Excelente local, próximo de todos os principais pontos turísticos. Equipe de funcionários super atenciosa, o cafe da manhã e excelente para quem vai caminhar o dia todo. O quarto que fiquei parece novo, bem silencioso e confortável.

First experience with Catalonia and we were super pleased! We stayed with PDS while in Madrid and another Catalonia hotel, as well, while in Barcelona; in total 6 days of our 10 day trip through Spain. Rooms were clean and well maintenanced throughout our stay. The front desk staff were so helpful, accommodating, and nice. We enjoyed passing them and the small talk each day! Most of the staff can offer help in English & Spanish! Breakfast was fabulous! Plentiful with tons of options, including gluten free pastries and dairy-free milk options. We spent time in both the standard and junior suite - both were great! Highly recommend the junior sweet. Walkability was great, minutes from mercados, statues, palaces, notable parks, restaurants and nightlife! Note: It is located in a busy area — full of hustle and bustle. Catalonia offers rewards for multiple stays with them, which we were also able to take advantage of. Really enjoyed our stay here! A true 10/10!! Thank you!!

This hotel saved our trip! We were originally in an Airbnb with a broken AC and we didn’t last more than a night, so we made a last minute reservation here and everything was perfect. It’s everything you need for a trip - a CLEAN, QUIET, SPACIOUS room in a hotel with a great location. I very much appreciated the doubled paned windows so we didn’t hear any street noise. Also the staff was kind and English friendly. Overall, would definitely come back if I’m ever in Madrid again.

Es un hotel muy lindo que conserva su valor histórico, la ubicación a pasos de todo en el centro. La habitación era preciosa y todo funciona bien, pero lo más destacable fue la atención de todo el personal, en especial de Alessandro en recepción. Fantástico y esperamos volver!

I recently stayed at Hotel Catalonia Puerto del Sol, and it has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in years. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel truly welcome. A special thanks to Celia at reception, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was phenomenal. It was fresh, high-quality, and far above what you usually find in hotels. The breakfast staff were exceptionally polite and went above and beyond to accommodate us. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, and everything is kept in perfect condition. It is clear that great care is taken in every detail. In my opinion, this hotel is not just following standards, it’s setting them. It reflects what hospitality is truly meant to be: taking care of guests with genuine attention and pride. The location is also perfect, right in the center of Madrid. My sincere thanks to the entire team at the reception, breakfast, and housekeeping. Everything was handled with excellence. I left with one clear thought: I will be back.

Le quartier est aujourd’hui mal fréquenté. Beaucoup de junk food. Pas terrible. A mal évolué. La wifi ne marchait pas mon mari a été obligé d’aller travailler dans le bar en face sur son ordinateur. Wifi marchait uniquement sur les mobiles et iPad. Service froid sans plus. Service éteint, aucune passion dans ces hôtels. Aucun raffinement. Chaîne. Ambiance froide.
