Un séjour absolument parfait ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nous avons passé un moment inoubliable à l’Hôtel Amàre Marbella. Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été d'une immense gentillesse, le personnel est aux petits soins et très professionnel. Les chambres sont magnifiques, d'une propreté irréprochable et extrêmement confortables. Côté restauration, les repas étaient un pur délice, avec des produits de grande qualité et beaucoup de choix. Le clou du spectacle reste sans aucun doute le rooftop : la vue y est tout simplement époustouflante, idéale pour boire un verre en admirant le coucher de soleil. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés ! Un grand merci à toute l'équipe.

Amàre Beach Hotel enjoys an excellent location within walking distance of Marbella Old Town, making it a great base for exploring the area. The rooms are spacious, and the beach and pool areas are attractive, although they can feel quite crowded during peak times. The breakfast offers a good variety and quality, but the overall service could be improved. Guests are assigned seating with little flexibility, and the staff appeared to be stretched thin. We also found the overall experience to be more expensive than the value it delivers. Our biggest disappointment was the air conditioning. We paid to upgrade from a partial sea view to a full sea view room, only to discover that the air conditioning was not working properly. Since there was no maintenance staff available that evening, we had to move back to our original room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning there was also not particularly effective. Maintenance checked it the next day but advised that it was operating normally and nothing further could be done. In the middle of the Spanish summer, effective air conditioning is not a luxury—it’s an expectation, especially at this price point. The hotel did try to make up for the inconvenience with complimentary rooftop drinks and a bottle of champagne, which was appreciated. However, as we don’t drink alcohol, those gestures didn’t address the actual issue. We also found it surprising that there was no evening maintenance coverage and that luggage assistance was not offered. Overall, we enjoyed our stay thanks to the location and the hotel’s amenities, but we believe the customer service and operational support could be improved. With better attention to guest comfort and service, this hotel would provide a much stronger value for the price.

I spent a week in July at the Amare hotel and no regret. It was a great experience overall. - Great location, very central - Rooms are well decorated, modern and the balcony with an ocean view, it’s just breathtaking - A decent swimming pool size with a jacuzzi and within seconds you are on beach, so cool ! - Friendly staff - Great breakfast buffet: a special shoutout for the great baker who makes a delicious chocolate cake! - FYI, there is also a possibility of late check-out with a small fee, dont hesitate to ask the front desk. So, no hesitation, I do recommend this hotel. See you next year!

Without doubt it’s a beautiful hotel in an amazing beachfront location. We had a premium sea view room ( call oh la la sea view) which include access to a lounge which is open from 11am to 10 pm. Compared to many such lounges it was pretty generous drinks wise as you got a full range of drinks while it was open. Food was fine although a bit unpredictable. Cold buffet type food throughout the day. The only negative ( why service does not get 5 stars ) tables in lounge were not cleared or wiped firm. My husband and I actually cleared stuff away quite a bit so we could sit in the outside bit. This was seriously odd. The star of the show for us was breakfast. Very extensive, great range - 5/5 for us. Also great views of sea while eating. The hotel gym is ok - feels a bit neglected. Outside pool and beach area - again 5/5. We liked the quirky art around the place - some older people we met - less so. It’s a modern - art based interior design. On the negative side - hotel music everywhere, all day every day. Drives me mad. Everyone carries their own music with them. It was so loud by the pool area even my new Apple noise reduction AirPods 3 struggled to cut it out. Then when they did have live music I might want to have listened to it seemed to require me to eat in the restaurant which we didn’t want to do. The hotel doesn’t always feel like it’s been designed to meet its clients needs. Check in was tedious - we tried to do it online but that didn’t work. At first the receptionist struggled to understand that my husband and I were a couple - the guy next to her stepped in and took over - but come on - it’s 2026. I don’t expect to be asked questions that straight couples would not. No one offered to help with our bags , indicated where the lifts were or volunteered the WiFi code. Rooms have zero information, minibar stuff all over the place with no prices. Not clear what was included and what was not. TV features didn’t work , couldn’t connect phone due to software error and no hotel menu I could find on TV. I did scan a barcode on the key card and got to some information. All this seemed pretty poor. The big stuff at the hotel is good but in serious need of some management who can focus on the details. The rooftop bar on the 9th floor - well if you love cigars and cigarettes smoke it’s the place for you -us no - my worst nightmare- more loud music from a DJ and probably the smokiest environment I’ve been in for ages. We stayed 5 mins. Would we recommend it - yes , would we personally come again - probably not.

This hotel in Marbella is seriously amazing - I'd say it's the best 4-star I've ever stayed at, and honestly, it's even better than a lot of 5-star places. I'm actually shocked it's only a 4-star! The breakfasts are incredible and the staff is super friendly - big shout out to Jesus, he's awesome and hilarious :) Plus, the hotel has tons of cool modern art everywhere, which is really fun and looks great. Its modern vibe totally fits Marbella. The spa is also fantastic - I even dozed off during a relaxing massage :) I totally recommend this place.

Una terraza que merece mucho más que una visita. Fuimos a la terraza de Amàre Marbella con ganas de disfrutar de un buen ambiente, y salimos con más que una buena experiencia. Las vistas, la música y el ambiente son espectaculares, además de un excelente personal. En nuestro caso tuvimos la suerte de que nos atendiera Toni y fue de diez. Cercano, profesional, atento y con una gran simpatía que hace que te sientas como un cliente especial. Nos recomendó perfectamente y estuvo pendiente a cada detalle, da gusto encontrarse con personas que disfrutan haciendo bien su trabajo. Un lugar precioso, con una atención impecable. Súper Recomendado!
