We are just leaving after the most perfect stay and honestly couldn’t recommend this hotel enough! The food was fantastic throughout our stay, with a great variety and different themes every night. There was genuinely something for everyone, and everything was always so fresh and delicious. The service across the board was absolutely incredible. From the reception staff and maids to the waiters and waitresses, every single member of staff we came across was friendly, approachable and welcoming, and consistently provided the 5-star service you would expect. A huge special shoutout has to go to Marc, who is absolutely amazing at his job! We genuinely loved seeing him every day and stopping for a chat. He was always so friendly and went above and beyond, not just for us but for everyone around him. He is an absolute credit to the hotel and deserves massive recognition for the incredible service he provides. Thank you to the entire team for making our holiday so special. We’ve had the most amazing stay and are so sad to be leaving! We would absolutely love to return in the future.

The stay was decent overall, but I didn’t feel that this was truly a 5-star hotel. The service was very average and lacked the level of attention and hospitality you would normally expect from a luxury property. While the stay itself was comfortable, it did not provide the experience or atmosphere of a genuine 5-star hotel. Overall, it was a good stay, but I would not choose to stay here again, as the service from the hotel staff did not reflect a 5-star standard.

Das Hotel hat uns super gut gefallen und wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders empfehlen können wir, Prestige zu buchen. Man hat dadurch einige schöne Vorteile, unter anderem den ganzen Tag über kostenlose heiße und kalte Getränke (alkoholische Getränke ausgenommen), einen eigenen kleinen Prestige-Bereich oben und zwischendurch immer wieder kleine Snacks. Der Service war wirklich super. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir eine Mitarbeiterin aus dem Service, die immer sehr lieb, aufmerksam und herzlich war. Sie hat sich immer darum gekümmert, dass es allen Gästen gut geht und niemand etwas braucht. So einen aufmerksamen und persönlichen Service erlebt man nicht überall. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Absolute Empfehlung!

The hotel itself has a fantastic atmosphere—beautiful, relaxing, and welcoming throughout. Every part of our stay felt special, and the service is outstanding from start to finish. It truly is a 5-star experience, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended! Julian at the reception is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment I arrived. He greeted me with a warm smile and made the check-in process quick, easy, and completely stress-free. His professionalism and positive attitude made a great first impression and really set the tone for a wonderful stay. Thank you for the excellent service!

Marc delivers outstanding service and is always a pleasure to talk to. He is incredibly kind, friendly, and always willing to help, even with the smallest things. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best stay possible. The hotel is very nice and has very friendly staff. The pool area is very good. The rooms are very nice, always clean, and well maintained. The view was amazing. The location is perfect - close to the beach and the bus station that takes you into Palma. We had a very good stay, and we will definitely be coming back to this beautiful hotel!
