Nixe Palace ein Traumhotel - ankommen - herunterkommen und geniesen. Das Nixe Palace erfüllt alle Punkte eines gehobenen 5 Sterne Hotels. Das Servicepersonal ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und nimmt sich Zeit für nette Gespräche mit den Gästen. Die Zimmer sind großzügig und von gehobener Klasse. Ganz besonders ist die feine Küche, da ist für alle Geschmäcker etwas dabei. Direkt ans Hotel angrenzend befindet sich der Standstrand. Echt ideal auch für Kinder. Lobenswert ist auch der Spa-Bereich mit Sauna und den vielseitig buchbaren Anwendungen. Die Bushaltestelle ist fast direkt vor dem Hotel und innerhalb von 20 Minuten ist man in der schönen, sehenswerten Stadt Palma. Ein wahres Shoppingparadies. Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsen einem Kleinkind und einem Baby dort. Das Hotel wird allen Altersklassen gerecht von den Großeltern bis zum Baby. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genossen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Urlaub dort. Susanne Kugler

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Hotel Nixe Palace. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und zuvorkommende Personal – besser geht es nicht. Auch die Zimmer, der Poolbereich und die Lage direkt am Meer haben uns sehr gefallen. Der Ort in unmittelbarer Gehdistanz ist allerdings eher wenig attraktiv. Mit dem Taxi ist man jedoch in wenigen Minuten in Palma und kann dort die schöne Altstadt, Restaurants und das lebendige Ambiente genießen. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit hervorragendem Service und hohem Erholungsfaktor. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Mi experiencia en el chiringuito del hotel ha sido muy decepcionante. Pedí un cóctel que no estaba bien preparado y no se correspondía con lo que había solicitado. Al comentárselo al camarero, de forma educada, y pedirle si podía prepararlo de nuevo, su respuesta fue un rotundo “no”, negándose a corregir el error. Más allá del cóctel en sí, lo que más me ha molestado ha sido la falta de profesionalidad y de atención al cliente. Todos podemos equivocarnos, pero la diferencia está en cómo se resuelve el problema. En este caso, no hubo ninguna intención de ofrecer una solución ni de cuidar al cliente. Espero que el hotel tome nota de esta situación y mejore el trato y la actitud del personal del chiringuito para evitar que otros clientes tengan una experiencia similar.

Schönes Hotel direkt am Strand! Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit, tolle Zimmer und top Sauberkeit. Man merkt, dass die Zufriedenheit des Kundens die höchste Priorität hat - kleine Aufmerksamkeiten und immer zuvorkommend, falls man Änderungswünsche hat. Selbst Herr Serrano ist regelmäßig vor Ort, was alles nochmal bestätigt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen!

We are astonished that this hotel has 5 stars. It is located in the middle of a run down town with very little to offer. There wasn’t too much of an atmosphere to the hotel. The staff seemed to show little interest in some of the issues that went on. The rooms were nothing special and seemed like a Premier Inn in size and very expensive. We didn’t believe they were value for money. On the whole, we felt the cleanliness was dealt with round the pool when people were out there. It would seem more sense to have it cleaned the night before. One morning there was vomit around the pool and cigarette butts all over the floor. The noise level was unbearable on a couple of days when a large group descended for a wedding. They crammed the very small pool and were drinking and smoking giving no consideration to others. Management were informed but the bar staff seemed to show little interest. The sun beds around the pool were extremely crammed in which was not acceptable in my view. Smoking was taking place all round the outside spaces of the hotel which I think should be flagged up. The access to the beach was not fully explained before our arrival and was 49 steps down and 49 back. All it mentioned was that access was an issue with no more explanation. The breakfast was very disappointing with warm milk and juices. Some of the staff seemed totally disinterested with the problems and some food was served cold. We actually left our holiday 4 days early as we were so disappointed.

Wow. This is a stand-out hotel in all of our travels. It truly felt like a 5-star experience. Our room was sparkling clean. Every single employee we interacted with seemed to love their job and was eager to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I would very much suggest getting the breakfast package, because no one wants to run around town to find a breakfast spot when you just want to get to the beach. The location is excellent. We went to the beach around 10:30 each morning to grab chairs with umbrellas and stayed all day. The views in the hotel are absolutely stunning. All of the hotel services have a gorgeous view of the ocean. The only critique I would have is the beach bar is a bit expensive for what you get. But, all the baristas were lovely and fun.
