Overall, a great experience. The hotel is about 3 kilometers south of the town and there's a lovely coastal path to walk or jogg along. It's a great location with seaviews and the ambience is relaxed and calming. The rooms, gym, dining room and food met our expectations. I've no hesitation in recommending this hotel. We needed some help during our stay and it's best to speak directly with the guest experience team. They were superb. The only reason this is a 4-star review is because the toilet facilities adjacent to the restaurant, specifically para los hombres, need to be renovated.

We recently stayed at Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort and overall had a really good holiday. Positives: - The location of the resort is brilliant — great access to everything and a lovely setting. - The food was great with plenty of choice. - The staff were very attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. - The gym was very good. Areas for improvement: - Our room needed some upkeep to match the high standard of the rest of the resort. The resort felt really good but then the room itself didn't match. Dirty, lots of stains, sockets hanging off the wall and missing lightbulbs. - The WiFi didn’t work well in the bar or pool areas, which made it difficult to stay connected. - The rooms could be cleaner at times and felt a bit basic compared to the rest of the site. - We had no air‑con for the first week due to a fault. The team did send a temporary unit, which we appreciated, but being on the ground floor meant we would have had to leave the balcony door open for the vent. With three young children, that didn’t feel secure, so we chose not to use it. We understand this was out of their control, but it did affect our experience. Overall, the resort itself is good and the staff work really hard. With a bit more attention to the rooms and facilities, it would easily be a five‑star stay.

Barcelo Active has done it again. My family holiday has been the best. Food was great always something so put a good plate of food together . Breakfast was good. Frest pastries every morning as well. Smoothies were lush. I stayed in a family suite this time. It was great, cleaned everyday. The plaza entertainment was good. Loved all 10 days. There's a bus stop outside €4.20 for 5 people to go puablo marina(the square). Carmen on reception was great once again and Sebastian the waiter is a good lad. Big shout to the cleaning maides they keep the hotel very clean. So Gracias Barcelo see you all soon. Xx

Krásný hotel, vyhřívaná 50 m olympijská plavna(bazen), nepochopitelne nevyhrivane ostatní bazeny! Bez vířivky. PS kdyby dali k bazénu dvě čerpadla jako v emiratech tak jsme na 28 c o vířivé nemluvě! Nepochopitelne!

Nuestra experiencia en el hotel ha sido muy positiva. Es un complejo muy amplio, con una gran variedad de piscinas perfectas para encontrar siempre un lugar donde disfrutar y relajarse. Las habitaciones también destacan por ser muy amplias y cómodas. La oferta gastronómica es uno de sus grandes puntos fuertes. Cuentan con dos buffets que ofrecen una amplísima variedad de platos. Me gustó especialmente el rincón de ensaladas, el espectacular rincón de quesos y una larguísima lista de opciones de postres para terminar. Pero lo mejor de todo ha sido, sin duda, el factor humano. El trato ha sido exquisito de principio a fin, con un personal verdaderamente espectacular. Además, quiero destacar un detallazo que tuvieron con nosotros: el último día nuestro vuelo salía tarde, y el hotel tuvo la enorme delicadeza de permitirnos quedarnos en las instalaciones hasta la salida del vuelo, dejándonos utilizar las duchas del gimnasio para irnos frescos al aeropuerto. Son este tipo de cosas las que marcan la diferencia y fidelizan a un cliente. Por aportar algo constructivo, hay un par de detalles que podrían mejorar. A las habitaciones les falta un pelín de mantenimiento en cuanto a limpieza a fondo, y la presión del agua en la ducha era deficiente. Por último, aunque el hotel no tiene la culpa de la falta de educación de algunos huéspedes, sí creo que deberían intentar controlar el tema de las hamacas; hay demasiada gente que deja las toallas puestas a primera hora y luego no aparecen por allí en todo el día. En resumen, a pesar de esos pequeños detalles, ha sido una estancia maravillosa y es un hotel totalmente recomendable.

Skvělé služby, milý a usměvavý personál ochotný se domluvit i když nerozumíte 🫣. Krásné místo, jen škoda, že na písečnou pláž se musí kousek dojít pěšky, ale to nám nevadilo.
