We stayed at the Palm Oasis for four nights in a studio room - ours was located near the entrance of the hotel on the ground floor. We were in a corner room so it had quite a big terrace, which we would sit and have breakfast at each morning (and we would get a visit from the cutest, politest little cat). No view but the room was great for the price, nice and spacious with a kitchen and large bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi bath. Also had a double sink and bidet. Only issue was the twin beds as it would've been nice to have been in a double as a couple, but the beds were comfy enough. Rooms were cleaned to a good standard every day. We hired a car and it was easy enough to park at the hotel. They have a basement car park (which is a little tight, but fine for the small car we hired). You pay at check out and it's €3 per day. As we were room only, I can't comment on the food but it seemed like it was pretty busy each morning at breakfast. We nipped to Aldi each morning, which was just a couple of minutes walk away, to get fresh pastries, fruit and juice. Perfect for us - though the Aldi Ruffles just aren't the same! We also bought shower gel and sun cream from there, both of which were inexpensive. We had one pool day during our stay. Pool towels are provided for free by the hotel which is handy if you're only travelling with a small bag and we didn't see much reserving of sun beds and there were loads free to choose from. Apparently they are pretty strict on it! There's two pools - a kids one and an adults one - as well as a small jacuzzi type thing. The adult pool was sort of heated and it was big enough to have a swim in, though bit of a weird shape. We also played mini golf, which was free, you just collect the clubs and balls from reception. It's ridiculously hard though, or were just naff at golf. There's also a tennis court, which I think you have to book. During the pool day we also made the most of happy hour, which was 4pm - 5pm. It was 2-for-1 drinks and the staff were really lovely and attentive. Drinks seemed pretty reasonably priced even outside of happy hour. We only had beer so can't speak for the quality of the cocktails or anything but they looked nice but served in small glasses. We saw about 5 mins of some entertainment on the Friday night but there weren't enough seats so we didn't bother staying. There is a great little bar / restaurant nearby called Love Hate which we'd definitely recommend going to for a drink or some food if you fancy something less Spanish. The hotel is pretty far from the beach but it is walkable to Playa Del Ingles and Masapalomas. There is also a free shuttle bus, but this isn't something we used as the bus timings didn't work for our plans. Taxis were about €6-7. Overall, I would definitely recommend. We got a really good deal and thought it was great value for the price.

Die Palm Oasis ist schon das zweite Mal unsere Favorit auf Gran Canaria und wird seit Jahren immer wieder von unsere Familie besucht. Jedes Jahr gibt es etwas Neues und die Anlage wird kontinuierlich gepflegt. Die Apartments sind ausgezeichnet ausgestattet. An Küchen Equipment und allgemeine Haushaltsgeräten ist alles erforderliche ausreichend für 4 Personen und zum zubereiten von Gerichten da. Die Apartmentgröße überzeugt mit großem Bad mit Badewanne mit Jacuzzi Düsen, Duschkabine mit Ganzkörperdüsen einem großen Wohnzimmer mit ausziehbarem Sofa und einer großen Balkon/Terrasse. Die Pool Anlage ist sehr schön groß, gepflegt und selbst das Jacuzzi ist groß genug. Die Poolbar ist auch in Ordnung. Jetzt gibt es auch Spiele Raum mit ganz vielen Aktivitäten, wie Billard, Tischtennis und vielen Arcade Automaten. Aber auch leider diese Gewinnautomaten. Was eher den Geldbeutel schmälert, statt Spaß bringt. Die Minigolf Anlage werden wir auch noch testen und eine Tennisanlage gibt es auch. Kleines Manko ist jedoch, dass der Gym Raum echt klein ist und wenige Geräte besitzt. Für meine chronischen Rückenschmerzen hätte ich mir eine Rückentrainer gewünscht. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne hier hin, jedoch ist ein Leihwagen zu empfehlen, aber kein Muss. Da die Anlage auf einer Anhöhe ist und die Busverbindung unten im Tal ist. 10min zu Fuß. Die Busverbindung ist auch zu empfehlen, da man für nur 1,40€ zum playa de ingles oder auch nach Meloneras kommt. Alles in einem ist die Palm Oasis da beste zweite Zuhause auf Gran Canaria.

Due piscine riscalndate sono fredde. Camere/Appartamenti: 1. Bagni sono arruginiti e le docce non funzionano bene. 2. Cucine sono piene di formiche. 3. Frigo era sporco quando siamo arrivati, ho dovuto pulirlo da sola. 4. Divano nella camera ha un odore spiacevole. 5. Appartamenti al piano terra non hanno una possibilità di aprire le finestre di notte in sicurezza, può entrare chiunque dentro. 6. Le luci sul terazzo è impossibile spegnere, la notte sembra il giorno, si fa fatica a dormire. Ristorante: 1. I piatti nel ristorante sono unti .. devo pulirmi il piatto ogni volta da sola, un impresa farlo con un fazolezzo, visto che sono super unti.. disgustoso! 2. Personale maschile del ristorante tropo invadente. Cercano di fare simpatici ma superano il limite di rispetto. Non so come la direzione non intervenga sulla questione. Ragazze bravissime e discrete. Complimenti a loro! 3. Buffet povero.. qualche anno fa qualità era più alta. Condimenti inutili. Dovrebbero lasciare il cliente a condire il cibo a piacere. Cibo spesso freddo. 4. Mangiare sano è impossibile 5. Pane non fresco Peccato, sarebbe un posto carino per le vacanze..

Wir waren schon mehrfach hier und fühlen uns sehr wohl. Es ist kein klassisches Hotel (30 Jahre), denn jede Wohneinheit (immer mit Balkon oder Terrasse), egal ob Studio im Haupthaus oder Apartment in den kleinen Villas, hat ein Wohnküche mit Kühlschrank, Eisfach, Kochmöglichkeit und ist voll ausgestattet mit Geschirr und Besteck. Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und Saftpresse sind ebenfalls vor Ort. Man kann Halbpension dazu buchen, die lohnt sich meiner Meinung aber nicht. Selbstversorgung ist angenehmer. Ein kleiner Minimarket und ein Aldi sind wenige Meter entfernt. Und ganz besonders ist, das Montag bis Samstag das Housekeeping neben der Zimmerreinigung auch des gebrauchte Geschirr spült. Wenn das kein Urlaub ist?😀 Die Poolanlage ist recht hübsch und gepflegt (jedes Jahr wird einer der beiden Pools im April - Juni gesperrt und renoviert). Es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Zudem gibt es stündlich einen kostenlosen Shuttle-Bus zum Strand nach Maspalomas. Parkmöglichkeit für Mietwagen draußen, wie auch Tiefgarage, vorhanden. Wer es bodenständig mag und kein 5 Sterne-Luxus-Hotel sucht, ist hier 100% richtig.

Buen lugar para estar con la familia, piscinas amplias con aguas cálidas,zonas de tumbonas con amplios jardines para tomar el sol y la sombra. En el apartado de la comida del restaurante todo está muy bueno,buena calidad y abundante. Los baños sí son algo antiguos,eso sí son amplios y tienen bañera de hidromasaje. Las habitaciones las tienen bien limpias y disponen de una terraza amplia con tumbonas,está muy bien la verdad.

Hôtel très sympa de grand canaria, les jardins sont splendides, les piscines sont très belles bordées de palmiers et de gros rochers , très bien entretenues. Les chambres spacieuses avec kitchenette sont propres avec une très bonne literie assez ferme. Le personnel est serviable autant au bar de la piscine lors des happy hour de 16h a 17h , qu'au restaurant ou a la réception. Le chef sait varier les menus du soir pour que ce ne soit pas redondant. Bravo !
