I wouldn’t say we had unrealistically high expectations of Greece, but the drive from the airport to the hotel immediately changed our impression of Corfu. Outside the tourist areas, much of the island feels neglected and poorly maintained, which completely took away our desire to explore it by car. We booked a Deluxe Sea View Bungalow, but our first room (030) was a huge disappointment. The humidity was so high that the floor was constantly wet, the air conditioner had a terrible smell, making it impossible to use, and the advertised sea view was mostly blocked by the roof of the bungalow in front of us. After several conversations with management, we were moved the following day to another bungalow in the same category. The difference was remarkable: no humidity issues, a properly working air conditioner, and a genuinely beautiful sea view. We appreciated the hotel’s willingness to resolve the problem. Eva Palace is built on a hillside, so be prepared for lots of steep stairs. On our first day, we visited the Eva Palace beach. Honestly, we weren’t impressed. There is very little natural shade, the beach is a mix of sand and pebbles, and entering the sea isn’t particularly comfortable. The following day we tried the beach at Grecotel Imperial, and that completely changed our holiday. It is spacious, sandy, exceptionally clean, with plenty of sunbeds and a gentle entrance into the sea. The biggest surprise was that nobody informed us at check-in that Eva Palace guests have full access to Grecotel Imperial. You can use its beaches, pools, restaurants and bars, and even charge food and drinks to your Eva Palace room. There is also a complimentary golf cart between the two hotels, but again, nobody mentioned it. This is one of the biggest advantages of staying at Eva Palace and every guest should be told about it. Breakfast and dinner were acceptable but closer to a good four-star hotel than a luxury five-star resort. The selection wasn’t particularly large, and fresh fruit disappeared quickly while replenishment was slow. Looking back, I’m actually glad we chose Half Board instead of All Inclusive because it allowed us to spend almost the entire day enjoying Imperial rather than staying at Eva Palace. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Yali Restaurant. We waited almost 1.5 hours because our order had been lost, and the lobster we ordered for my son’s birthday was extremely disappointing. On the other hand, Trattoria was excellent, and the kumquat ice cream is a must-try. One final disappointment: on the day of departure we had to carry all our luggage to reception ourselves because no staff ever came to assist us. Overall, we had a pleasant holiday, mainly thanks to Grecotel Imperial. However, considering the price, I believe there are resorts offering significantly better service and dining for similar money. If you decide to stay at Grecotel Eva Palace, make full use of everything Grecotel Imperial has to offer—it completely transformed our holiday.

My Husband Daniel and I recently got married at Eva Palace and all we can say is wow! We’re still not over it! The wedding day it self was incredible even better than we could’ve imagined. That was all down to the AMAZING staff that went above and beyond not only just on the wedding day but from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The views from Eva Palace and the Beach just speak for themselves the most beautiful backdrop for our dream wedding. We’d love to give everyone who worked with us on our wedding the most special thank you because without you all it wouldn’t have been so amazing! Special thanks to Katia the in-house wedding planner at Eva palace she made sure every single detail was perfect and it truly was! A huge thank you to Themis the food and beverage manager he could not have done more for us if he tried, the food was immaculate! And a huge congratulations to you on your wedding in November. Thank you Kyriakos the guests services manager who was also our celebrant, he made our ceremony memorable with his beautiful words so thank you! Thank you to the boys down the beach bar Genaro & Yanis, and Maria at the pool bar for being super attentive throughout our whole stay! Our wedding guests had the most amazing day and holiday which we are super happy about. We wish we could relive it all over again. We look forward to returning next year for our first Wedding Anniversary! Thank you all so much again!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐An unforgettable experience with exceptional service! My wife and I recently spent a 5-night vacation in Corfu and stayed at the Eva Palace Hotel. Overall, we had an outstanding experience from the moment we landed until we returned to the airport. What we loved: Great Perks: Our stay included a seamless private round-trip airport transfer, as well as an upgrade to Half Board (HB). The hotel also offers a highly convenient free shuttle service to Corfu Old Town and back multiple times a day. Car Rental: Renting a car for two days was incredibly easy thanks to the Hertz desk located right inside the hotel. The Room (Bungalow #54): Located in a lovely stone building with only a few rooms. It was spacious with a wonderful balcony overlooking the beautiful bay. Pools & Beach: The two swimming pools were fantastic—warm, brackish water that was an absolute pleasure. The hotel's beach is also very nice for swimming. The Service: This is where the hotel truly shines. The entire staff provided high-quality, professional, and welcoming service. Areas for improvement (Constructive Feedback): Room Maintenance: The room felt a bit dated. The landline phone didn't work, and the shower hose was leaking. While it was clean and well-equipped, it definitely needs some maintenance. Dining: The food in the main dining room was quite basic, feeling more like a 4-star hotel standard rather than 5-star. Facilities: The main building's elevator is small, very slow, and needs an upgrade. There is no gym, and the spa only consists of treatment rooms. The entertainment/shows were not to our taste. Also, note that reaching the beach from the main building requires walking down a steep slope and quite a few stairs. Special Thanks & Tip: Despite the minor setbacks, what made our vacation perfect was the outstanding service. We want to give a special shout-out to a wonderful staff member named Eva. She provided exceptional customer service, accompanied us throughout our stay, and constantly made sure we were happy. Tip for future guests: If you stay at Eva Palace, ask for Ms. Eva from Customer Service. Her incredible hospitality will make you forget any minor flaws. Thank you, Eva, for an unforgettable experience—you are a true role model for quality service!

Eva Palace has two outstanding features: its beautiful setting and its attentive staff. A shout out to Themis, Dimitria by the pool and Ghelena who looked after us like we were family! Food was good, and half board was plenty enough for us. But I’d like to have seen more Greek food! The grounds of the hotel are spectacular with many steps. The pool is lovely (saltwater) and you can (and should) take a speedboat ride - a total highlight - to the other hotels. Rooms are clean and roomy with amazing views. The pillows were too soft though and the WiFi needs some improving as it drops off a lot. All in all we had a wonderful stay and couldn’t recommend it enough. Corfu and its people are beautiful.

Hotel kterému není co vytknout. Vyniká hlavně kuchyni a profesionálním personálem. Pěkne udržované bazény a příjemná menší pláž i s barem. I když jsme tu v sezonu není přeplněno a lehátka jsou volna i přes den. Cesta k pláži vede po schodech ale je to v pohodě. Doporučuji allinclusiv

What an absolutely wonderful experience! ❤️ I am currently staying at Eva Palace in Corfu, and I can honestly say just one thing: this place is incredible! I stayed here once before, about eight years ago, and even back then I had a very pleasant and memorable experience. Apparently, that good memory stayed with me all these years, because I decided to come back again. And honestly, I am so happy that I did! This time, the hotel has exceeded my expectations once again. From the moment you arrive, you immediately get that wonderful holiday feeling. The beautiful surroundings, the peaceful atmosphere, the greenery, the location by the sea and the overall ambiance make it the perfect place to relax and escape from everyday life. What really stands out to me is the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff. Everyone is kind, helpful and genuinely makes an effort to ensure that guests have a wonderful stay. That personal touch makes such a big difference. I am also very happy with the food. There is plenty of choice, the meals are well prepared and everything is presented with care. But for me, the people behind the food and service are just as important as the food itself. I would especially like to mention the restaurant/food manager. What a genuinely warm, friendly and wonderful person! You can tell that he truly cares about his work and about the guests. He has such a welcoming personality and makes people feel comfortable and appreciated. That kind of personal attention is something you remember long after your holiday is over. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is also fantastic. You can see that a lot of attention is given to the surroundings, the appearance of the hotel and, most importantly, the comfort of the guests. The beautiful gardens, the sea views and the peaceful location complete the whole experience. It is truly the kind of place where you wake up in the morning and think: I could happily stay here a little longer. ☀️🌊 And perhaps the biggest compliment I can give is this: I was already very happy with Eva Palace eight years ago, and today I am even more impressed than I was back then. The fact that a hotel can leave such a positive impression after so many years — and actually exceed those memories — says a lot. Eva Palace is therefore, without a doubt, a place I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and high-quality holiday in Corfu. The combination of the stunning location, delicious food, beautiful surroundings, wonderful atmosphere and, above all, the friendly people makes this a truly special place.
