The food and pool facilities are genuinely excellent, and the children really enjoyed themselves. Unfortunately, a couple of frustrating hotel policies let the whole experience down. Firstly, after midnight, the hotel switches off the balcony lighting, effectively forcing guests indoors. As a father, once my children are asleep, I would like to be able to sit outside on the balcony I have paid for, relax and read a book. Instead, the hotel decides when your evening is over. This is particularly disappointing for a hotel charging premium prices. Secondly, the air conditioning appears to be centrally controlled by the hotel. For example, despite setting our room to 15°C, the temperature remained at 23°C. We complained three times, but nothing changed. What is the point of having individual temperature controls if guests cannot actually control the temperature? Individually, these might seem like minor issues, but when you are paying a considerable amount for a family holiday, you expect a certain level of comfort and freedom. The staff were not particularly helpful in resolving either issue, although I do not blame them personally, as these appear to be hotel policies rather than decisions made by individual employees. Despite the excellent food, pool and the children’s enjoyment, I would not return under the current circumstances. However, if the hotel addressed these issues, I would happily stay again. There is a lot to like about this hotel, which makes these unnecessary restrictions all the more frustrating. At these prices, guests should have more control over their own comfort and experience.

Antes de empezar aclarar que lo mejor del hotel es el personal. Muy amables y se ofrecen hasta donde pueden para que estés cómodo. A parte de eso, la experiencia en general en el hotel ha sido bastante decepcionante. No empezamos con muy buen pie, ya que llegamos a media mañana y tuvimos que esperar hasta las 15:30h de la tarde la habitación. La hora de entrada era a las 15h, así que entiendo que sea así, pero llevábamos desde las 4 de la mañana levantados y viajando. Nunca nos había pasado tener que esperar tanto, siempre las habitaciones están antes. Aunque no teníamos la habitación podíamos "disfrutar" del todo incluido. Cuando llegamos al bar Tucán, el de la piscina se suponía que estaban los snacks. Había literalmente 4 bollos de pan resecos, mantequilla, algo de fruta muy pasada y un poco de embutido. Sí que había disponible bebidas, cafés y helados. No fue una muy buena primera impresión. Los días posteriores salíamos por la mañana y ya directamente íbamos al comedor. La comida del buffet bien de variedad, sin más. El problema es la falta flagrante de personal y de material que tiene el hotel. Los platos siempre estaban mojados porque no tenían suficientes y los camareros tenían que sacarlos corriendo. Algún día hubo que esperar que los sacarán. Muy pocos camareros, los pobres se esforzaban por llegar a todo, pero no llegan. Las mesas a medio preparar, casi habías acabado de comer cuando llegaban las bebidas. Muy mal. El personal de plancha fatal (no ellos personalmente) porque también eran muy pocos, veíamos como una misma persona atendía todas las planchas y más cosas, resultados: comida quemada, plancha muy sucia, requemada. También se notaba la falta de experiencia de casi todos los que se ponían en la plancha. Los guisos que ponían solían estar buenos. Las habitaciones amplias. Nuestro colchón, totalmente deformado. Lo dijimos en recepción, resultado: ni caso. También falta obvia de personal de limpieza. Normalmente, la limpieza se hace por las mañanas que es cuando la gente sale a hacer turismo. En este caso venían a las 15/16h de la tarde, hora de la siesta. Dos veces en una semana han entrado a hacer la habitación, ya que estábamos descansando cuando venían. Que estoy pase un día puntual vale, pero cada día..pues no. Supongo que es porque tenían poco personal y por la mañana se dedicaban a hacer las habitaciones de la gente que se iba. En resumen, no volvería.

Nos alojamos aquí con un grupo de amigos y lo pasamos increíble. Todo estaba muy bien organizado, el hotel estaba impecable, las piscinas eran fantásticas y siempre había actividades durante el día. El bufé superó nuestras expectativas, con una gran variedad de comida deliciosa. El equipo de animación merece una mención especial. Siempre estaban sonriendo, llenos de energía y conseguían que todo el mundo participara sin resultar insistentes. Hicieron que cada actividad fuera divertida y, gracias a ellos, nos reímos muchísimo durante toda la semana. Sin duda, hicieron que nuestras vacaciones fueran aún más especiales e inolvidables.

To bardzo dobry hotel i pobyt oceniamy pozytywnie, jednak kilka niedociągnięć sprawia, że nie możemy wystawić maksymalnej oceny. Na plus: przestronny pokój, duża łazienka z wygodnym prysznicem, smaczne i różnorodne jedzenie – zawsze można było znaleźć coś dla siebie. Choć nie było możliwości przedłużenia doby hotelowej, po wymeldowaniu można było nadal korzystać z opcji all inclusive, a dodatkowo zarezerwować prysznic na konkretną godzinę przed wyjazdem. Dodatkowym atutem jest parking przed hotelem, fajne baseny, w tym basen dla dzieci, oraz świetna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania okolicy. Największe zastrzeżenia mamy do sprzątania. Kilkukrotnie zabierano ręczniki, ale nie zostawiano nowych – były donoszone dopiero po zgłoszeniu tego w recepcji. Zdarzyło się również, że pozostawiono ręcznik z włosami. Po wymianie pościeli w łóżeczku dziecięcym pozostawiono jedynie prześcieradło na materacu, a brakujące przykrycie dostarczono dopiero po zwróceniu uwagi w recepcji. Nie działało również Wi-Fi (nie zgłaszaliśmy tego, ponieważ korzystaliśmy z własnego internetu). Minusem jest także to, że po każdym wejściu do pokoju telewizor automatycznie włączał reklamę hotelu, co po kilku dniach stawało się po prostu irytujące. Podczas jednej z kolacji zabrakło sztućców i trzeba było chwilę na nie poczekać, a niedomyte naczynia były problemem praktycznie codziennie. Szkoda też, że mimo obowiązującego zakazu rezerwowania leżaków ręcznikami zasada ta nie była egzekwowana. Pewnego ranka przez ponad godzinę niemal wszystkie leżaki przy basenie dziecięcym były zajęte samymi ręcznikami, podczas gdy z basenu korzystały zaledwie 3–4 rodziny z dziećmi. Żaden z tych problemów nie był bardzo poważny, ale ich liczba i powtarzalność sprawiły, że mimo udanego pobytu nie możemy wystawić maksymalnej oceny.

I'll start with the negatives, of which there were very few. We arrived after our flight had been delayed by over an hour, getting to the hotel at around 10:45pm, only to be told there was an issue with our room and we'd have to be moved to the Elba Carlota, which turned into a bad experience in itself. We returned the following morning, and the assistant manager did everything he could to sort things out and got us checked in as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated. From the moment we checked in, we were treated to a glass of cava and greeted by friendly, smiling, welcoming staff. The check-in process was thorough, with everything explained clearly, including the facilities, restaurant times, entertainment, on-site shop, and Wi-Fi. The only other negative was the cocktails and drinks. We enjoy a good drink, especially on an all-inclusive holiday, but quite often so much alcohol was added that they became difficult to enjoy. Our room (126) was on the ground floor in the corner, which was absolutely perfect for us. We could walk straight out into the pool area and had quick access to the beach. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the restaurants offered plenty of variety. The Tex-Mex food served in the Tucan Bar was a fantastic change from the buffet, and the service there was excellent. The pool area was perfect—well maintained and spotlessly clean. The lobby was impressive, and the hotel's direct beach access was a real bonus. The animation team were brilliant. They made a genuine effort to get people involved, and even something as simple as smiling and saying hello as they passed made a big difference. The Lion King show, paddleboarding, sangria-making, and mojito-making activities were all fantastic. We don't have children ourselves, but it was obvious how great they were with the kids. A special mention goes to Ivan and Giulia, who were both outstanding. There was more than enough food and drink available throughout the day, so you were never left hungry or thirsty. My only suggestions would be to offer more non-fizzy soft drinks. Sometimes you don't want alcohol, cola, fizzy drinks, or just water, so options like iced tea or still fruit juices would be a great addition during the day. It would also be nice if the evening entertainment carried on a little later. Even if it was just music or a playlist in the Broadway Bar until around 1am, it would give adults more opportunity to relax and enjoy the evening after the children's entertainment finishes, as 11pm feels a little early. Overall, despite the rocky start, we had a fantastic stay and would happily return. The excellent staff, great facilities, and welcoming atmosphere far outweighed the initial inconvenience.

První návštěvě na Fuerteventura a hned jsme měli štěstí na krásný, čistý hotel. Přemýšlím, na co bych si mohl stěžovat, nic mě nenapadá snad jen díky skvělému jídlu k snídani, obědu a večeři jsem přibral 😁. Hot l se nachází cca 10km od letiště, takže netravite čas v autobuse,ale v hotelu, kde při ubytování proběhlo vše na jedničku včetně welcome drinku. Myslím, že každý pokoj má výhled na oceán. Pokoje čisté, působí moderně. Nic nám nevadilo. Hned u hotelu je nákupní centrum a promenáda kterou se půlhodinovou procházkou dostanete do města a přístavu. Doporučuji si tam zajít. Písčitá pláž je čce 200 metrů od hotelu. Jde o veřejnou čistou pláž s možností pronájmu lehátek a slunečníků. Kolem pláže jsou vlnolamy, takže voda je klidná. Paráda. Dál po promenádě se dostane k dalším plážím a příjemné restauraci. Hotel má dva bazény a jedno prouzdaliste pro děti. Lehátek je dost. Jak již jsem psal jídlo je fantastické a je jo dostatek i mimo čas obědů.. Co mě překvapilo bylo to jak personál zvládal velké množství lidí. Netvořily se fronty ani večer na baru 🥃. V hotelu si lze zapůjčit auto v automatu a procestovat ostrov. Doporučuji tento hotel všem. Určitě se sem vrátíme. Děkuji 👍
