Lovely hotel, very clean in all areas. Food is good for all inclusive compared to what we have had before. Pools are all very cold even the heated one. Staff very good and on the ball. Rooms are very spacious. Atmosphere around the pools isn’t great is the only thing that lets it down. Very good selection of spirits on all inclusive drinks. Victor and Adrian are the best animation team people 🤝

I am currently staying at Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel and this is my third day here (Room 623). Overall, I am having a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food is varied and tasty, with plenty of choice at every meal. My room has been comfortable, clean, and serviced to a good standard throughout my stay. One thing worth mentioning is that many guests start reserving sunbeds around the main pool from as early as 9:00 a.m., so it can become quite busy during the day. However, I discovered that the separate pool area with the lazy river offers a much calmer and more relaxing atmosphere. It is a great place to unwind away from the busier main pool area. The all-inclusive package has been very good value, with continental alcoholic drinks included, giving a good selection of beverages throughout the day and evening. The hotel has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, good facilities, and a convenient location close to Los Cristianos. After three days here, I can say that I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday enjoyable.

We spent 2 weeks here and had a fantastic time! We will definitely be returning. Firstly, all of the staff were so friendly! Vicky in the restaurant was so attentive and loved our children Penny and Ted. Stephanie from the animation team had all of the love, care and energy to keep the children happy and busy. Mariusz was a very friendly bar man who looked after the whole family. The food was amazing and there was always something for everyone. There was a large range of drinks available throughout the day. My only recommendation would be to have blackcurrant and orange squash for the children. We visited both entertainment upstairs and downstairs and they were great. We also visited the spa for a massage and spent time using the spa facilities. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and cleaned to a high standard daily. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after, loved the surrounding areas and had the best time! Thank you all!

We just returned from the most amazing holiday at the Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel. We booked with Jet2 Holidays for a week in mid August for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. Due to room availabillity, we'd originally been booked into a Junior Suite in the Annex and had a second room in the main hotel. I'll be honest, our intention was to never use the second room and we'd all just stay together as a family in the junior suite - I mean, what family wants to be split into two rooms in different parts of the hotel complex? So, it was a pleasant surprise on check in at the hotel arrival to find we'd been allocated a premium duplex which gave us an an apartment which, in the words of our kids, was almost as big as our home(!) We still had the second room, but as noted, we never used this. Our room was absolutely fantastic. There was so much space, and they were serviced every day. We had two balconies - the first floor had a small table and two chairs, and the second floor had two sun loungers on them. We were a little concerned that the location of the room was described as the 'annex', however it could not have been better - it overlooked the main pool and was close to the onsite restaurants and bars. The hotel complex is a little bit of a labyrinth, and in particular, you are not really signposted to the additional two pools that are available towards the rear of the hotel. Having said that, with our young family, we were best suited to being at the main pool in the middle of the complex which was the most child-friendly. The pools were excellent, and were one of the main attractions for us - all our kids want to do is swim! And this they did every day. There was always something going on - whether it was pool mats, the large inflatable slide or the animation team getting in the pool and playing with the kids. My youngest daughter absolutely fell in love with Stephanie who was brilliant with her throughout out stay and made her feel really special. We went on an all-inclusive package and we didn't feel short changed at all. There was always an impressive range of food available, and because of the various themed nights (Indian/ American/ Mexican/ Italian etc), it never felt too 'samey'. Our kids can very very picky, and they always looked forward to meal times here - in particular, the BBQ put on at lunchtimes 3 days a week went down a treat. I put on half a stone during my stay, which says I either enjoyed the food or loved the booze(!) Talking of the booze, there was a great range of branded beers, wines, ciders, spirits and cocktails includes in our package. Most of it was available as self service, but there you could always ask a member of the bar staff to prepare it if you wished. If I was going to be picky about anything and suggest an area of improvement, it would be the range of 'snacks' available outside the set mealtimes. It was basically restricted to burgers, fries, hotdogs, ice creams and toasties that you made yourself. Personally, I'd liked to have seen a little more - but as I said, this is being picky, and the kids were very much happy with the offer. We were really happy with the entertainment - our absoute favourite was the circus night which was held outside in the pool area. It had such a festival/ party atmosphere and really helped make our holiday. Most of the time, entertainment was restricted to either the main bar upstairs, or the 'family' area downstairs. We only ever went to the downstairs family bar. What was on offer was a bit 'hit and miss' but was perfectly fine for our needs as a family. Finally, I'll turn to the location which was possibly the biggest downside for us. I should be clear that this woudn't disincentivise us from coming again, but you would not describe it as 'beach adjacent'. With the 3 kids in tow, it took us about 15-20 minutes to make it to the beach in Los Cristianos - but there is a free minibus from the hotel to Playa de las Americas. Overall, we had a great time and I would thoroughly recommend!

Hemos pasado un finde súper agradable en el hotel, la habitación suite con vistas al mar una maravilla, instalaciones, comida y todo en general súper bien! Pero en esta reseña me gustaría resaltar el atendimiento, amabilidad y profesionalidad de Jesús Mesa, empleado que tuvimos el placer de conocer en el 4ever fun. Es un máquina, y su atención al cliente una maravilla, el simple hecho de encontrarte a personas así hace que te den ganas de volver! Por cierto los mojitos muy ricos también!

The hotel was lovely, staff were really kind. Food options were great. We went half board which works for us perfectly. Soft drinks were cheap around the pool, shop across from hotel and supermarket just down the road which offered a variety. The rooms could have been cleaned to a better standard but if we went reception and asked for sheets to be cleaned they had no issues swapping or doing extra. 5 different pools so meant there wasn’t a huge gather around one pool. We mostly stayed at the adult only pool which was peaceful. I’d recommend the hotel for couple and young families.
