Me hospede en el 2 noches que venia por trabajo , donde necesitaba un buen descanso. El personal es excelente y servicial. Pero si la temperatura de la habitación es importante para un buen sueno no es el lugar para quedarte . El aire acondicionado no bajo de 22.5-23C . Me dieron un ventilador . O sea que pague lo que pague para dormir con un ventilador! 2 noches que dormi FATAL. Y si eres mayor ojo porque la bañera es muy alta y ancha para entrar, hay que hacerlo con cuidado. La cama bien.

El paquete de spa más masaje ha sido una muy buena elección. Mis amigas y yo hemos pasado una tarde muy agradable, con unas vistas preciosas y un ambiente estupendo en la piscina. La sensación con el masaje no ha hecho más que mejorar la experiencia. El que me ha hecho MAR, ha sido una delicia. Siento no recordar el nombre de su compañera, pero tanto yo, como mis amigas nos hemos sentido muy bien atendidas por las dos y el masaje nos ha dejado flotando de relajación . I would give this place 3 stars overall. The location is fantastic. It is nice to have the rooftop pool. Our air conditioning was broken for the first 2 days and the hotel did not communicate updates very well. This is the difference between a 4/5 star and a 3 star. Service was okay. Not super friendly. The room layout is kind of strange. You enter the room into the sink and shower area, then through a sliding door to the bed area. The bed was 2 singles pushed together, so falling into the gap was a pain. Not sure what other Alicante hotels are like. Perhaps this is better than most? Also- they could do better advertising that they part of the Marriott family.

Everything was perfect, from the friendliness at the front desk to the comfort of the room and the location. We truly enjoyed a great, relaxing stay. As a minor suggestion, it would be great if the lobby could be kept a bit cooler.

We had a stay of several days in this hotel. You absolutely can't beat the location, is is very central of the most sightseeing places. A side from that, the rooms look rather tired and worn down. They try to cover it up as best as they can but it is noticable. Breakfast buffet was OK, also the staff. It is funny to observe the staff attitude towards you, depending if you are wearing a suit or just shorts and a t-shirt. Parking garage is a big plus tho. All in all the stay was neither good nor bad. It is one of those places you wont remember anymore in a month or so.

This is not a five star hotel by any means. I was very disappointed with my stay at Hospes Amérigo. The room felt worn and in need of renovation, with visible signs of wear on the furniture and finishes. The towels provided at were extremely thin and worn out and had to be replaced after I complained. I booked through American Express Hotel Collection. The promotional property credit was not reflected at checkout initially and had to be corrected. Parking is also an additional €28 per night, which adds significantly to the cost of the stay. I also asked about the Hotel Collection room upgrade and was told the hotel was too busy, even though the property appeared very quiet during my stay. I understand upgrades are never guaranteed, but the explanation did not seem consistent with what I observed. The most disappointing part was how my concerns were handled. I felt dismissed rather than genuinely listened to, and there was little effort to make things right. I’ve stayed at several luxury hotels throughout Spain, and this was by far the most disappointing. In my opinion, the condition of the property, the quality of the amenities, and the overall guest experience do not reflect what I expect from a five star hotel. I would not stay here again.
