To start off by explaining my reasoning behind 4 stars instead of 5 is purely based on the fact that the kids splash pool wasn't open during our stay. Whilst it didn't necessarily ruin the holiday, it was a huge disappointment for me after spending hours trawling the internet to find the ideal pool layout for my family, it was the only reason I booked this hotel in all honesty. So this was a huge let down and we weren't informed of this prior, nor were we told on check in. We only discovered it after having a walk around and finding it fenced off. The only other negative comments from me are; -The room shower. It didn't appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. There was quite a lot of mould built up on the smaller shower head, around the bottom of the shower near the door and on the tiles. This could easily be remedied with some bleach, but I don't believe the cleaners pay much attention to the shower which is a bit of a put off for me. -The toilets by the pool and in the main building by the sports pitch had the worst smell I've smelled since the Long Drops in Glastonbury. Not sure what that's about but wow, it was insane. Also no soap in the pool toilets, which I feel is a bit poor and also gross. Anyway moving on, we had a wonderful holiday and stay overall. The family suite itself was absolutely fine and clean enough (other than the shower as mentioned), really comfy beds which was a bonus! Also pretty quiet (other than hearing the above occupants running around/moving tables each morning). Lovely balcony space too and the decor is nice. The hotel itself is beautiful, it's modern and you can see a lot of effort goes in to maintaining it all. The staff are all wonderful- friendly, helpful and very hard working which should be recognised. The main pools that were open were great, nice and warm and plenty of entertainment going on for all ages. Again, a lot of thought goes into making sure guests are happy! The food is spot on, always great choice (and I usually struggle with hotel buffets), but I genuinely enjoyed each meal I ate, particularly the Asian cuisine station. The fresh pizzas are a must too. The kids disco is ideal, nice and short and engaging for the young ones, though I would have preferred it to start little earlier than 7pm as my 3 year old was all tuckered out by then, but that's a personal preference. I would definitely recommend staying here, it's got everything you could need for a beautiful holiday. The weather being fabulous helps too. Had it not been for the splash pool being closed- it would have been practically perfect for us!

La experiencia en general ha sido muy buena. La comida está bastante bien, tanto por la calidad como por la variedad, y el entrenamiento y las instalaciones deportivas son excelentes. En general, las instalaciones del hotel están muy bien cuidadas y ofrecen todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia. Como aspectos a mejorar, creo que las zonas comunes podrían tener un poco más de limpieza y mantenimiento. También me pareció que la temperatura de la piscina, alrededor de 33 °C, es demasiado elevada, especialmente cuando en el exterior hace unos 35 °C. En esas condiciones, la piscina no resulta demasiado refrescante y pierde parte de su atractivo. En definitiva, un hotel con muchos puntos fuertes y muy buenas instalaciones, pero con algunos detalles de limpieza y, especialmente, la temperatura de la piscina que podrían mejorar bastante la experiencia

Stayed here from the 1st July to the 15th July. Overall really pleased with the experience with only a couple of downsides Cons 1. A/C in room wasn't great. When we would eave the room, the centrally managed system would turn the AC off which meant when we returned to the room it would be 27.5 degrees in the room. It took hours for the room to get cool. Complained twice but we were told nothing could be done about it. It made sleeping at night quite uncomfortable 2. The queue at the bar could be a bit of a wait at times Pros 1. Staff in the restaurants and Pool are absolutely brilliant 2. Rooms were well equipped and cleaned every day 3. Whilst the pool was busy, there was still plenty of sun beds 4. The food in the restaurant was exceptional for all inclusive. I was worried about this based on all inclusive experiences in other hotels

Ik ben deze week samen met mijn vriend hier bij Servatur puerto azul. Onze ervaring was al goed toen we net aankwamen bij het hotel. Wij werden vriendelijk geholpen door Daniel bij de receptie. Wij kwamen rond 21u aan en het buffet gaat om 21.30 dicht. Hij bood ons aan of we nog even snel wat wilden eten na de reis en dat we daarna verder gaan met het inchecken, zodat we nog even onze maag konden vullen. Een klein gebaar, maar duidt op goede gastvrijheid. De kamers en het hotel worden super goed onderhouden. Alles wordt goed schoongemaakt. De kamers zijn ruim zat en hebben een groot balkon. De badkamers zijn voorzien van een regendouche en de bedden liggen goed. De medewerkers stonden ons allemaal vriendelijk te woord als we vragen hadden. Bij het buffet is er voor ieder wat wils. Kortom, wij komen zeker nog een keer terug!

Daję 5 gwiazdek, bo zdecydowanie warto. Hotel jest malowniczo położony, ze wspaniałem widokiem na zatoczkę z plażą i miejscowość Puerto Rico. Obsługa w większości była bardzo miła i pomocna, oczywiście zależy na kogo się trafi ale generalnie na plus. Hotel jest po remoncie, więc pokoje i infrastruktura są naprawdę przyzwoite. Woda w basenach jest podgrzewana, fajny, choć mały infinity pool z widoczkiem. Ogólnie czysto, pokoje sprzątane codzienne. Mieliśmy formułę HB i kolacje były urozmaicone, a jedzenie w większości bardzo smaczne. Do kolacji napoje, również alkoholowe w cenie. Oczywiście nie wszystko było idealne. Śniadania po kilku dniach zaczęły robić się monotonne. English breakfast, pancake'i i jajka na wszystkie sposoby są OK ale nie codziennie. Brakowało jakiejś zdrowszej alternatywy np. bufetu sałatkowego czy choćby twarożku lub hummusu. Pełnoziarniste pieczywo było dostępne tylko na jednym stanowisku i w niewielkiej ilości, a kawa z ekspresu do śniadania niestety bardzo kiepska. Druga rzecz, która nam się nie spodobała to system kaucyjny ręczników. Ręczniki basenowe dostajemy z recepcji po wpłaceniu 10 euro kaucji w gotówce. Wymiana ręcznika jest darmowa ale tylko w określonych godzinach i trzeba mieć ze sobą kwit z recepcji, co było nieco uciążliwe. Powinno być tak jak w innych hotelach - karty lub żetony na ręczniki, które oddajemy przy wymeldowaniu. Podsumowując, to oprócz tych 2 rzeczy wszystko było super, świetny stosunek ceny do jakości, polecam.

Great hotel, with gorgeous views. The food served was great and I have no complaints about the rooms! The only issue I had was the infinity pool was cloudy (probably from suncream and sweat) and it remained cloudy my entire week stay, but other than that I would really recommend!
