We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help. The food was fresh, varied, and delicious. We especially enjoyed that two of the dishes were cooked fresh right in front of you. The only small improvement I would suggest is to add a bit more variety to the breakfast menu, as it was the same every day. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, and the location was excellent. It was easy to get around thanks to the nearby bus connections, and it was only about 10–15 minutes from the airport. The only issue we had was at check-in. We were initially given a room where the bathroom was downstairs and the bed was upstairs, connected by a staircase. Normally this wouldn’t have been a problem, but I’m pregnant and having to use the bathroom several times a night made the stairs inconvenient and potentially unsafe. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly understanding and did everything they could to find us another room, which they did. We really appreciated their kindness and willingness to help. My advice to anyone who is pregnant or has mobility issues is to mention it before arriving, as we didn’t know these split-level rooms existed. Overall, I would happily give this hotel 5 out of 5 stars and would definitely recommend it to others!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette hôtel avec ma famille. La chambre était spacieuse, avec vu magnifique face à la mer, les piscines étaient vraiment top : nous étions avec deux enfants en bas âge et les petits bassins étaient parfait pour eux et au calme ce qui leur a permis de jouer en toute sécurité. Les accès privilégiés du My Favorite Club sont vraiment très appréciables et font vraiment la différence : l’accès à un espace à part dans le restaurant a été un vrai plus pour profiter du repas avec les enfants au calme. Le buffet était relativement bon et avec un large choix. Et je vais mettre un GROS point positif pour le personnel de l’hôtel (Ménage, reception, restaurant…) : j’ai rarement vu un hôtels où les membres du personnel sont aussi agréables, souriants et prévenant. Toujours avec des petits détails, paroles et attentions notamment avec les enfants qui ont rendu notre séjour aussi agréable. Le ménage étais toujours fait de manière minutieuse. Enfin bref, pour notamment les familles avec des enfants en bas âge je vous recommande cet hôtels sans problème . Nous y reviendrons sans aucun doute

L'hôtel Alua est parfait en dehors de la haute saison et des vacances scolaires. Durant notre semaine nous avons profité d'un hôtel presque vide et donc d'une piscine calme (et d'une hygiène remarquable), d'un buffet de qualité régulièrement renouvelé et de places de parking accessibles. Le personnel est exceptionnel, toujours disponible, souriant et serviable. De nombreuses animations sont prévues au quotidien et en soirée. Contrairement à la majorité des hôtels, votre chambre finira toujours par être faite, même si cela doit être fait dans l'après-midi. L'hôtel est très proche de l'aéroport, on recommande vraiment la location d'un véhicule car il n'y a rien à moins de 20 minutes. Concernant le bord de mer, il était en travaux durant notre visite mais à partir du port tout est aménagé et moderne, c'est joli à voir. Si je devais proposer quelques pistes d'amélioration pour un hôtel qui est déjà extra rapport qualité prix : - Mettre en place des installations de réduction du bruit ou de murs de séparation dans le buffet principal car les décibels deviennent vites ingérables. - Proposer une vraie piscine adult only pour ceux qui veulent du calme. - Revoir le parking devant l'hôtel dont la structure n'est pas optimisée. - Passer moins de temps à nettoyer les vitres des balcons (On a pas compris l'obsession) pour se concentrer sur les tâches sur les portes, laver les housses du canapé sur lequel on ne s'est pas assis tellement il était sale et les rideaux. - Enlever coussins et parures de lit qui ne sont probablement pas changées entre les réservations. - Nettoyer ou huiler les baies vitrées, on arrivait à peine à sortir sur le balcon. - Mieux communiquer sur le buffet océan car pratiquement toujours vide. Tout le monde va au buffet principal, les flux sont mal répartis - Revoir en conséquence pour les restaurants annexes car un soir inclus sur une semaine c'est trop peu et c'est plus frustrant qu'autre chose. - Mettre du vrai papier toilette car le premier prix c'est pas possible. Honnêtement je recommande à tout le monde d'apporter son propre rouleau, certaines économies n'ont pas lieu d'être. - Revoir les produits en boutique : Magazines, jeux, cartes... On recommande

Went on a 3 day girls trip in april ( we are 50 +😄) Absolutely loved this hotel. We had rooms in the first block on 1st floor. There are 2 blocks each with their own bar area. We stayed mainly by the pool by the bar, there was another pool area just below that section. Bar staff and all the staff at hotel were great. We brought our own plastic cups and they were more than happy for us to use them. Wide range of drinks at the bar and self serve for soft drinks, wine, sangria and beer. There is also a lot of seating outside and inside the bar. At night time we used our tokens for drinks as they were were served in glasses, much nicer for a gin and tonic. They have smirnoff and Gordon's on all inclusive which was great and very generous measures. We went to one night entertainment and the staff were great, getting everyone involved. It's a large area with comfortable soft seats and tables inside. The food was themed each night we were there. They always had a paella pizza and chips and kid friendly food. Sushi on the Asian night was amazing. They also had a night with lots of sweets and chocolate fountain. Wine beer is self serve and wine glassed provided. Rooms are big with large bathrooms. Safes and fridges, kettles and big cups. Location is beautiful. Short drive from the airport. Down a small flight of steps by the pool takes you on a beautiful walk past Several bars just below the hotel overlooking the marina. Beside the hotel is a chinese and a 2 minute walk is the wild geese irish pub where we had a great night with a live band on. There is an indoor swimming pool with a gym and there is a shower area you can use on your last day. So good we booked to go back next year 🤩

Experiencia totalmente recomendable! Toda la familia hemos quedado encantados. La habitación es amplia, moderna y muy limpia. El balcón y las vistas, son espectaculares. La comida, es de buena calidad y hay bastante variedad, incluso hubo comidas temáticas (italiana, asiática y mexicana). Las instalaciones están muy bien y muy bien cuidadas. Una pena que acceder a algunos apartados del hotel, tengan un coste a mayores. Lo qué más destacamos sin duda, es el trato por parte de todo el personal, sobre todo, el personal de animación. En todo momento nos han hecho sentir muy cómodos, nos han integrado y son muy atentos con los niños. También valoramos muy positivamente el compromiso medioambiental del hotel, se agradecen este tipo de iniciativas. La zona donde se ubica, es tranquila, segura, familiar y muy fácil de aparcar de forma gratuita. Tiene un paseo cerca muy recomendable. También hay una parada de taxis justo en frente al hotel. Por último, recomendamos reservar a través de la página web del hotel, ya que sale más barato que en otras plataformas.

A couple in our late 50s stayed end of April. Our room was in block 4 we had a great view of the marina. We upgraded to a suite this had a large lounge area seperate bedroom with 2 patio style doors opening onto a large balcony, with a kettle and fridge. The whole hotel was very clean and looked newly painted. Evening entertainment was very good with singers, dancers and a circus. We loved the food on offer, not the biggest choice but very good value. The drink token system worked well and stopped people stock pilling drinks at 11.00 (all inclusive stopped at 11.00) although we had to queue for drinks. 5 pools to choose from and plenty of sunbeds available. All the staff were great. Some bars and restaurants close by with one selling a large beer for 1 euro. The beaches are black volcanic rock and not suitable for sunbathing on. We loved it and will return
