We booked this hotel because our son needs gluten-free food and they came recommended for ability to cater for dietary requirements. They lived up to, and exceeded, expectations, taking care to provide gluten-free food and giving individual attention to our son. Many thanks to Clara and all the team for their care. Our sons loved the sports activities that were organised by the animation team. Louis and all the team made great efforts to make sure that everyone had a great time. This is a hotel that we’d definitely go back to.

Lovely hotel in a good location. All staff friendly and polite and with excellent service. The staff at the star prestige poolside bar were very good. Excellent food and plenty of it. Our room was cleaned and tidied every day by the housekeeping team. We enjoyed the exercise classes, all those staff were very good, especially vivacious, energetic and lively Esther 🤩 ... who also hosted the gin and tonic, mojito and sangria masterclasses 🥴

We have just got back from a family holiday to Lanzarote Park for Christmas. We had such a wonderful time. The Christmas Day feast was absolutely incredible! There were so many incredible dishes to try. The staff were all so friendly and always on hand to help. The breakfast was amazing with so much variety. Kids club was excellent and well varied for different ages. Our son particularly loved the football pitch and spent many hours playing on it. Our family room was comfortable and house keeping kept it immaculate. One thing I think could make the stay even better, is if you had proper yoga and pilates instructors for the classes. I did one class, and the standard was very poor, it certainly wasn’t a proper yoga class. It was taken by one of the entertainment staff who unfortunately had absolutely idea about yoga. I think for a five star resort you could do better on that front. We will 100% be back in the future for sure ❤️

Just had a great stay at Iberostar lanzerote park end of August. Biggest pros were the rooms having a separate bedroom, as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) it was great to have that. The animation team and entertainment was great (shout out to Gabi who my daughter loved), we all particularly enjoyed the foam party and evening summer party. The funfair was great with bouncy castle. Activities were decent like cocktail making. Food was decent, different themes every night and lots of variety. The kids splash park and slides are nice, the pools are heated which is nice. Public beach is not far less than 5min walk. Pool party was fun too, could have made it a bit more lively by adding floats etc and served special cocktails to everyone to make it even more fun. Overall a fab stay, we really enjoyed it :)

De Iberostar Lanzarote a parte de las maravillosas instalaciones, destacaría sobre todo al personal del Hotel, en todo momento te atienden con una sonrisa, a los niños les tratan con mucho cariño y amabilidad, cualquier cosa que les pidas si está dentro de sus posibilidades te lo consiguen, nunca escuchas un no por respuesta, desde recepción hasta animación pasando por camareros, limpieza, mantenimiento, socorristas, todos nos han brindado un trato exquisito, mención especial a la recepcionista Irene, quien nos hizo un cambio de habitación la segunda noche que necesitábamos por comodidad al viajar con dos niños pequeños para poder estar más cerca de la piscina infantil y nos facilitó una habitación con acceso directo a pie de piscina. El resto de personal de recepción nos han atendido genial en toda la estancia pero ella para nosotros ha sido nuestra “recepcionista de confianza” desde la llegada. Entre los camareros jamás hemos visto una mala cara, los jefes de sala llamando a nuestro hijo mayor por su nombre a partir de la segunda noche. El personal de animación jugando con los niños como uno más en las piscinas, disfrutando y riendo en cada actuación, se les nota que disfrutan de su trabajo y tienen muy buen rollo entre ellos. Gracias, repetiremos en este Hotel de Lanzarote y para próximos destinos buscaremos esta cadena, esperando tener la misma experiencia.

Superb hotel and by far the best we've stayed at. Staff were first class and always on hand to answer any queries we had. The range of food was unbelievable and I'm sure more than catered to everyones taste. The pools were great aswell and the kids loved it. Was my first time in Lanzarote and will certainly be looking to come back asap. We loved it. Special shout out to the girls who ran the kids disco aswell they did a great job keeping the kids entertained each evening. Best wishes 👍
