Best Jacaranda

Wir waren vor 2 Jahren schon 2 mal in einem 4-Sterne Hotel in Adeje, das aber wegen Renovierung geschlossen ist. Best Jacaranda hätte die Renovierung viel nötiger gehabt! Deshalb sind wir mit einigen Erwartungen angereist, weil es beide 4 Sterne haben. Ein himmelweiter Unterschied! In über 2 Wochen Aufenthalt waren die Aufzüge oft defekt. Die Klimanlage verlor die ersten Tage sehr Wahrscheinlich Wasser, das sich in der Zwischendecke sammelte und auf den Boden tropfte. Das wurde nach ein paar Tagen behoben. Die Poolanlage fand ich sehr schlimm. Es sah aus, als ob alte Fliesen, oder Mosaik einfach mit Kunststoffpaneelen verkleidet wurden und diese schon tausendfach repariert wurden. Darunter ist es sehr sehr dreckig, was man von der Innenseite des Pools sehr gut sehen kann. Es wurden einfach überall Schrauben reingedreht, meist nicht mal Edelstahl und es stehen überall rostigen Schraubenköpfe raus, wodurch es auch eine erhebliche Verletzungsgefahr gibt. Die Toilettenanlage am Pool und Animationsbereich hat so gestunken, weshalb wir diese garnicht genutzt haben. Der im Internet oft sehr oft abgebildete Wasserfall war einfach nur ekelig. Darin schwamm jede Menge Müll und in der darunterliegenden Poolbar tropfte es von der Decke und es fehlten jede Menge Deckenverkleidungen wodurch man das ganze darunterliegende Chaos sehen konnte. Dadurch war es in dem Bereich auch nicht gemütlich. Die Sauberkeit fanden wir auch sehr schlecht. Unsere Betten sind mehrmals garnicht gemacht worden und der Schrank und Badspiegel sind in über 2 Wochen nicht einmal gereinigt worden. Kakerlaken gab es auch mehrmals. Pooltücher wurden vom Reinigungspersonal mitgenommen und keinen neuen hinterlegt. Überwiegend fanden wir das Personal nicht so freundlich. Es gab einige Ausnahmen, die sehr freundlich waren. Das Essen war genießbar, mehr aber auch nicht und sehr auf Engländer ausgerichtet. Geschirr war oft sehr schmutzig. Wir hatten einen Leihwagen und parkten jeden Tag an den Straßen um das Hotel. Dort war es auch sehr dreckig. All-Inclusiv war auch nicht so toll. Die Cocktails waren fertig aus der Flasche und haben nach irgendwas geschmeckt, aber nicht nach dem Cocktail, den man bestellt hat. Da wir den Vergleich zu dem anderen Hotel haben, fanden wir das Best Jacaranda sehr schlecht und sie müssten mal investieren und renovieren, bzw. sanieren. Wir haben auch mit anderen Gästen gesprochen, die einige Jahre vorher schon mal da waren und jetzt total enttäuscht waren. Unsere schlechten Erfahrungen wurden uns auch oft von Einheimischen bestätigt. Zum Glück waren wir täglich unterwegs, haben nie das Mittagessen genutzt und haben das beste draus gemacht. Es wird schlechtere Hotels geben, aber werben mit 4 Sternen und das hat es in keinsterweise verdient!

The location is great with a lot to offer to families, and extremely enjoyable experiences. But I would like to offer my sincere thanks to Ana at the reception. She helped us with a super room, a lot of advices regarding our choices for the holiday that proved helpful. She made our staying at this hotel great throughout her actions and advices. The atmosphere is as it should be in a large hotel but what I appreciated is the hours picked for meals. Those are great, I didn’t felt tired or pressed by those. I cannot say many things because we liked having a stroll and admire the ocean so we weren’t staying at the hotel. The value is a matter of personal evaluation, for us was a good value for money and a great memories for our children Anghel Family

Abbiamo scelto questo hotel in un pacchetto all incluse Alpitour per il viaggio di nozze, hotel stile anni 90', camere poco illuminate e con letti a rotelle stile ospedale, intrattenimento eccellente, spettacoli serali di vero intrattenimento e qualità. Da rivedere l'aspetto della manutenzione, la pavimentazione esterna sulla piscina è ammalorata, specialmente quella di rivestimento delle piscine che presentano numerosi avvallamenti, non ci sono ombrelloni per tutti i lettini ( la mattina alle 7 trovi già buona parte degli stessi occupati con stracci e teli, azione non consentita dalle policy dell'hotel stesso), ristorante con varietà di cucine internazionali, salumi e formaggi industriali, il resto viene cotto e preparato nelle cucine a vista. Ci sono diversi bar cui si può accedere con l'all inclusive a bevande e cibo ( altrimenti a pagamento); da rivedere anche qui la pulizia ( non è possibile nel bar sotto la cascata che uccellini e piccioni "banchettino" nel cibo messo a disposizione senza adeguate protezioni. Ottimo per famiglie con bambini per l'intrattenimento giornaliero (notturno e diurno).

We had a very pleasant experience at Hotel Best Jacaranda. The hotel is exactly as described, with a very good location, close to everything you may need during a holiday. The food was very good, varied and plentiful, with many options available every day. We also appreciated the swimming pools, especially the warm water pool for children, which was perfect for our little one. A special thank you to Ana from the reception team. She was extremely kind, helpful and professional throughout our stay. She always welcomed us with a smile, had a lot of patience and gave us many useful recommendations whenever we needed assistance. Her attitude made our stay even more enjoyable, and we truly appreciated her support. Thank you, ANA, and thank you to the Best Jacaranda team! We highly recommend this hotel.

Hôtel très bien situé dans le sud de l'île de Ténérife. Hôtel un peu vieillissant et qui aura besoin d'être rénové notamment au niveau de l'insonorisation des chambres, les salles de bain,... Les espaces de l'hôtel sont très propres, que ce soit les chambres, les sanitaires, les espaces communs (bars, restaurant,...) et les extérieurs. Extérieurs très bien agrémentés avec fleurs, arbres. Passage quotidien dans les chambres avec renouvellement des serviettes. Qualité correcte de la restauration avec plats variés et beaucoup de choix. Grand hôtel mais pas du tout l'impression d'être les uns sur les autres. Personnel de l'hôtel très sympathique et travailleur. Un plus non négligeable, notre avion était dans la nuit du samedi au dimanche, nous devions libérés la chambre pour midi mais nous avons pu déjeuner et dîner à l'hôtel. Un espace sécurisé est prévu pour mettre nos valises et possibilité de prendre une douche en réservant un créneau auprès de la réception. Nos interlocuteurs français sur place (via Mondial Tourisme) au top, disponibles et sympathiques. Christèle, Adrien et Millie, bravo à vous et merci pour votre sympathie et bonne humeur !

Absolutely loved our stay at Jacaranda Hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was lovely, the service was excellent, and we genuinely felt relaxed and well looked after throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would happily come back again. Highly recommended — a fantastic hotel and a truly enjoyable experience! ❤️
