Here’s my honest review of METT Marbella. Overall, I had a good stay. One of the biggest highlights is definitely the location right on the beach. The views are beautiful, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and relaxing. The food at the hotel was good. There are two restaurants: AMMOS, which serves Mediterranean cuisine, and Isola, the Italian restaurant. There’s also Lola’s Bar, where you can grab snacks and drinks during the day. The cocktails were great as well. The biggest downside was the service. It was extremely slow throughout our stay. We were often left waiting much longer than expected, and when we mentioned it, some of the staff didn’t seem very receptive. Considering the level of hotel, I think this is an area that definitely needs improvement. As for the rooms, they were perfectly fine. They’re not the most luxurious rooms I’ve ever stayed in, but they’re comfortable and have everything you need. There were a few maintenance issues in our room—the shower drain didn’t drain properly, causing water to pool, and the bathroom door didn’t close very smoothly. Nothing major, but details that could easily be fixed. One thing I really appreciated is the hotel’s commitment to sustainability. They clearly focus on being environmentally friendly, which is a great initiative. The location is nice if you’re looking for a quieter beachfront stay. However, if you want to explore Marbella and the surrounding areas, I would definitely recommend renting a car. Otherwise, you’ll find yourself relying on taxis or Ubers quite a bit. If being close to all the main attractions is important to you, this may not be the most convenient choice. Overall, if you’re looking for a relaxing beachfront hotel with good food, beautiful views, and a calm atmosphere, METT Marbella is a solid option. Just be prepared for slower service and a location that’s a little farther from the main attractions.

Our stay at Mett Marbella was truly unforgettable, largely thanks to the incredible care we received from the team. Lucia was absolutely amazing—whether she was taking care of us during breakfast or looking after us down at the beach, her kindness, respect, and positive energy completely blew us away. You can tell how incredibly hard she works, yet she always made us feel so special and well cared for. Over at the pool, Adrian made sure our days were awesome! He was constantly on top of everything to ensure we had food, drinks, a bed, and a great time. He was excellent at what he does and made us feel so relaxed throughout our stay. Thank you both for making our time here so memorable—you are absolute gems and true assets to the Mett team!

The hotel is beautiful, with modern, stylish rooms, a fantastic pool, and direct beach access. Everything was spotless, and the atmosphere was relaxing from the moment we arrived. The food was fantastic, with plenty of delicious options to choose from throughout our stay. We also loved spending time by the pool, where the live DJ created such a great atmosphere during the day! The staff service was exceptional. A special thank you to Alejandro, who was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. He was happy to help with anything we needed, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend METT to anyone visiting the Costa del Sol!

The food at the hotel was really good, with a nice menu and a great wine list. The staff members were friendly and made everything easy and enjoyable. The Italian restaurant had delicious dishes and a cosy vibe, while the Greek restaurant stood out for its authentic flavours and amazing presentation of plates. Overall, the hotel experience was great. The facilities were well kept, and the pool area was a real highlight — relaxing, clean, and perfect for sunny days.

Absolutely loved my stay at METT Marbella. Everything was exceptional, from the beautiful hotel and atmosphere to the service and attention to detail. The entire experience felt luxurious, effortless and genuinely welcoming. A special mention to David at reception, who was absolutely outstanding. He was incredibly warm, professional and attentive throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. His genuine kindness and positive energy really stood out and made my experience even more special! It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so genuinely looked after from the moment you arrive. David is a real asset to the hotel and deserves a huge recognition for his amazing hospitality. I would definitely return to METT Marbella and highly recommend it. ✨
