Overall, the stay was decent and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout. However, for a 5-star hotel, I was surprised that access to the gym and spa required an additional fee rather than being included in the stay - 6 euros for the gym and 20 euros for the spa per day. Basic amenities such as a dental kit/dressing gown/slippers etc were also not provided, which is something many hotels offer as standard. The breakfast was okay but nothing particularly memorable. While the service was okay, the overall value and inclusions fell short of what I would expect from a 5-star hotel. I’ve stayed at many 5 stars across the globe, and this was definitely the worst one.

I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody. Yes don’t get me wrong. It is a very good location for the staff is very disrespectful and not friendly. There was an incident that happened last night between some other family and My wife Had the same second name on her ID as them and apparently the Paint everybody with the same brush I do not know what happened last night because I was not in the hotel. I was getting food with My Wife And child and when I got up this morning, they tried to say I was involved or with the other guy users all a one family because you have the same name. I only stayed in the hotel for three nights. I have four nights left of my holiday. And they have kicked me out I have nowhere to go. This is not very nice. The refunded me no money and they would not help me with bags or suitcases to bring down to go outside. They said they would give me one hour to get all my stuff out of the room so I start packing straight away and he came and wrapped my door exactly 3 minutes later The location is very very good but the rooms for a five star hotel is a joke. I think you should book this hotel if you plan on getting kicked out for absolutely nothing three days into your holiday. It was my newborn first holiday and he kicked us out onto the street definitely would not recommend to nobody

Honest opinion. Great service and very clean hotel but... you need to pay separately for snack bar with all inclusive! Their website doesn't give you any of that information. There is some leftovers from breakfast for you in main restaurant but nothing to eat really. Food is not great...we expected a bit more variety. Small area with fruit and desserts also nothing great. You can't swim with mattresses in the pool? I was sunbathing by the pool on the mattress and they told me to go... its a great location and staff is polite but for this kind of money you can have better for sure. Don't listen to tik tok opinions as I did. My mistake. Definitely not luxurious as they advertising. No music on the pool area. Music only plays when there is aerobics etc

Hotel muy recomendable. Todas las personas que trabajan ahí son muy amables y profesionales. El Hotel está totalmente reformado, con una decoración muy agradable. La comida es de alta calidad y muy variada. El club infantil tiene distintas actividades y admite niños desde que son bebés, todo incluido en el precio. Está cerca de numerosos comercios, bares y restaurantes, así como varias playas y un paseo marítimo que te permite hacer plan sin necesidad de coger el coche. Tuvieron muchos detalles con nosotros, así que no podemos más que recomendarlo y pensar en que repetiremos

Hemos pasado cinco noches en el Mediterranean Palace y la experiencia ha sido fantástica. Un de sus puntos fuertes es la ubicación. Salir del hotel y encontrarte la Playa del Camisón a escasos metros es un auténtico lujo. Cerca de otras playas de la zona (Las Américas, Troya, El Bobo, Fañabé, los Cristianos), el paseo al atardecer es precioso. La combinación de playa, paseo marítimo y hotel nos pareció la más agradable de todas. El desayuno buffet es muy completo y de buena calidad, ideal para empezar el día. El hotel tiene muchos servicios y con una atención del personal impecable (Wellness y SPA, gimnasio, servicio de toallas para la playa/piscina, animación diurna y nocturna, gestión de actividades/excursiones....). Sin duda volveríamos!
