Nuestra experiencia en este hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante. Para ser un todo incluido, esperábamos mucho más. Hasta el cuarto día no nos limpiaron la habitación, cuando se supone que lo hacen todos los días. Cada vez que íbamos a recepción nos daban una excusa diferente. Como no limpiaban, tampoco nos dejaban toallas y teníamos que bajar a pedirlas, pero muchas veces solo nos daban toallas de piscina. También había bastante falta de higiene. Tuvimos una cucaracha pegada en la puerta de la habitación durante 4 días y vimos varias más en el comedor. Una tarde nos quedamos sin agua y no pudimos ducharnos hasta la noche. Además, la piscina de los toboganes tenía el agua verde y, de los 7 días que estuvimos, solo funcionaron 2. Lo peor fue una noche sobre las 12, cuando un huésped inglés no paraba de llamar a nuestra puerta. Llegó a ser una situación muy incómoda y llamamos al teléfono de recepción, pero no contestaba nadie. Lo único que salvaría del hotel es el personal de animación y el de cocina, que fueron un encanto y siempre nos trataron genial. Una pena que el resto de la experiencia no estuviera a la misma altura.

We had a wonderful family holiday at this hotel and really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering it is a 4-star hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was more than acceptable, especially taking into account that it is located in a windy area surrounded by nature and a golf course. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The food was varied, with plenty of choices every day, and the quality was very good. We also used the hotel's free taxi service to the beach several times without any problems, which was very convenient and made getting to the beach easy. Overall, we had a fantastic family vacation. The hotel is well managed, offers great service, and provides excellent value for the price. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Fuerteventura.

Not what I would class as 4 star, as the hotel in general could benefit from some TLC, but many redeeming features.... However, we had a fantastic holiday, all the staff are only too happy to help, and the entertainment team keep the energy going all day! The rooms are clean and comfortable (no kettle, cups or glasses) with plenty of space. The food was varied and good, with something for everyone. A lovely place, away from the hustle and bustle. Highly recommended.

Hotel muy grande y cómodo. La habitación espectacular e inmensa, el trato de todo el personal inmejorable, atentos, cercanos y muy amables, he estado en régimen de todo incluido y efectivamente entra todo, el buffet correcto hay variedad para todos los gustos e incluso incluye restaurante italiano. Tiene toboganes para el disfrute de la estancia. Como algo mejorable la limpieza de las zonas comunes. La animación impresionante de echo me gustaria hacer una mención especial al equipo de animación y en particular a mi paisano Antonio, a Jeffrey y a Nicole ♥️(con su palabra Catastrophe), hacen una estancia muy divertida y te contagian su energía para participar en todas las actividades q proponen. Tambien me gustaria agradecer el trato recibido a las camareras Brenda, Elena y Daisy por su atención cercana y amabilidad. Un abrazo muy fuerte de....los Antoniooos, Carmen y Fany. Deseando os q todo os vaya muy bien y q algún dia volvamos a encontrarnos.

There seems to be a cockroach issue in this hotel. A waiter in the dining room stood on one and cleaned it up & several used to be running around outside at night during the entertainment. The 2 pools are stated as being salt water by Jet2, but are not. Pool open from 10am, pool guys seem to enjoy the power of making people wait past this time and driving people to jump over gates to reserve beds in the shade as 4 different gates that need to be opened, although bed reserving is against the rules. I reported that the shower gel in the room had run out, the guy on reception went up to fill it straight away(very prompt), but didn't knock or ring the bell & practically saw my eldest daughter naked. Considering it is all AI there was only 1 person serving behind the bar, so the queues where always long & the 1 cup per person rule did not help. There was an additional bar right by the pool but was never open in our 2 weeks here. Slides are only open at set times. The advertised "shuttle" service going to the beach & back is a shambles. Essentially you book a space using a QR code reception give you, wait for a mode of transport that comes an hour late, return time is 5pm, no one comes to collect you get told they're running late, nxt get told they've already been but no one was there. Its a local taxi firm that the hotel uses, (most of the drivers and rude and refuse to take you back to the hotel) but it doesn't work, only plus is the hotel told us to jump in a taxi after waiting for a while and then they came out and paid for it. One evening my child was having a loud meltdown due to her additional needs, a neighbour decided to be rude, told me to control my f**king child, she complained to reception, who then rang the room and immediately threatened me with police. Not once did either of these people check & ask if myself or my child where okay, very disappointed. I did complain to reception about this the following day and ended being able to keep the room for longer on the day of check out without any additional charge, it's usually 10 euros per hour and can only be confirmed on the day of departure. Now for the pros. Check in was easy, but info lacking slightly, as was not advised how to work the safe until I asked which is also free or how to work to Aircon, which I found a lot of people seemed to struggle with. We arrived after the all inclusive had finished but was offered sandwiches by reception but we just needed sleep so politely declined. You are asked to select what days you'd like your roome cleaning, I went for everyday as don't want to be making my own bed whilst on holiday and they also give you times slots to choose from to go for your evening meal. The room itself was alot bigger then I was expecting, there was a kitchen area and a fridge which we never used, a large living area with a pull out sofa bed, two sets of patio doors and the main bedroom had what must have been a queen bed as it was a huge bed and also very comfortable. We were in the main block, 2nd floor, so not many stairs to deal with, the dining room is also down a flight of stairs close to the pool. We never had an issue finding a table. Plenty of choice, something for everyone and there is another area open on a night offering Italian style based foods too, my only niggle in here is there was a bit of fly issue. Omelettes, pancakes, bacon, hash browns, bacon, beans, pastries, different breads, breakfast choices were very good. Entertainment is good but it is repeated ie. 2nd wk is the same as the 1st etc. similar pattern through the day too, it's a shame they couldn't have kept some music on around the pool even at a low level after they had finished the aqua aerobics. Drink choices for AI where pretty vast, all local brands, cocktails, mocktails and slushies. The majority of staff where helpful & friendly, but I was ignored on at least 3 occasions when telling staff at the bar and reception that there was no hand soap in the toilet by the pool. Overall we did enjoy this holiday.

Mi estancia en el Hotel LIVVO Jandía Golf en agosto ha sido excelente. Después de una semana completa allí, me sorprenden las reseñas negativas sobre la comida y la limpieza, porque mi experiencia ha sido totalmente distinta. Las habitaciones son amplias, con vistas estupendas al valle, terrazas geniales y cama muy cómoda. Un espacio perfecto para descansar y disfrutar del entorno. No tengo ni una sola mala palabra sobre la limpieza del hotel. Desde primera hora de la mañana, el equipo está trabajando con máquinas a presión, baldeando y dejando impecables todas las zonas exteriores. Es importante entender que el hotel está fusionado con la naturaleza, ubicado en un valle y en una zona ventosa: durante el día es normal que haya trasiego de restos naturales (hojas, arena, pequeñas partículas e insectos), algo inevitable en un entorno así. Aun así, el personal mantiene todo en perfectas condiciones y se nota el esfuerzo constante. Zonas comunes amplias, bien cuidadas y siempre ordenadas. El hotel transmite tranquilidad y buen mantenimiento. Tanto el restaurante buffet como el restaurante temático ofrecen comida variada durante toda la semana: platos frescos, opciones diferentes cada día y buena calidad. No comprendo las malas reseñas sobre la comida, porque siempre encontré alternativas suficientes para disfrutar.El bar‑snack, disponible fuera del horario del restaurante, es perfecto para tomar algo rápido.El gimnasio abre desde primera hora de la mañana, ideal para quienes quieren entrenar antes de empezar el día. El hotel cuenta con una zona de recreativos que añade entretenimiento extra para familias y grupos. La tienda de golf complementa perfectamente las instalaciones del campo, con artículos y accesorios para los amantes del deporte. Las instalaciones del campo de golf son magníficas y completamente integradas en el paisaje incluyendo el gastrobar "El 19 by Pellizco" .Los toboganes para los niños son estupendos y están muy bien mantenidos. El equipo de animación es fantástico: cercano, divertido y muy profesional. La mascota Golfy es una idea genial que encanta a los más pequeños.El hotel está ubicado en un valle rodeado de naturaleza, donde es habitual ver animales y disfrutar de un entorno tranquilo y precioso.Todo el personal ha sido fabuloso: recepción, limpieza, dirección, animación y cocina. Un trato amable, profesional y humano excelente.
