One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Staff very friendly and helpful and the hotel was spotless. We had Level rooms which were worth every penny. The Level is a peaceful place to be and no fighting for sunbeds

Stayed here for 11 nights. This is the 3rd time we have stayed here and the second as a guest on The Level. The hotel is ideally located opposite the beach and only a short walk from the town and train station. The rooms are well laid out and kept clean by the house keeping staff who are friendly and approachable. The Level service is exceptional with tea/coffee, soft drinks, wine etc and various tasty snacks available throughout the day. The Level pool area is a great place to relax with plenty of Sun loungers and parasols. The staff on The Level are great from the waiting staff to the reception staff, they can’t do enough for you to make your stay a memorable one. A special thanks must go to Maria on the reception desk, she helped us so much and we had some delightful conversations with her. A true asset to the Melia Hotel Group. I mustn’t forget the the kitchen staff who turn out some wonderful snacks including various cakes. We highly recommend staying here on The Level to anyone coming to Torremolinos.

Melia hotel Torremolinos is a great hotel to stay. The location is perfect ( so close to the beach and sea). We have just come home from a 4 night stay. The rooms were great we could see the sea from our balcony . The air-con / rooms were kept clean ( towel changed daily) /good size rooms / the hotel staff polite / the hotel itself was really well thought out in design. The breakfasts were perfect (and a good range of food to suit everyone’s needs). Could not fault this hotel at all- would recommend.

Lovely and attentive staff in the Level. The Level concierges are super friendly, helpful, and professional. We loved the exclusivity of the private rooftop pool and lounge for The Level guests with a nice selection of all-day snacks and drinks available. The evening Happy Hour at the Level offered even more choice of beverages and canapés from 7-9 PM. Though we were there over a long weekend in July, the Level pool never got too crowded and loungers were always available. We reserved one of the cabanas on our last day and it was very nice and comfortable facing the ocean. While the hotel itself is rated 4 stars, the Level experience is closer to 5 stars where it’s a full-service and stress-free experience. On departure day, we had a late flight and were able to keep the room u til 2PM. We were then able to use the Level facilities until we departed the hotel at 6PM. There was even an option to use a courtesy room for a half hour period to shower and change before leaving. Overall a luxurious experience which exceeded expectations.

Totalmente recomendable. Nos alojamos con habitación The Level. Tiene el mejor level que hemos podido visitar: vistas impresionantes, piscina súper agradable y buen servicio de comida. La atención del personal exquisita, tanto cocina como el servicio. Especial atención por Encarni, nos trató genial y mostró una empatía única en cada una de nuestras dudas. Un diez por ella :) En el chiringuito igual, buena comida y maravillosa atención. Elena en Kavana es maravillosa.

A very underwhelming Meliá despite charging literally more than €250 per night. I was assigned room 2901 and it seems that the air-conditioning in this building doesn’t work properly. I stayed 30 May - 1 June and the air-conditioning only worked during the day. At night, the air-conditioning barely worked, the room temperature actually hovered around 25-26 degrees Celsius, which is way too warm and balmy for me. Temperature went down only after sunrise, when the temperature finally went down to 21-22 degrees, which was still not ideal. The check-in / front desk experience also left much to be desired. They seem to prioritize servicing guests coming in large group, which predominantly come from certain countries, and it made me feel very racially profiled to be left alone. Nobody said hello to me, nobody asking me about whether I want to check in or not, etc.. On the bright side, their restaurants are very good. The Beach has amazing seafood (the squid!) while the other newer one has delicious Korean Fried Chicken! Overall a disappointing experience, except the restaurants.
