This is a fantastic hotel! Clean, good size rooms, great Buffett restaurant. It is super close to the old town and the beach is literally across the road. It has a rooftop pool (smaller than i was expecting, but i am no olympic athlete so no problem). The rooms were spacious enough, we had a side sea view and i loved sitting watching the world go by. The rooms had daily cleaning service, spacious shower and bathroom area and plenty of wardrobe space. The staff were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to help if you had a query. I would give ten stars if i could. Will absolutely be back

Fuimos a cenar y la experiencia fue excelente. La comida estaba muy buena, el ambiente era agradable y, sobre todo, queremos destacar la atención de Alba. Fue muy amable, atenta y profesional en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos muy cómodos. Sin duda, un servicio de 10. ¡Volveremos!

Wonderful stay at Barceló Benidorm Beach! Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday so special. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and we were delighted to receive a room upgrade for my birthday, along with cava and a birthday cake – such a thoughtful touch. The breakfast was amazing, the hotel is beautiful and in a great location, and the rooftop pool bar is absolutely fabulous. We especially loved the live shows in the evenings, which created a wonderful atmosphere. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Benidorm and will definitely return in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at Barceló Benidorm Beach. It’s a really lovely place to stay in the Old Town, with plenty of bars and restaurants right on the doorstep, and it’s perfectly located directly on the beach. The pool area was incredibly relaxed, with gentle music creating a great atmosphere, and on different days there was either a DJ or a guitar player which was a lovely touch. They also make a fantastic Aperol Spritz! Our sea view room was lovely, spacious, and a great size with beautiful views. The only thing we found a little frustrating was that you needed a separate lift key card to use the lifts, rather than your room key card. A big plus was being able to book a complimentary courtesy room after checkout to freshen up before travelling home. The reception staff were lovely throughout our stay and always happy to help. We’d definitely stay here again!

Absolutely fabulous hotel. We were on a weeks holiday and this was our first time at Barcelo Benidorm Beach, and it didn't disappoint, the staff, food, rooms and sea views were fabulous, rooms cleaned daily, stunning views from the rooftop where you can cool off in the pool, the buffet style breakfast and dinner's were to die for, we had a side sea view room with the option to select a certain room position an extra €135 which we didn't mind as we preferred a side sea view room nearer front of the hotel, beach literally on your doorstep and hotel situated nearer the old town which were gorgeous, the livelier part of Benidorm like the strip isn't that far if you like a little walk, coach drop off point is literally about a 6min walk from hotel, would definitely book with Barcelo again in the future👌 Gracias Barcelo for an amazing week, definitely will be a longer stay next time 😜

A superb hotel in a fantastic beach front location. The hotel is modern with a very welcoming appeal, the side rooms are of good size and layout with a small view of the sea, we were asked upon arrival if we wished to upgrade to a front room but at 50 euros a night we chose not to. The room was serviced well but often the tea/coffee etc were not replenished. The buffet breakfast had a huge selection of hot and cold foods with the usual queues at the tea/coffee machines. Evening buffet was varied and all tasted great, but remember all drinks are extra and charged to your room. You can order, for extra charge, a selection of meals from the menu which are served to you in a nearby area, we tried this and it was a great choice. The roof top pool and bar area was well kept and a great sun trap. Towels are 20 euro deposit, charged to your room which is refunded when they are returned. All staff at reception, dining areas and bars were superb, very accommodating and always smiling. The hotel is on the beach front which has loungers etc charged, by others, at 6 euros a day. There was some small building work being undertaken next door (April 26) which produced some noise but nothing to spoil the holiday. A great hotel to stay in and we will book it again when we return.
