My son celebrated his 20th birthday during his stay at PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa, and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the hotel team. A very special thank you to Maxi Neidhart (Duty Manager) for her kindness, professionalism, and exceptional support in organizing a birthday surprise. I was in another country and wanted to arrange a cake for my son in advance. Maxi was incredibly helpful, responsive, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. The surprise exceeded all expectations. My son received not only a beautiful birthday cake, but also a card and even a bottle of sparkling wine. It was such a thoughtful and touching gesture that made his special day unforgettable. As a mother who could not be there in person on her son’s 20th birthday, it meant the world to me to know that he was surrounded by such caring and thoughtful people. Your kindness and attention made me feel as if I was there celebrating with him. It is something I will always remember with gratitude. Thank you for your outstanding service, attention to detail, and genuine care for your guests. Experiences like this make a hotel truly special. Bon accueil. Chambre spacieuse. Bonne restauration. Propre. Calme. Bon emplacement. Les chambres sont faîtes tous les jours , ainsi que le remplacement des boissons . Activités organisées par des animateurs. Le spa est spacieux ( hammam, sona, jacuzzi, piscine à jet, les massages au top. Le bus de la ville passent devant l'hôtel, ce qui permet de visiter les villes aux alentours (paiement avec la carte bleue). La plage n'est pas accessible mais plage Alcudia en bus à 20mn. J'ai adoré mon séjour à refaire...

Grundsätzlich ein sehr schönes Resort zwischen dem Meer und einem Naturschutzgebiet. Mann sollte aber wissen, dass direkt zwischen der Anlage und dem Meer eine vielbefahrene Strasse liegt. Das wird aber durch die schöne Aussicht wieder gut gemacht. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Was uns gestört hat, dass das Geschirr nicht immer sauber war - es waren Reste von Speisen auf den frisch bereitgestellten Tellern und Gabeln zu finden. Ansonsten aber trotzdem ein sehr positiver Eindruck.

Die all inclusive Cocktails sind lecker und es gibt unendlich viele. Die adults area is super und die Zimmer chillig. Man konnte alle WM Spiele auf einem große screen und einem weiteren Fernseher verfolgen. Die Animateuren sind lustig drauf. Perfekt für Couples und auch Familien.

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time at the resort. Its location is excellent for exploring the north of the island, including its beautiful beaches and coves, with Alcúdia only a five-minute drive away. We usually spent the mornings at the beach and returned to enjoy the resort in the afternoon, which worked perfectly for our family. The food was another highlight: both breakfast and dinner offered an excellent variety, with plenty of choices for everyone. At breakfast, there was also a small vegan and vegetarian corner, as well as a good selection of plant-based milks. If we had to mention one downside, it would be the drinking water. Only one bottle was provided in the room on arrival, and water was not included with the half-board dinner. A 500 ml bottle cost €3.30, which we found quite expensive. Overall, we had a very pleasant family holiday and would happily return.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolut empfehlenswert – perfekter Familienurlaub! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt im PortBlue Club Pollentia Resort und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die unglaubliche Familienfreundlichkeit des Hotels. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Kinder zum Spielen und Entdecken, sodass sich die ganze Familie rundum wohlfühlen kann. Das gesamte Personal war während unseres Aufenthalts außergewöhnlich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt und jeder Wunsch wurde mit einem Lächeln erfüllt. Ein großes Dankeschön möchten wir auch für das Zimmer-Upgrade aussprechen. Die Bilder unseres Reiseveranstalters entsprachen leider nicht dem tatsächlich gebuchten Zimmer, weshalb wir zunächst etwas enttäuscht waren. Das Hotel hat jedoch sofort reagiert und uns unkompliziert ein deutlich schöneres Zimmer angeboten. Dieser hervorragende Service hat unseren Urlaub gerettet und zeigt, wie wichtig den Mitarbeitern die Zufriedenheit ihrer Gäste ist. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker, die Anlage sehr gepflegt und die gesamte Atmosphäre entspannt und angenehm. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub. Wir können das Hotel insbesondere Familien mit Kindern uneingeschränkt empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!
