Wir haben das Blau Colònia Sant Jordi kurzfristig im Juli gebucht und waren insgesamt positiv überrascht. Die Anlage ist groß, sehr gepflegt und macht einen durchweg ordentlichen Eindruck. Es sind viele Gäste vor Ort, überwiegend Familien, was man besonders im Restaurant merkt: Dort geht es zeitweise etwas trubelig zu, die Qualität der Speisen ist jedoch absolut vernünftig. Wir haben in einer Suite übernachtet, die ausreichend Platz für zwei Erwachsene und einen Jugendlichen bot. Alles war sauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns im Zimmer gut aufgehoben fühlten. Weniger angenehm war die Situation am Pool: Bereits am Morgen waren viele Liegen reserviert, sodass es schwierig war, spontan einen Platz zu finden. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut – der Strand ist in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, alternativ gibt es einen Bustransfer. Sehr positiv: In der direkten Umgebung stehen ausreichend kostenfreie Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Der kostenpflichtige Hotelparkplatz ist aus meiner Sicht nicht nötig. Fazit: Ein gepflegtes, familienfreundliches Hotel mit guter Lage und solider Gastronomie. Kleine Abstriche gibt es beim Poolbereich aufgrund der frühen Reservierungen. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, besonders für Familien geeignet.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen, unseren letzten Urlaub im Hotel Blau in Colonia Sant Jordi zu verbringen und waren restlos begeistert! Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns unglaublich wohl und willkommen. Das Hotel besticht durch seine fantastische Lage, nur 15 Gehminuten von den wunderschönen Stränden und dem kristallklaren Wasser entfernt. Die Anlage selbst ist sehr gepflegt und bietet eine wunderbare Atmosphäre zum Entspannen. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, makellos sauber und mit allem Komfort ausgestattet, den man sich wünschen kann. Ein absolutes Highlight war für uns das Personal. Jeder einzelne Mitarbeiter war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man spürt, dass hier Serviceorientierung großgeschrieben wird, und das hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Egal ob an der Rezeption, im Restaurant oder an der Poolbar – man wurde immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen. . Auch kulinarisch wurden wir verwöhnt und erlebten wahre positive kulinarische Genüsse. Die Auswahl und Qualität der Speisen am Buffet war hervorragend, mit einer großen Vielfalt an lokalen und internationalen Gerichten, die jeden Geschmack treffen. Jede Mahlzeit war ein Erlebnis! Das Hotel Blau ist der perfekte Ort für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Mallorca. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel familial. Le personnel est très sympathique, attentionné et toujours disponible. Le domaine est grand, avec beaucoup d’activités et de piscines adaptées à tous les âges. L’espace SPA est également très agréable, avec plusieurs saunas, des jacuzzis et différentes zones de détente. Une mention spéciale pour l’équipe du SPA, qui propose des massages de très grande qualité. Valentin, à la réception, a été particulièrement gentil et serviable. Je pensais d’ailleurs qu’il était français tant il nous a bien accueillis ! 😄 Même si son français n’est pas encore parfait, il a tout fait pour nous aider, avec beaucoup de patience et de bonne volonté. Et un grand merci à Mamu pour son massage exceptionnel. Il a vraiment des mains en or presque un talent surnaturel ! Le système de caution en espèces pour les serviettes et certains équipements nous a semblé un peu surprenant, mais nous comprenons la raison de ce fonctionnement. La caution nous a bien sûr été rendue intégralement à la fin. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour. Une belle expérience, avec une équipe très agréable. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The overall atmosphere is incredibly relaxed, featuring a lovely park-like character. A huge plus for us was how peaceful it was—the animation and music were delightfully low-key and not at all "in your face." The Rooms & Comfort Our room was modern, clean, and very nice. The balcony furniture was a standout, especially the reclining chairs which were perfect for unwinding. The bathroom is a little quirky and takes some getting used to. Management note: adding a proper seal under the shower door would be a massive improvement to stop water from overflowing into the room (and would save a lot of unnecessary towel usage!). Dining & Service The food was absolutely fantastic, and the service matched. Drinks are reasonably priced, beautifully served, and added to the great vibe. Pools & Spa The main pool areas are clean, tidy, and brilliant for kids, though adding a sun sail over the small baby pool for shade would be a great idea. The spa pool is gorgeous, but it was a bit disappointing to see parents bringing babies in there when there are plenty of dedicated kids' pools available. Lastly, it would be wonderful if staff actively collected towels from unattended, reserved sun loungers to put an end to the "sunbed blockers." Overall, it’s a beautiful, relaxing place to stay, and we’d definitely return!

I had such a wonderful experience at the hotel, especially at the SPA! I had a massage and was genuinely impressed by Manu and Sandra’s excellent skills and professionalism. A special mention also goes to Valentin, who was so warm, friendly and welcoming throughout. What stood out most was his patience and positive attitude. My sister was with me and, with her two children having a little meltdown, he handled the situation so calmly and naturally, turning it around completely and even managing to connect with them. Thank you again and we will be back!

Lovely hotel with flourising gardes, room service is great with an app service. Excellent choice of pools including an indoor outdoor pool. Spa facilities are great. Always manage to get a sunbed each day. Good variety of food at the buffet which is switched up each night. There are mosquito and ants to contend with sp come prepared with repellent. We choose this location to view the full solar eclipse at a local beach a short walk/ shuttle bus away.
