We stayed at Hotel Livvo Dunagolf Suites for seven nights, and without a doubt it is one of the most peaceful hotels we have ever stayed in. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the staff are incredibly friendly, and our room was modern, spacious, and exceptionally clean upon arrival. We upgraded to a rooftop terrace, which was a fantastic addition to our stay. Having our own private space with sun loungers, chairs, and an umbrella. Plenty of sun loungers available around the pool, so there was absolutely no need to wake up early to reserve one. During our entire seven-day stay, we never struggled to find available loungers, regardless of the time of day. The pool bar was excellent and very reasonably priced. They also served food during selected hours, which was ideal on days when we wanted to stay and enjoy the resort rather than head out. The hotel is around a 30–40 minute walk from the dunes and Yumbo, but taxis are readily available if you don't fancy the walk. Personally, I wouldn't consider this a negative at all. The slightly quieter location is what gives the hotel its peaceful atmosphere and relaxed feel. A special mention should also go to the lifeguards, who were extremely friendly throughout our stay. They regularly checked on guests around the pool to make sure everyone was comfortable and okay, which was a lovely touch and something we haven't experienced at many other hotels. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria.

Wir haben vom 30.05. bis zum 08.06. unseren Urlaub im Dunagolf Suites in Maspalomas verbracht. Hier unsere Erfahrungen: Lage: Auf Google Maps wirkt das Hotel sehr zentral, was jedoch etwas täuscht. Zwar sind das Yumbo und Cita Center theoretisch in der Nähe, aber bis zum Strand oder in die Zentren von Playa del Inglés und Maspalomas läuft man gut eine Stunde zu Fuß. Auch die Dünen sind zwar nah, aber nicht direkt „ein Katzensprung über den Zaun“. Ein Mietwagen ist aus unserer Sicht absolut ratsam – am besten direkt ab dem Flughafen, da sie dort günstiger sind und man sich so den zeitaufreibenden Hoteltransfer spart. Die Parkplatzsituation in den Städten und am Strand ist vor Ort leider sehr unpraktisch, aber immerhin kostet eine Taxifahrt zu den Dünen faire 8 €. Ein kleiner Supermarkt ist fußläufig in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Anlage & Unterkunft: Die Anlage selbst ist wirklich schön gelegen und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Die weitläufige Poollandschaft bildet das Herzstück des Hotels. Die Bungalow-Suites sind zudem ein echtes Highlight: Sie sind sehr groß, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Pool & Erholung: Tagsüber ist es im Hotel sehr ruhig und erholsam. Am Pool findet man immer ausreichend Liegen und große Sonnenschirme. Es gibt ein gutes Angebot mit einem Kinderpool, einem großen Pool sowie einem separaten Erwachsenenbereich inklusive Whirlpool. Gastronomie (Halbpension): Hier müssen wir leider deutliche Abstriche machen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen werden im kleinen Restaurant direkt am Pool serviert. Das Buffet ist sehr überschaubar und bewegte sich für uns allenfalls auf solidem Zwei-Sterne-Niveau. Teilweise war es sogar notwendig, das Essen in einer bereitstehenden Mikrowelle aufzuwärmen, um es warm zu genießen. Ein weiteres Ärgernis: Tauben sind vor Ort sehr aktiv und decken die Tische oft schneller ab, als das Personal es tun kann – auch wenn das Personal an sich stets freundlich war. Fazit: Wer eine ruhige, geräumige Unterkunft sucht und sich selbst versorgen kann oder keine hohen Ansprüche an die Halbpension stellt, findet hier eine tolle Anlage. Für Gäste, die auf eine qualitativ hochwertige Hotelküche Wert legen, ist dieses Angebot jedoch eher enttäuschend.

Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas le pongo un 2. En la habitación no consigues 100% oscuridad ni de noche. En coche tiene buena ubicación pero si vas caminando, las zonas de bares restaurantes queda lejos, o caminas unos 40 minutos o debes coger taxi/guagua. En nuestro caso nos avisaron allí mismo que íbamos a estar unos días con la piscina de solo adultos cerrada por mantenimiento. Depende cuando vayas a empezar a realizar actividades el desayuno puede que se haga tarde, ya que empieza a las 8. Los colchones un 0. Hotel limpio. Parking gratis disponible sin problema.

Není to vůbec špatný hotel, je jen na špatném místě. Je pravda, že do města je to daleko a k moři je to hodina pěšky. Takže určitě to chce auto. Na snídani a večeři je vždy velmi dobrý výběr. Jídlo vždy chutné. U bazénu v zásadě čisto, mnoho lehátek. I posilovnu zde najdete. Za mne 👍

We had a very enjoyable stay overall. The food was excellent, with a great variety and high quality at every meal. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. The saltwater pool was beautiful, everything throughout the hotel was spotless, and the atmosphere was very family-friendly. The bars offered a good selection of drinks at reasonable prices, and the live music in the evenings created a lovely atmosphere. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to the excellent food, outstanding staff, especially restaurant staff, bar staf, cleanliness, and family-friendly atmosphere, we would happily recommend this hotel.

Maravillosa experiencia. Lo mejor de poder pasar unos dias junto a nuestro hijo de 4 patitas. Hemos pasado unos días geniales muy relajados. las piscinas muy ricas agradables ... Buen ambiente y personal muy amable . Importante para las personas con minusvalías o dificultad para caminar estaría bien que lo adaptarán igual que en las habitaciones. Hay que usar escaleras para ir a las piscinas y al restaurante o al bar piscina.
