What a find. Lovely bungalows, clean, comfy and coukd play youtube etc. on the tv. Food was terrific, lots of choice and as much as 7 or 8 desserts daily. Dining rooms were spotless. Bar staff great and friendly and all inclusive spirits were big brands. The best all inclusive experience I've had in a while. Very civilised sunbed booking...just put your towel on when going into breakfast. Lots of pool games but just at lunchtime and quiet bliss otherwise.

Went on a couple's holiday for 11 nights, the staff were the best part of the hotel. They were brilliant and service was perfect. The food in all-inclusive was acceptable but did become comically predictable and we had to go out a few times for other food. Drinks were perfect for our taste and I was very impressed that had they real Coca-Cola on tap. Hotel was mostly clean, we had a lot of ants on our patio however, as long as you didn't leave anything on the floor they went away and wandered somewhere else. We only had a few come in to room through a crack in the tiles. Room had a few broken pieces, the toilet would constantly drip, the sofa had what looked like a burn from an iron and there were a few smaller things but nothing too bad. We saw lots of maintenance staff doing their best to keep things maintained. Room was perfectly layed out with a TV showing English channels, a kitchen and then a separate bedroom. It's a very noisy hotel both at night and during the day. There was construction happening towards the back which was noisy throughout the day and then, being in the center of Las Americas, it was very loud at night. Saturday was by far the worst with music at another hotel going until about 1am but even worse than that, we had some very noisy neighbours who were playing loud music until 2am and then came back with more noise at about 6:30am in the morning. We did complain to reception but nothing changed. If you want to go out and party, the location is perfect. It's a mostly family orientated hotel and was very popular with guests requiring additional accessibility features which the hotel caters for well from what we could see. This alone gives the review an extra star. Although we would not stay here again due to personal preferences it was still a nice stay.

Jedná se o jeden z nejlepších hotelových zážitků v mém životě. Zejména se mi líbil hotelový areál, kde si opravdu připadáte jako v západní Africe, přičemž jste ale obklopeni zelení. :) Personál byl velice milý a přátelský, dokonce mi pomohl uspořádat narozeninové překvapení pro mou přítelkyni, která si ho moc užila. Většina areálu je venku, tudíž i v současné situaci odpovídá vše bezpečnostním standardům. Na baru je výběr skvělých koktejlů i v rámci All inclusive a pivo, které si sami čepujete, je také velmi dobré. :) Dovolenou v Parque Cristobal bych doporučila každému. Děkujeme za tento skvělý zážitek!

Debereían de estar más pendiente a los clientes , porque ya fallo un camarero de piso que no lo hemos visto más que se llama Carlos Guillermo que somos una familia grande y nos dimos cuenta que está todo a falta de limpieza y me da que ya el chico por lo que nos dijeron no iba estar más !!! Ya esta mañana nos dieron el aviso me párese que el chico fue con un buen trato y buen servicio y ensima ahora entrando la habitación todas sucia a falta de toallas más sabiendo somos una familia que vinimos a pasar nuestra vacaciones a esta estancia entonces queremos agradecer a Carlos Guillermo las gracias por tu trato hacia nosotros y que te preguntamos al momento nos decía la verdad que estamos muy agradecidos contigo esperemos verte en otro hoteles si ya no vas a venir a este hotel en estos días que estemos por acá Porque la verdad no quedaos desanimados al no ver al niño aquí y aparte en decirnos que no va venir más de maoaanera y otra que por falta de sábanas y habitaciones sucia de mi familia Un saludo cordial

Just spent a week here with my family. Lovely hotel, lovely staff and facilities. The bungalow was great, very well located. Food too nice (we went bed and breakfast and cost for food and drinks are good). If visiting as all inclusive (as my family I was travelling with did) they thought the food and drinks to be great and plentiful. Very family friendly. Entertainment on 6 days per week (daytime which is varied plus disco for little kids at 8pm, evening show at 9pm followed by karaoke at 10pm) (Saturday is the entertainers day off) 4 Pools in total (2x toddler/baby pool, larger pool with a great little slide which is fun! And a bigger pool with bed jacuzzis where daytime entertainment tends to be located) Impressed by green credentials of the hotel and how environmentally friendly they strive to be. Also very accessible for those visiting with additional needs with a pool lift available in the larger main pool. Can hire beach towels for €15 deposit per week per person you get back when you leave. They offer self service laundry which cost €10 for a wash, dry and detergent. My only disappointment -charging €18 for use of the room safe for a week! I’d expect this to just be available. It costs the hotel nothing for guests to use it (in the room anyway) and to charge for it is just profit making and just wrong.

O cazare de excepție, nancarea foarte bună si diversificata la fiecare moment al zilei. Personalul minunat, mereu zâmbitor si foarte jovial, gata sa ți facă pe plac sa te simți bine! Ospatarul Marco Polo si Jesus deliciosi de a dreptul! Niște oameni minunați! Vom reveni cu prima ocazie!
