Such a lovely hotel. Spotlessly clean and warm and bright. Staff were magnificent - so kind and patient. I found my mattress too hard and they arranged to put a very effective topper on it immediately. Food was always great with great variety. Fish in particular was absolutely delicious here. Also water and sparkling water are provided throughout the hotel completely free if charge - I was very impressed with this lovely gesture. Night time entertainment was good- there's a young and enthusiastic animation team. Full marks to them 🥇

Overall, our stay was pleasant. The hotel is quite old, but it has clearly been renovated and is generally well maintained. The staff were always friendly and attentive, and the food in the main restaurant was good, although the variety could be improved. Unfortunately, there was one issue that completely overshadowed the experience: the huge number of cockroaches throughout the hotel. We saw them in several areas, including the gym, the corridors near the rooms, and other common spaces. The most shocking experience happened at the Route 66 restaurant, which was a real disappointment. Not only was the food inferior to that served in the main restaurant, but during our dinner we found four cockroaches around our table. When we informed a waitress, her response was that it was "normal" and that they probably came from the refrigerator next to our table. Honestly, having dinner under those conditions was absolutely disgusting. When we reported the issue at reception, we were told that the hotel is surrounded by sewers and that this is something "normal". While I understand that insects can occasionally appear in tropical destinations, the number of cockroaches we encountered and the staff's apparent acceptance of the situation are simply not acceptable for a hotel of this standard. Another disappointing aspect was the evening entertainment. The shows were very poor and lacked quality, finishing quite early in the evening. After the shows ended, there was virtually nothing else to do at the hotel, making the nights rather dull for guests looking for some entertainment after dinner. It is a real shame because the hotel has many positive aspects and could offer a very good experience. However, the hygiene and pest control issues, together with the weak entertainment program, need to be addressed urgently.

Wir waren 11 Tage im H10 Tindaya und es war sehr schön. Es gibt eine große gepflegte Anlage, auf der es viel zu entdecken gibt. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite, die schön geräumig war, sodass alle ihren Platz hatten. Die Klimaanlage hat das Zimmer nicht ganz so runtergekühlt wie wir es uns gewünscht hätten und die hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hat uns immer das Gefühl gegeben, dass alles etwas klamm war. Ist aber alles kein Drama. Im Zimmer selbst könnten hier und da ein paar Schönheitsreparaturen gemacht werden, ist aber nicht problematisch(es ist ja schließlich Hauptsaison). Wir haben das Privilege-Paket gebucht und können das nur absolut empfehlen! Es gibt einen extra Bereich inkl. Pool, der nur mit dem Paket genutzt werden kann…das bedeutet vor allem, dass es immer ausreichend Liegen dort gab. Während der reguläre Bereich bereits 9.30 Uhr voll mit Handtüchern belegt war, haben wir im Privilege Bereich auch mittags immer noch viele Liegen zur Wahl gehabt. Das entspannt tatsächlich mehr als wir erwartet hatten. Auch der Handtuch-Tausch am Pool war mehrmals täglich (wenn unbedingt notwendig) ganz unproblematisch. Ansonsten wurde die Minibar täglich aufgefüllt und man konnte in den zwei á la carte Restaurants speisen wenn man es mal etwas ruhiger haben wollte (das Buffetrestaurant erinnerte zu Stoßzeiten manchmal eher an ein Wildtier-Gehege ;-)). Wir haben aber das Frühstück im Buffetrestaurant immer sehr genossen, da die Auswahl wirklich fantastisch ist. Ein großes Lob an alle Kellner! Wir kommen selbst aus der Gastronomie und es ist bewundernswert wie ruhig und freundlich alle die ganze Zeit waren. Besonders schön war, dass sowohl Service als auch Bar immer noch einen kleines Spaß für die Kinder übrig hatten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt. Das Thema Freundlichkeit gilt aber für alle, mit denen wir im Hotel zu tun hatten…Rezeption, Bar, Housekeeping..immer alles top! Animation haben wir wenig genutzt, die Schaumparty war aber ein Urlaubs Highlight. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub und wir fahren nun entspannt nach Hause. Danke an das H10 Tindaya!

Posizione notevole con spiaggia annessa, cibo buono, a volte carne e pesce non perfetti. Mi sarei aspettato una cortesia che avrebbe fatto acquisire punti. Abbiamo perso il volo di andata e siamo arrivati un giorno e mezzo dopo. Al ritorno ci è stato annullato il volo, avendo risparmiato i primi due gg avrebbero potuto regalarci la stanza senza chiederci il costo di una notte in più. Nei fatti non ci avrebbero rimesso nulla ma avrebbero acquisito sicuramente dei clienti fissi. Un vero peccato a volte perdere certe occasioni, si guarda al risparmio di qualche doccia e un pasto e non alla possibilità di vedere dei clienti tornare

My son and I stayed at H10 Tindaya from the 10th to the 17th of June, and we had a wonderful holiday. The hotel itself was beautiful, the rooms were very clean, and the entire team was friendly and professional. However, I would especially like to mention Alondra Mary at Reception. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. She always greeted us with a smile and genuinely made us feel valued as guests Her positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference to our holiday experience. Customer service like this is rare and deserves recognition. Thank you for helping make our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend H10 Tindaya to families and anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday.
