Absolute Enttäuschung Wir haben nach 4 Tagen das Hotel gewechselt! Ich kann die vielen guten Bewertungen absolut nicht nachvollziehen, denn für uns war dieser Aufenthalt leider der reinste Horrortrip. Besonders enttäuschend war die Verpflegung. Ich habe wirklich keine hohen Ansprüche an Essen, aber das, was hier geboten wurde, war schlichtweg ungenießbar. Die Auswahl ist extrem klein und jeden Tag gibt es das Gleiche. Backwaren wie Muffins oder Croissants waren extrem trocken und schmeckten, als lägen sie dort schon seit Tagen. Selbst einfache Dinge wie Pommes haben nicht geschmeckt. Auch das Zimmer war eine Zumutung, besonders da wir mit unserem 10 Monate alten Baby gereist sind. Die ersten zwei Nächte haben wir kaum ein Auge zugetan, da die Klimaanlage extrem laut geklappert und zudem stark gestunken hat. Unser Baby kam überhaupt nicht zur Ruhe und musste den verpassten Schlaf auf unseren Tagestouren im Mietwagen nachholen. Die Klimaanlage wurde zwar am dritten Tag repariert, aber der unangenehme Geruch, die mangelnde Sauberkeit und der generell abgewohnte Zustand des Zimmers blieben. Zusätzlich gab es täglich massiven Baulärm durch Stemmhämmer und Bohrmaschinen, was an Mittagsschlaf für die Kleine nicht denken ließ. Kaputte Couch, kakalake im Zimmer die nach dem zweiten Putztag immer noch dort lag, wasser im Waschbecken fließt nicht ab. Zudem haben wir eine Suite gebucht. Mal eine blöde Frage, muss man heutzutage erstmal einen kompletten reparaturauftrag für sein Zimmer stellen? Zudem hatten wir nichtmal eine Klobürste. Stresspur dieses Hotel. Ein Babysitting-Service, der bei Check24 noch angepriesen wurde, wird vor Ort gar nicht angeboten (auch wenn das vielleicht eher ein Fehler des Portals ist). Das Personal war leider auch nur teilweise freundlich. Das Hotel hätte an sich großes Potenzial, ist aber mittlerweile extrem heruntergekommen. Um unseren Urlaub auf Fuerteventura noch zu retten, sind wir nach dem vierten Tag ins H10 Hotel gewechselt. Für fast den gleichen Preis spielt dieses in einer völlig anderen Liga! Keine Weiterempfehlung für das Hotel Eurostar.

Hemos tenido una experiencia muy buena en el Eurostars Las Salinas. En general, las instalaciones están genial, en primera linea de playa y el personal se porta de diez. En las zonas comunes es verdad que a veces la limpieza flojeaba un poco, pero nada fuera de lo normal para la cantidad de gente que hay, nada que arruine la experiencia. Respecto a la comida, leí algunas reseñas diciendo que no había variedad y para nada estoy de acuerdo: las comidas y cenas tenían opciones variadas y parecian platos caseros. Lo único que sí matizaría es el tema de los postres, donde sí vendría bien un poco más de diversidad, ya que generalmente era todo tartas y fruta, pero en los platos principales estuvimos encantados. Tambien mejoraría los cócteles que son de maquina y demasiados fuertes. Por el precio que tiene (dependiendo de la temporada y semana) es mas qje aceptable. Un hotel para repetir y disfrutar.

Hemos estado ocho días en una villa de dos habitaciones con piscina privada y todo de lujo. La atención del personal excelente. Hotel ideal para una estancia tranquila. Bien ubicado, permite hacer excursiones sin necesidad de largos desplazamientos. He estado en muchos hoteles bien por trabajo o por vacaciones y ninguno llega al nivel de limpieza que tienen aquí. Enhorabuena a todo el personal y a la dirección, por qué la estancia tan agradable que hemos tenido mi familia y yo.

We stayed at this hotel with my family and had a great experience. The hotel is located close to the airport and has a first-line ocean location, which is very convenient. The rooms are quite outdated, which does affect the overall impression of the hotel. However, the food is excellent truly very tasty and of high quality. The staff are amazing: always helpful, willing to accommodate requests, supportive, and friendly. A huge credit goes to them 10000% positive experience with the team. We have stayed many times in different 4- and 5-star hotels in the Canary Islands, and objectively speaking, this 4-star hotel offers excellent value for the price.

Stunning view from the Premium Seaview room and the sun is on it until about 4pm, so great spot with the sunbeds. We had B&B, breakfast was good and only drank in there once, typical All Inclusive but staff were friendly. The hotel does need some attention, and it's a shame they don't spend a bit of money because I can't find a better location with sunbeds on the balcony anywhere else in this area! Kitchen had very limited cooking bits, this is easily fixed but it has been mentioned before, cleaners did what they should. It was a lovely quiet location with a supermarket, restaurants, chemist. We will book again as its a super location all round.

HONEST REVIEW We stayed for 2 nights and were hoping for a room with a beach view. We were given a Junior Suite on the ground floor, but unfortunately the view wasn’t great. Considering we were only there for a short stay, it would have been nice to be given a room with a better view. The dinner was also a little disappointing. There wasn’t a huge selection and the food didn’t taste the best. However, the breakfast was much better and we enjoyed that each morning. We were also disappointed that the spa was closed during our stay, as we were looking forward to using it. On top of that, we found out that the spa isn’t included in the hotel price and requires an additional charge, which was disappointing. The best thing about this hotel is definitely its location. The beach is right next to the hotel, which was fantastic, and the shopping centre is only around a 15-minute walk away along a lovely scenic route. The evening entertainment wasn’t amazing, but it was okay and gave guests something to do. If having a particular view is important to you, I would recommend contacting the hotel before your stay and letting them know your preference, as this may help avoid disappointment on arrival. Also be prepared for the wind – it is no joke! It can be much windier than expected, so pack accordingly. Overall, the location was the highlight of our stay, but the room view, dinner experience and spa situation could definitely be improved.
