This was our second stay at H10 Atlantic Sunset, and unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. Upon arrival, we were told our room wasn’t ready and had to wait over two hours, finally getting access at 4:30pm. During this time, no food, drinks, or any gesture of goodwill was offered despite the lengthy delay. Guests should also be aware that there is currently major construction work taking place next door, with a new apartment complex being built. The constant digging and noise lasted throughout the day and completely ruined the peaceful atmosphere we expected. Photos included proposed plans which will be a couple of years of construction. We had booked the rooftop suite the top room and were surprised to find that, despite being on half board, we were restricted to eating only in the buffet restaurant rather than having access to the other restaurants on site. The final straw was being served raw burgers in the buffet. I raised this serious food safety concern with management, but the response was disappointing. The manager’s solution was simply to offer €50 off our bill, which felt wholly inadequate given the issues we experienced. We returned because we had enjoyed our first stay, but sadly this visit was nothing like the previous one. Between the delayed check-in, construction noise, dining restrictions, and food quality concerns, we would not return and cannot recommend this hotel in its current state.

Muy contentos con nuestra estancia. El hotel está muy bien y tiene muchas cosas para los peques, especialmente los toboganes y las piscinas climatizadas. Las instalaciones se ven cuidadas, aunque en determinados momentos las piscinas se quedan un poco pequeñas para toda la gente que hay. La habitación era amplia, estaba muy limpia y las camas eran comodísimas. La comida nos sorprendió bastante porque suele ser uno de los puntos flojos en muchos resorts, y aquí nos pareció bastante mejor de lo esperado. Y si algo merece una mención aparte es el personal. Todos muy amables, pero especialmente Katia y Renato , del buffet central. Coincidimos con ella varios días y siempre tuvo una palabra amable, una sonrisa y una atención increíble con nuestros hijos. Se nota cuando alguien disfruta haciendo bien su trabajo.

Me and my partner just got back from here and it was our best holiday ever. First of all the hotel is beautiful, amazing rooms and locations like the infinity pool and the balcony views and the spa. The staff are absolutely fantastic, shout out to Marcos who made our trip even better by being so kind and welcoming with us, the bar staff was also very nice to us as they recommended new and different drinks. The booking system with the buffet i think is superb, doesn’t get overcrowded and there’s always food there for you. The main buffet was good food every day for every meal, always something new every day for evening meals too. We went to the Italian and American restaurants as we couldn’t get booked in to the Japanese but they were brilliant, we both really loved our food there and the staff and seating area is lovely. Mikes coffee was also super nice and relaxing. The pools were amazing, even though the main one was shut for 2 days when we got there, it was still good after it opened and the infinity pool is beautiful. Also there’s a kids pool which means kids aren’t all over the place which was very nice and there is also bars at both pools so easy access to drinks. We went to the spa and we both really enjoyed our experience especially since they give out discounts some days and we was able to use that, highly recommend. Overall our experience was 10/10 and i couldn’t speak any more highly of this place. We most definitely will be coming back.

Lovely location and views. Staff are very welcoming and friendly, some have fabulous bilingual skills. We are on the privilege half board service. The restaurant is lovely and staff lovely too, main issue is that the drinks included at the bar with our package are not included in the restaurant and the menu doesn’t contain many gluten/lactose free options. Pools not too busy in a morning although all the sun beds do fill by around 10am. We’ve returned here 4 times and will likely be back for a relaxing holiday

H10 Atlantic Sunset and it has exceeded all of our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, modern, and spotlessly clean. Every area is impeccably maintained, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The food has been exceptional throughout our stay, with a fantastic variety and something for everyone. Every meal has been fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The staff are what truly make this hotel special. Every member of the team has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. We would especially like to thank Jeanfrank, who looked after our family so well. He is always smiling, attentive, kind, and goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. He is a real credit to H10 Atlantic Sunset. We have travelled to many hotels over the years, and this is one of the best experiences we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend H10 Atlantic Sunset to anyone looking for a relaxing, high-quality holiday. We will definitely be back.

Que ojo tuvo mi mujer con encontrar este hotel. Madre que pasada todo. Tanto las instalaciones espectaculares. Las habitaciones enormes. Los niños como locos. Encima cerca de la piscina que estabamos. Esa vida tranquila que ser respira y cada estancia. Fue muy agradable nuestra estancia y eso que íbamos de aquí para allá. Pero siempre que volvíamos sabíamos que íbamos a estar tranquilos. Sobre las atención de recepción espectaculares lo eficientes que son sus profesionales. En cuanto al buffet, tanto el desayuno ,como la cena , mucha variedad de comida, tanto día temáticos con otras gastronomías. Luego en los shows post cena en el teatro o en el bar del lobby muy buenos espectáculos variados cada día una sorpresa. La verdad que va a ser nuestro hotel de referencia si volvemos al sur de la isla 100%.
