I do not recommend this hotel. The food is poor – the selection never changes, and the meals are usually cold. Snacks at the bar are very limited: only burgers or hot dogs are available, and there are basically no options for younger children. The pool is dirty, and the water is not clear, which looks unhygienic. You constantly have to wait a long time at the bar, and there is also a limit on how many drinks you can order at once. The water park is separate, although this was not clearly stated when booking. Entry to the park is free, but nothing inside is included – not even water; everything must be paid for, and the all-inclusive (AI) does not apply there. Room cleaning is very poor – I had to repeatedly ask for towels to be changed. There is basically no entertainment, not even music playing. Would I recommend it? Definitely not. Is it worth 4 stars? Absolutely not.

We have been here for 7 nights and it seemed like forever. Essentially there is very little entertainment available in the evening, nothing at the hotel, there is a shared arena between 3-4 surrounding hotels, always very crowded and more suitable for kids under 8. There are bowling, arcade and mini golf however you need to pay separately. Food and drinks in all inclusive range are very limited, anything different and you need to pay extra, don’t think drinks have any alcohol in them and are very syrupy and overly sweet. Food is terrible, feels like they have no idea how to cook, everything not used during one meal gets somehow incorporated in your next meal, bland, not very fresh and I think chefs do not know basic food hygiene protocols as using same utensils for raw meat and cooked meat. All week we have eaten chips and pizza! Staff is friendly and do try to look after you. Accommodation is dated, all looks great from outside however rooms could do with updating, feels like hotel was built 18 years ago and this is how things were left. Rooms and balconies are quite spacious which is nice. All in all we will not be back to this establishment.

0 recomendable la experiencia que hemos vivido en familia, comida nefasta,poca variedad y de lo poco que hay estaba bastante mala, pero lo peor el servicio de recepción, en la habitación de mi madre,se olvidaron una llave maestra (que puede abrir todas las habitaciones)y la fue a llevar a recepción y ni gracias, nos apareció dos noches una cucaracha en el baño y NADIE vino a recogerla, tuvimos que pillarla con un cubo y bajarla a recepción donde no sólo ni se disculparnos si no que alegaron que no había servicio a partir de las 11 de la noche,lo único que les preocupaba era hacer el check in de la gente. Sumado a que tenían 0 empatía con nosotros ni con la situación, no nos ofrecieron ni un cambio de habitación, lo único que hicieron fue fumigar al día siguiente dejando todo cerrado, así que cuando entramos con los niños estuvimos sin poder usar la habitación durante horas. Sólo hay una piscina (bastante sucia) y los shows parecen actuaciones de fin de curso de los colegios,sin ofender a los colegios. Este hotel está muy lejos de tener 4 estrellas. No lo recomiendo para nada y lo de la mascota incluida(la cucaracha en la habitación) fue ya el colmo,no por la cuca en si,sino por el trato recibido.

Rooms: spacious, clean. Service: food was good and varied. Theres a diner at the pool, that food is the same every day which is a bit boring. Elevators were out of function regularly which is not so fun when you live on the 7th floor with two kids. You can wash your clothes yourself for 5 euro per machine. Water Park is fun with lots of slides. At evening there is an activity park open with different games for the kids and other Entertainment. There is a kids club which we never used. Location. Nice location close to sea. The beach is not cleaned so there is some cigarett buds and paper waste which is not nice.

After reading a lot of 1 star reviews I am was scared! But I was not disappointed, I dont know what these people want! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our Grandkids, I see some wrote "the same mini disco everynight" yes! It is, and its the same everywhere, in other hotels and in Bulgaria!!! The same songs the kids learn to get involved, if it was all different how would they interact?? Omg! Rooms are fantastic size and all face the pool, rooms are clean, they are also operational, they won't be newly decorated! (Again , what do people want)? Food was fine, while others have had better choices, we did not starve, how many different foods can you order back home, and eat? Guarantee you after night 3 you wouldn't know what to order!!! While another reviewer said, kids options could be better (chicken nuggets) Drinks: nothing wrong with them, same drinks everywhere, had no complaints, shock horror they have other drinks you can purchase! Yeah! It's a business!!!. Entertainment was great for the kids, same songs so the kids can learn and interact, then a show afterwards for the adults, absolutely no complaints at all, staff are staff, some really friendly some not, the same everywhere, animation team are great, games around the pool during the day and kids and adult show at night, very hard working, how many can you do??? Overall 4 stars, food could be a bit better, but i will return here!

Čistý a hezký hotel klidne lokalitě. Jídlo dobré a rozmanité občas málo teplé, pití taky taky v pořádku a to včetně limonád z postmixů ( přítelkyně se o nich vyjadřovala pozitivně) . Pokoje i společné prostor denně poctivě uklizeny. Snad jen ty otravné ručníky na lehátkach u bazenu už v 7 ráno... To by měl personál prostě sundavat. Celkově dovolená super a díky celému personálu!
