Buenas noches. Llevamos 8 años viniendo a este hotel, y hasta este año la estancia fue muy satisfactoria. Pero este año la experiencia ha sido bastante negativa en cuanto al buffet se refiere. El almuerzo no se servia en el restaurant, tuvimos que comer en el bar de la piscina, con un menú muy limitado (perritos calientes, hamburguesas, y poco mas). Para el precio que cobran por la estancia en regimen de todo incluido nos ha parecido muy deficiente. Por otro lado la atención del personal fué como siempre exquisita. Reseñar tambien la falta de aire acondicionado en las estancias comunes (comedor, sala de tv.y sala de fiestas)

Hemos estado mi marido y mis dos hijas durante 5 días. La experiencia ha sido estupenda. Personal atento y amable, habitaciones limpias, amplias y cómodas (la cama demasiado blanda para mí gusto), terraza amplia, buffet del desayuno y cena variado y con resposicon continua, sin saturación de gente ni colas, la piscina estupenda y el spa ideal para darse un capricho. Los 4 estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia, nada que ver con los comentarios negativos que leímos antes de hospedarnos. La situación del hotel es muy buena, con facilidad de aparcamiento y al lado del paseo marítimo (muy tranquilo y sin bares) paseando, unos 15 minutos, se llega a Playa Blanca, donde hay multitud de restaurantes y bares de copas.

Second time coming to this hotel as a big family and we’ve really enjoyed it both times. The hotel is fairly modern (it could do with a few touch ups like missing tiles in and around the pools and walls need repainting) but other than that it’s clean and safe for families with young children. The food gets a lot of negative feedback but we’ve always found something nice to eat from the all inclusive although they could de bone the fish before cooking it. I can’t speak for the other rooms in the hotel but the family annex rooms are good, they are clean and spacious with comfortable beds the air con doesn’t really work but we coped with the little bit of cold air that it does blows out 😂.

5/5 — Amazing stay in Lanzarote! We had the best time on our Lanzarote trip with Trene, Pinky, Jose, Vane, Landrca, Bonnic, and MiCHAEL—the weather was perfect, the beaches were beautiful, and there was something for everyone, from relaxing pool days to exploring the volcanic landscapes. The whole trip was filled with great food, unforgettable sunsets, and so many laughs with our family. A big thank you as well to the wonderful hotel team Alewsia papalia, Ivan, and erlien hanyinzon. From the warm welcome to the friendly service throughout our stay, they helped make everything feel smooth, comfortable, and special. Loved the Seaview suite. Would happily recommend this place to anyone planning a Lanzarote holiday—and we’re already thinking about coming back. Thank you all the hotel staff from our kids 💙 From (Vejay) and family No Scotland, no party. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Another excellent stay here at the Mirador. We were here for a month, staying in a side sea view room. It was kept spotlessly clean by the lovely maids. There was a refurbishment to the dining room for a few days when we arrived, it’s all been redecorated, acoustic sound resonators added to reduce noise, banquette seating, which makes the room less canteen like. New tables and really comfortable chairs , we loved it ! There are mixed reviews on the food and I think some of the comments are unfair. Breakfast is lovely, freshly squeezed orange juice, lovely breads, hot items, great egg station. Fresh fruit, yogurts, pastries, continental cheeses and meats, cater for everyone. Evening meals were also varied and plentiful, although it is a weekly rotation, which some may find repetitive. Canarian night is great, every night there are stews, meat, fish and vegetarian options. The pool area is lovely, and plenty of sunbeds available, towards the end of our holiday though guests started to reserve their beds at ridiculous o’clock ! All the staff are welcoming and helpful, Daniel on the bar is lovely and remembers your order. Reception staff can’t do enough to help, along with the lovely porter whose name escapes me … All in all a lovely holiday , looking forward to going back, thank you all

Très belle hôtel, nous avions une familly room, à l’écart avec les autre familles et une piscine. Les petits déjeuner sont vraiment bien. Le midi c’est au bar pas mal de choix mais forcément répétitif. Le soir une grande salle. Le tout inclusif est vraiment bien, beaucoup de cocktails et alcool fort sont compris. En général c’est très propre et le personnelle est sympathique. Les animations sont pas au top car souvent répétitive. Mais bon vraiment je conseille. A 20minutes à pied de la plage sable blanc magnifique.
