadny kavovar, jen prazdny minibar - sprchova hlavice ma velmi nizky tlak. Automat na napoje u recepce nefunguje - poslou vas do restaurace koupit si jeste drazsi piti, zadna omluva ani nahrada. V okoli žádný obchod. Snidane ok. V hotelu nejspis neni zadna posilovna ani jine vyziti, takze spise na prespani a rychle pryc. Za 100 euro na noc je to za me malo.

Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto und super Tiefgarage (29€ für 24 Std Parken). Frühstück ist einfach aber gut für den Preis. Hätten uns mehr Obst gewünscht. Zimmer sind groß und schön aber bereits mit Gebrauchsspuren, obwohl das Hotel wohl erst 1 Jahr alt ist. Sehr Einfach von dort mit dem Wasserbus ganz Venedig zu erkunden. Preis-Leistung würde ich mit sehr gut Bewerten.

The room was very basic and lacked amenities - which is acceptable. Note the hotel has wifi issues and there was a full outage for the full day we arrived. The location is great for access to the city and to the airport. The breakfast was good as well. However, this is the first time I've ever encountered a hotel charging their patrons for temporarily storing their luggage - not to mention it was €5 per luggage. Considering their check in time is at 3:00pm, this seems like a scummy way of making quick money. As much as I loved the convenience of the location, I would rather stay at the Hampton across the street.

Simdi otel cok guzel manzaramiz guzeldi. İtalyanlar iyi insanlar yardimci oluyorlar ama hizmet konusunda biraz eksikler sadece. Boyle bir otelin odasinda kesinlikle icecek ikrami olmali. Minibar bile bulunmuyor. Kahvalti da cesit cok guzel diyorsun orada da lezzet problemi var. Asagida kahvalti icin kahve makinesi var ama sadece o zaman kullanabiliyorsun. Resepsiyonun yanina da kettle koymuslar tam komedi isterseniz cay nescafe yapin diye. Bence bir seyler tam olmamis daha iyisi kesinlikle olabilirdi. Check in den once giris yaparsaniz emanet ucreti de var bilginiz olsun. Keyifliydi sadece bazi vasatliklari belirtmek istedim.

A wonderful hotel! It is honestly hard to find any faults. We stayed here on a family holiday with our child. The hotel feels very new and clean. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. We requested a room on the upper floors, and we were delighted with the result – the view of the bay was absolutely stunning. The breakfasts were excellent and varied. We also had dinner at the hotel, which was very convenient after a long day of exploring. One thing to note for future guests: the hotel is located on the edge of the island. While you aren't right in the middle of the historic "Venice vibe," it gives you a great excuse to take a boat ride or enjoy a 20-30 minute walk to the train station or city centre. It is also very convenient that you can leave your luggage at the hotel for a small fee. We definitely know where we will stay on our next trip to Venice. A solid 5 out of 5!
