Très très belle découverte de ce petit coin de paradis de El Guarapo Hôtel très bien situé Nous avons séjourné du 1er au 9 septembre 2026 oú nous avons été extrêmement bien accueillies. De plus sa situation géographique permet de visiter l’île avec les bus à proximité pour les personnes non véhiculé. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

We had a fantastic stay at El Guarapo Apartments and really enjoyed our holiday. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed for a self-catering stay. The whole complex was very quiet and peaceful, making it a great place to relax. The pool area was well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent, with shops, restaurants and the beach all within easy walking distance. The apartment was very clean overall, including the bedrooms, kitchen and toilets. The only area that could have been improved was the shower in the bathroom, as some of the tiles and the shower drain could have been cleaned a little better. Breakfast was enjoyable, but we felt the menu could have offered a bit more variety. It would also have been helpful to know in advance that breakfast was served as a buffet, as this wasn’t made clear to us at first. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely recommend El Guarapo Apartments. We would happily stay here again.

We stayed here for a week brilliant location a little path just down from the appartments and your in the main square for shops,restaurants and bars. Appartments were great well equipped cleaned every other day,bed lovely and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Bonitos apartamentos, muy bien ubicados con variedad de supermercados y restaurantes alrededor. El personal muy agradable. La limpieza del apartamento no era buena, habia zonas sucias y con polvo

Disappointing Stay Due to Poor Cleanliness and Maintenance We left our stay feeling very disappointed, especially since previous reviews had already mentioned cleanliness issues — and unfortunately, nothing seems to have improved. Our apartment was not clean on arrival, and even after requesting housekeeping immediately, we continued finding other people’s hair, fluff, and debris under the beds and furniture. It was clear the apartment hadn’t been properly cleaned or maintained. The furnishings were also in poor condition. The bedding had holes, the towels were extremely worn, and the beds and pillows were such low quality that we barely slept. The pillows were lumpy, the bed shifted constantly, and the metal feet scraped loudly on the tiled floor with every movement. There were stains on the cushioned bed frame, and dirt, fingerprints, and spill marks on furniture, walls, and wardrobes, which made the apartment feel even less clean. Housekeeping during the stay was minimal and not as advertised. Our apartment was only visited twice in a week, and the service was limited to emptying bins and changing towels. We ended up emptying our own bins on other days and buying basic cleaning supplies because items like washing liquid, surface cleaner, dishcloths, and a tea towel were not provided or replaced. Once we cleaned the kitchen and bathroom ourselves, it became even clearer how unclean the apartment had been. Overall, the property felt dirty and neglected, which significantly affected our stay. It’s a shame because the complex has potential, and we prefer supporting smaller, local accommodations — but this one is missing the basic standards needed for a comfortable experience. After speaking with friends staying elsewhere, it’s clear there are much better options in the area. Sadly, we left the apartment cleaner than when we arrived and will not be returning.

Because of delayed flights, we arrived at the apartment late. It was very nice to find a note left on the main door that guided us directly to our room, which we really appreciated after a long journey. Considering the price, the room could definitely use some renovation and a bit more maintenance. However, the overall property, although not very large, is beautiful, well-kept, and full of greenery. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was excellent.
