We had a great stay this past week. We had a private pool room. The check in was flawless and they provided prosecco during the check in, which was nice. Our room was spotless. The private pool overlooked the main pool. We had a great breakfast, lunch and buffet dinner. The hotel staff was so nice. Every single one of them. During the day, it was peaceful and quiet. At night, there was some entertainment with a singer and a dance party. But, it was perfectly planned with it ending at 22:00. We also did a couples massage and the ladies were very professional and great at what they do. The waiting area was humid, but was not terrible. If you are looking for an adult resort to just relax and not worry about partying or noise, this is your spot. We were very satisfied with our all inclusive package and accommodations.

Un hotel pequeño, pero tremendamente acogedor, donde todo está cuidado al detalle. Sin duda, uno de sus mayores valores es su personal: excepcional, amable, servicial y, sobre todo, siempre atento a cualquier necesidad o petición. Quiero hacer una mención especial a una camarera, Nerea, si no recuerdo mal. Nos pareció encantadora y, a pesar de su juventud, demostró una profesionalidad, una habilidad y una atención poco habituales. Un verdadero placer tratar con ella. La comida fue espectacular, tanto por la variedad como por la calidad. Es un régimen de todo incluido, pero con una calidad y un servicio que recuerdan más a comer a la carta. En definitiva, un auténtico lugar de ensueño para relajarse, desconectar y disfrutar siendo atendido de maravilla. Sin duda, volveremos.

We had a fantastic stay at Zafiro Alzinar Mar and couldn't fault a thing. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was seamless. Our room with its private plunge pool was wonderful – spacious, spotlessly clean and the perfect place to relax. The hotel has a lovely, peaceful atmosphere, making it ideal for a relaxing adults-only break. The food was excellent throughout our stay, with plenty of choice at every meal, and the all-inclusive package offered an extensive selection of drinks. A special thank you to Higinio for all of his help. He was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to assist us, particularly with our transfer.

This is our second time coming! Honestly best hotel I have been to so far. Staff are so lovely, entertainment was amazing. They really take the time to get to know you and show interest. The cleanliness of the hotel is honestly 10/10. Will be back again!!!

It was our second stay at Zafiro Alzinar Mar, the first time was in October 2025. The hotel is bountiful with excellent staff, friendly and efficient. Worthy of a mention is 1) Miguel, the head waiter, always has a smile and would anticipate our seating requirements after a couple of days. 2) Fernando (waiter), lovely bloke, friendly, efficient and always makes you feel welcome 3) Frank, (waiter) who was so friendly, asked our names - and remembered them - was very helpful and a bit of a comedian 4) Cezar, (waiter) always friendly and did a great job 5) Narea, (waitress) always had a smile and was very efficient 6) Higinio (reception) very helpful, making sure your needs are met. Whoever does staff training, should be commended. Rooms are very clean, cleaned with fresh towels every day. Downsides - The food wasn't quite as good as last time, although it was still excellent. We think because the hotel was not full, the slow turnaround of food resulted in some of the dishes not being as hot as they could be. However, I am a vegetarian, and there is a good choice every night. The food in the lunchtime restaurant is hit and miss, some of the dishes need replacing (in our opinion) but in the main, very good. Service, as the main restaurant, is excellent. Well worth going AI as the drinks are good, and cocktails are made fresh, unlike some hotels we have stayed at. The entertainment in the evening could do with upgrading, although it didn't bother us, we were happy to have reasonably early nights and get up earlier. All in all, a lovely hotel, would definitely recommend it, and we are considering going back for a third stay later in the year.

This hotel was absolutely perfect for us as a couple. Adults only, very calm and quiet. Plenty of space and loungers around the pool. We were in a Junior Suite, very clean and lots of space - we didn't have the plunge pool but they looked really good too. All the staff were great, and very patient when I tried to practice my Spanish. Really good hotel we would very happily visit again
