Lior Gafni2/5 · 2026-06The hotel is beautifully designed and has a stylish, modern atmosphere. Unfortunately, my overall experience did not live up to the premium price the hotel charges. The main issue was that the air conditioning in my room was not working properly. Although I was eventually moved to another room, the way the situation was handled was disappointing. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the problem professionally, the manager behaved rudely and made accusations toward me, which was both unnecessary and unpleasant. There are also some design flaws worth mentioning. The bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall with no effective way to provide privacy. In addition, the bathroom lights turn on automatically, which can be very disruptive at night when one partner uses the bathroom while the other is trying to sleep. Cleanliness and maintenance were below the standard I would expect from a hotel in this price range. This was particularly noticeable in the shower area, and overall it seemed that the property is not being maintained to a sufficiently high standard. The breakfast was also inconsistent. At different times, various items were unavailable and not replenished promptly, which created a disappointing experience. Overall, while the hotel looks impressive, it was one of the more expensive hotels in Vilnius and, in my opinion, does not provide value that justifies its price. I expected a much higher level of service, maintenance, and attention to detail. e.g - the hotel response to my review includes several lies and untrue information.
Khalid Alajmi1/5 · 2026-07I had one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I arrived at the hotel at 11:00 AM after a 12-hour journey and asked if early check-in was possible. I was told that all rooms were occupied, which I completely understood since check-out is at 12:00 PM. I completed my check-in, left my luggage, and was told to come back at 3:00 PM. What shocked me was that when I returned at exactly 3:00 PM, my room was still not ready. I was simply told to wait longer. This is unacceptable. If check-out is at 12:00 PM and check-in starts at 3:00 PM, the room should already be prepared by then. I had already checked in at 11:00 AM, so I expected to be given priority as soon as a room became available, especially after waiting around the hotel for hours. Their explanation was that they only had two housekeeping staff. While I understand that staffing issues can happen, that is an internal management problem and should not affect paying guests. Every other hotel I’ve stayed at has managed to provide early check-in whenever a room became available, but this hotel couldn’t even have my room ready by the official check-in time. To make matters worse, I wasn’t satisfied with the receptionist’s attitude. She seemed a bit cold and not very welcoming. A little more friendliness would have made a big difference, especially after the delay. It genuinely felt like they were doing me a favor by giving me a room that I had already paid for. This was, without question, the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. I’ve stayed in many hotels and have always had positive experiences, but unfortunately, this hotel was a huge disappointment.

Marcia Allass5/5 · 2026-05We’ve stayed at the Artagonist twice now, on two separate visits to Vilnius, and would happily do so again. The location is unbeatable if you want to be close to bars and restaurants and visit Old Town attractions on foot, it’s walkable from the train station, and taxis can drop you right outside. Rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and have great showers - though the glass bathrooms can take some getting used to :) Front desk and housekeeping service are both of a high standard and the breakfast buffet is varied and plentiful. The only notable improvement they could make in my view is to provide a small refrigerator in the rooms rather than an ambient mini bar, and an instruction card for the baffling aircon/lighting controls. Overall, staying there it feels like a much more personal and individual experience than visiting a chain hotel.
L S5/5 · 2025-09We stayed here for three nights and it was excellent....perfect location, lovely room with lots of space, and excellent breakfast! Our room was fabulous. Huge with a separate bedroom, living room, two toilets, one shower, and a balcony. We were greeted with flowers and bubbly. Little chocolate on the bed. Bed was so comfortable. Everything was spotless. Bathroom was perfect....stone shower with a rain fixture. It do think they need hand towels for the bathrooms and sinks. One detail that was missing The breakfast had a large selection of hot and cold food. Nice eggs, bacon, sausage as well as yogurt, cereal, fruit, charcuterie. It was lovely and the service was excellent.
Lynne Nahhas3/5 · 2025-07The location is great and rooms are clean and spacious. Staff are also helpful. However, the curtains in the room just never close properly, so you can never enjoy sleeping in a dark room. Despite there being space for a closet and a fridge, both are missing. The worst however was the breakfast which is definitely not 4 stars.
