Very Disappointing stay at this hotel not worth the all‑inclusive price We arrived in Tenerife excited for a relaxing break, but this hotel let us down from the start. There was no help from staff with luggage, and the route to our room was awkward . We had to wheel our suitcases all the way around the pool to reach an elevator that went down to our floor. The property had a persistent sewage smell in the room, corridors, and around the pool. The food was very basic, often inedible, repeated daily, and consistently cold even when we arrived right at opening. Although the hotel advertised a gym, there wasn’t one — just a small room with Pilates beds that was never open. Alcoholic drinks tasted watered down to the point of having no alcohol at all. Despite paying for all‑inclusive, we ended up buying drinks elsewhere because even the paid ones tasted diluted. In-room basics were missing: there was no milk for tea or coffee, and we had to visit a local café multiple times just to get a proper hot drink and something decent to eat. Housekeeping also fell short — paint was peeling from the bathroom door, the floor was so dirty our white socks turned black, and our bedsheets had multiple blue stains. We received a single complimentary bottle of water on arrival, but it was never restocked, so we had to buy bottled water daily. Facilities were underwhelming. The pool area needed a thorough clean, and there was no sauna or spa. Charging €10 per day for a towel is unacceptable — this should be included. Staff attitudes ranged from indifferent to rude, especially at checkout. Location-wise, there’s very little around the hotel. We had to head to the south (Los Cristianos) for better weather and activities. We were told there was one direct bus, but it took three different buses and 2.5 hours. The return by taxi cost €160. In contrast, Los Cristianos was sunny and lively — the opposite of our experience near the hotel. If you’re looking for sun and things to do, the south is where everything is. Overall, this stay was poor value for money. Between the odors, cold repetitive food, questionable drinks, cleanliness issues, lack of amenities, extra charges, and unhelpful staff, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel too anyone .

Located on the North Coast, so better suited to a quiet / relaxing holiday - there's little to do here locally. There is Loro Parque, a park showcasing land and marine animals, but aside from this, no other major tourist attractions. All boat trips and main night life are in the South. This suited us, as we are all about the lazy days on the beach or by the pool. But a 2.5 hour each-way coach ride to do these activities in the South is a real nuisance for those that are looking for excursions. Hotel is fresh and clean, rooms were amazingly spacious - separate lounge and bedroom areas, and a large bathroom. Views from our balcony were of both Mount Teide and the ocean, so best of both worlds. Cleaners in daily and did a great job. Buffet style food for the all inclusive was great for us. Yes, there were staples which could be found each meal time, but each evening the food was based on a different cuisine from a different part of the world. We found plenty of variety and had no complaints. Self serve beer, wine and soft drinks available too. All food was hot and tasty. Our only gripe is that the labelling is poor. "Assortment of cakes" is not adequate - I don't like coffee or nut flavours - and people do have allergies, so specific labelling is needed, not a generic allergens notice and a non-specific "Assortment of...". Pool was lovely, but there aren't enough sunbeds at busy times. View from the glass wall is fab. The poolside bar was great, serving hot snacks and drinks. For the all inclusive, food was suspended from 12:00-14:00 (I think, but close to thise times if not exact) due to the lunchtime buffet being open in the restaurant. We found this frustrating, as we didn't want to leave the poolside, so our choice was to delay eating or go to the restaurant. Main / Popular Cocktails on both pool bar and main hotel bar were pre-made and taste like cordial, with no hint of booze to be detected - but the alcoholic slushes were strong. For both bars, for All Inclusive guests, it would be better to adopt the same approach as in the restaurant, and allow self-service beer and soft drinks, which would then reduce queue times as bar staff would only need to make cocktails or soft drinks with shorts. Overall, very happy to stay at this hotel, and would recommend and come here again.

Waren insgesamt 11 Nächte in diesem Hotel und haben uns dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Besonders positiv war das große, modern renovierte Zimmer mit zwei Räumen. Der Meerblick vom Balkon war wunderschön, da das Hotel etwas höher gelegen ist. Wir hatten extra ein Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht und würden das auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Auch das Essen hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Natürlich war nicht alles perfekt – das Rührei beim Frühstück war beispielsweise eher enttäuschend, dafür wurden frische Spiegeleier zubereitet, die wirklich lecker waren. Besonders gefallen haben uns das Sushi-Buffet und das Live Cooking. Außerdem gab es jeden Abend ein anderes Themenbuffet. Zwar wiederholten sich die Themen nach einer Woche, das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Etwas verwirrend fanden wir anfangs die Regelung mit den Getränken. Allerdings kann man auch bei Halbpension unkompliziert ein Getränkepaket für 6 € pro Person und Tag dazubuchen. Sehr positiv fanden wir außerdem das Early-Bird-Frühstück ab 05:00 Uhr. Die Auswahl ist zwar etwas kleiner, aber gerade am Abreisetag war es super, trotzdem noch frühstücken zu können. Das Fitnessstudio im Hotel war leider nicht zugänglich. Dafür durfte man kostenlos das Gym im Nachbarhotel nutzen, was eine gute Alternative war. Für Mietwagen gibt es direkt neben dem Hotel einen großen kostenlosen öffentlichen Parkplatz. Dadurch muss man nicht lange nach einem Parkplatz an der Straße suchen. Insgesamt hat für uns das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut gestimmt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Hotel super, personal super, jidlo super co by sem mozna malo stolu pro 3 nebo 4 lidi. Jinak velka pochvala bola to nase prvni letecka dovolena troska nas sklamalo pocasi. Polohu sem dal min protoze ten kopec do hotels od plaze me pekne stval 😂😂😂

Muy buena experiencia. Hotel tranquilo, habitación amplia y limpieza de 10. El personal súper amable y atento, siempre resolviendo cualquier cosa al momento. Buffet variado y con reposición constante, y recepción 24 h. Como puntos a mejorar, la cena termina a las 21:30, algo pronto para el horario español, y aunque la playa está cerca, hay una cuesta bastante pronunciada. Por suerte, el hotel ofrece transfer a Puerto de la Cruz. Muy recomendable, repetiríamos.

Fuimos a un daypass y la verdad que nos encantó, también he de decir que Michael nos facilitó toda la información. tuvieron el detalle de cambiarnos el desayuno por el almuerzo. Las instalaciones del hotel están súper bien cuidadas, y las vistas son preciosas. La cama bailanesa increíble junto con sus snack del bar piscina, los camareros de dicho bar de 10. El buffe súper completo, variedad de comida y todo súper rico. Una experiencia que te invita a volver y a querer alojarte en su hotel.
