Club plutôt mal entretenu. Très abîmé. C’est dommage car beaucoup de potentiel. piscines trop petites pour le monde. Ambiance 100% anglo-saxonne La bière a l’air de beaucoup plaire aux clients Buffet très moyen, sans saveur. Cantine bruyante. Emplacement bien et plage en face appréciable. NB : suite à la réponse, je n’ai pas parlé d’humidité ni de cafards… Et non, je ne reviendrai jamais. Adios

En general, nuestra experiencia en el hotel fue muy buena. Las instalaciones son bonitas, el personal fue amable y la calidad de la comida nos pareció excelente. Sin embargo, hay un aspecto que creemos que deberían mejorar. Las personas que contratamos media pensión solo tenemos derecho a agua durante la cena o el almuerzo. Consideramos que, si ya estamos pagando por ese servicio de comida, debería incluirse al menos una bebida, como un refresco, un zumo o alguna otra opción sin coste adicional. Ver que todas las bebidas están disponibles, pero que no podemos consumir ninguna excepto agua, da una sensación incómoda y hace que la experiencia sea menos agradable. Creemos que este pequeño cambio mejoraría mucho la satisfacción de los huéspedes con media pensión. Por lo demás, todo estuvo muy bonito y disfrutamos de la estancia. Esperamos que tengan en cuenta esta sugerencia para seguir mejorando el servicio.

Unser Aufenthalt im Grupotel Flamingo Beach Lanzarote hat unsere Erwartungen leider nicht erfüllt. Bereits beim Check-in mussten wir längere Zeit warten, bevor wir unser Zimmer beziehen konnten. Beim Betreten des Zimmers fiel uns sofort auf, dass es nicht dem Eindruck entsprach, den die Fotos auf Booking.com vermittelt hatten. Das Zimmer war zwar oberflächlich gereinigt, wirkte insgesamt jedoch nicht gepflegt. Besonders unangenehm war der starke Schimmelgeruch, der sich im gesamten Zimmer ausbreitete und den Aufenthalt erheblich beeinträchtigte. Zudem waren die Vorhänge deutlich verschmutzt und die Sofas mit zahlreichen Flecken versehen, sodass man sich nur ungern darauf setzte. Uns ist bewusst, dass es sich um eine 2-Sterne-Unterkunft handelt, dennoch sollte ein sauberes und hygienisches Zimmer selbstverständlich sein – unabhängig von der Hotelkategorie. Nachdem wir den Schimmelgeruch an der Rezeption gemeldet hatten, kam ein Mitarbeiter vorbei und versprühte lediglich ein Raumspray. Uns wurde erklärt, dass der Geruch nicht weiter schlimm sei. Leider empfanden wir diese Reaktion nicht als angemessene Lösung für das eigentliche Problem. Auch die Ausstattung entsprach nicht unseren Erwartungen. Zwar steht eine Kaffeemaschine zur Verfügung, Kaffeefilter und Kaffee müssen jedoch selbst gekauft werden. Ebenso fehlten Küchenpapier sowie grundlegende Pflegeprodukte wie Shampoo im Badezimmer. Der Poolbereich war während unseres Aufenthalts sehr lebhaft. Durch die tägliche Animation, die laute Musik sowie die vielen spielenden Kinder und die entsprechend laute Moderation der Mitarbeiter war es kaum möglich, dort zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wer einen entspannten und ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte, sollte dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die gute Lage der Anlage. Supermärkte, Restaurants und der Strand sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Insgesamt waren wir von unserem Aufenthalt leider enttäuscht. Mit einer besseren Sauberkeit, einer sorgfältigeren Instandhaltung der Zimmer, einer angemessenen Reaktion auf berechtigte Beschwerden und einer realistischeren Darstellung der Unterkunft auf den Buchungsplattformen hätte unser Eindruck deutlich positiver ausfallen können.

🌴 Short Resort Review: Flamingo Beach Resort (Lanzarote) I stayed at Flamingo Beach Resort in Lanzarote for a family holiday. The resort is in Playa Blanca, a quiet and relaxing area with nearby beaches and shops. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with air conditioning and a balcony, but they felt quite basic rather than luxurious. The pools were a highlight, with both lively and quieter areas, although sunbeds could be hard to get at busy times. The all-inclusive buffet had plenty of choice, but the food became repetitive after a few days. The location was good for a relaxed beach holiday, but there was limited nightlife nearby. Overall, it is a good family resort with nice facilities, but not very luxurious. ⭐ Rating: 8/10

We had a really enjoyable stay at TUI/Grupotel Flamingo Beach, especially as a family with young kids. The hotel is very much geared towards children, which worked perfectly for us. There’s a kids’ pool with a slide, a playground, and even a small football court on site. Some areas could do with a bit of maintenance, but honestly, the kids didn’t notice at all, they absolutely loved it. Food-wise, there’s a dedicated kids’ section along with a good variety. The themed cuisine nights were a nice touch, and it was great having fresh meat and fish grilled on the spot. Although the usual policy is that the à la carte restaurant is included for all-inclusive stays of 7 nights, we only stayed for 6 nights and were still able to dine there, which was a really nice bonus. The entertainment was a big highlight, kids’ clubs, mini discos, and activities kept them happy throughout the stay. Plus, the beach is only about a 5-minute walk away, which is really convenient. It’s also worth noting that beach towels aren’t changed daily and room cleaning is done on set days. However, whenever we requested extra towels, they were brought to us straight away, which was great service. Overall, for the price, it was excellent value. Although it’s officially a 2-star resort, it certainly didn’t feel like it. The key is to go in with the right expectations, think of it as a solid, family friendly hotel rather than 5-star luxury and you’ll have a great time.

Už rozumím rozporuplnosti hodnocení zde i na bookingu, záleží totiž, kde dostanete pokoj. První pokoj, co jsme dostali, u dětského bazénu, smrděl plísní, vlhkostí, nešlo to vyvětrat. Minimum kuchyňského vybavení, poškrábaná pánev, peřiny bez povlečení. Díky bohu nám po první noci pokoj na naši žádost vyměnili, smrad se snažili vyřešit technikem a uklízečkou, ale logicky nic nepomohlo. Nový pokoj byl v pořádku, bez zápachu, daleko víc kuchyňského vybavení, povlečené peřiny, žehlička, na terase slunečník a křesla. Ve výsledku jsme byli spokojení, ale negativní emoce z prvního pokoje byly silné.
