El hotel está situado en una zona muy tranquila, se llega bajando por una carretera en zigzag por la ladera de una montaña volcánica que termina directamente en un acantilado sobre el mar. Destacan las grandes piscinas, en las que te bañas prácticamente solo. El comedor de cenas y desayunos Origen tiene una terraza espectacular, para cenar mientras contemplas la puesta de sol con música de piano en directo.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren im Escncia und nur einmal im Foodmarket, wo es schon recht unruhig zu geht. Das Essen fanden wir als Vegetarier fantastisch. Tagsüber waren wir wandern und haben nichts von den vielfältigen Angeboten im Hotel und am Pool erfahren. Jedoch das Abendprogramm hat jedes Mal gefallen. Einmal waren wir im Fitnessstudio, welches uns ebenfalls vom Angebot ausreichte. Ohne eigenes Auto hätten wir nicht so viel außerhalb erlebt. Ab und zu lagen tote Kakerlaken auf den Fluren. Diese wurden jedoch vom Personal meistens schnell entfernt. Ein direkter Zugang zum Meer wäre schön aber mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ein wunderschöner Urlaub – wir kommen gerne wieder! (August26 - verreist als Paar) Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem Hotel und können es wirklich von Herzen weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr gepflegt und bietet viele Möglichkeiten, einen entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub zu verbringen. 🌴☀️ Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Erwachsenenbereich – dieser lohnt sich unserer Meinung nach absolut! Selbst wenn man morgens ganz entspannt mit einem Ausflug startet und erst gegen 12/13 Uhr zum Pool geht, findet man dort noch wunderbar seine Ruhe und einen freien Platz. Die Pools waren angenehm leer und es herrschte eine tolle, entspannte Atmosphäre. 😊 da sieht es für Gäste mit Kids leider schlechter aus. ( Liegen wurden bereits ab 6Uhr reserviert) es war laut und sehr voll am Pool. Auch das Essen hat uns absolut überzeugt: Es war super lecker, abwechslungsreich und vielfältig. Hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei! Besonders positiv fanden wir als Esencia-Gäste, dass es in jedem Restaurant abgetrennte Bereiche für uns gibt. Dadurch ist das Essen noch einmal etwas entspannter und angenehmer. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight waren für uns aber die Barkeeper-Mädels an der Coral Bar! ❤️ Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und aufmerksam und haben mit ihrer tollen Art unseren Urlaub noch schöner gemacht. Man merkt, dass sie ihren Job mit Freude machen – ein riesengroßes Dankeschön an euch, ihr wart einfach klasse! 🍹🥰 Und auch das Fitnessstudio verdient eine besondere Erwähnung: Es war mit Abstand eines der besten und am besten ausgestatteten Fitnessstudios, die wir bisher in einem Hotel gesehen haben. Für alle, die auch im Urlaub gerne trainieren, wirklich ein absoluter Pluspunkt! 💪 Ein kleiner Hinweis für zukünftige Gäste: Das Hotel liegt etwas abseits, weshalb ein Mietwagen für die gesamte Urlaubszeit durchaus von Vorteil sein kann. So ist man deutlich mobiler und kann die Umgebung flexibel erkunden. Unser Tipp: Einen Mietwagen am besten bereits vor der Reise zu buchen – wir haben die Erfahrung gemacht, dass man beispielsweise über Check24 oft günstigere Angebote finden kann. 🚗 Der einzige Punkt, der uns etwas gestört hat, war der Service beim Frühstück im Esencia-Bereich. Hier wurde morgens leider teilweise kein Geschirr abgeräumt, was bei dem ansonsten sehr guten Gesamteindruck etwas schade war. Auch beim Abendessen (wenn man im Hauptrestaurant essen gehen möchte da mehr Auswahl) sollte man beachten das um 18:45 Uhr bereits schon viele anstehen und es sich danach super schnell füllt. Teilweise sehr lange Schlangen am Buffet. Dies ist aber wirklich nur ein kleiner Kritikpunkt und hat unseren wunderschönen Urlaub nicht beeinträchtigt. Alles in allem ein wunderschönes Hotel mit einer traumhaften Anlage, hervorragendem und abwechslungsreichem Essen, tollen und entspannten Bereichen, einem außergewöhnlich guten Fitnessstudio und unglaublich freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Me encanta leer las reseñas de todos los sitios a los que voy que no conozco, así que, ahí va mi humilde opinión de este hotel en La Palma en el que hemos estado recientemente, en concreto zona solo adultos. Dicho hotel situado en la zona Sur de la Isla, a 40 - 45 minutos del Aeropuerto, en coche. Nos tocó una villa un poco retirada y escondida, lo cual resultaba un poco laberinto hasta llegar a ella pq, el complejo es bastante grande, lo más parecido a un resort del caribe, las instalaciones muy cuidadas y muy bonitas, con piscinas tipo lago, enormes, a falta de playa. Habitaciones renovadas menos el cuarto de baño (por tanto, sólo los muebles y decoración moderna) los colchones eran malos y viejos, así que, nos levantamos todos los días con dolor de espalda. Respecto al todo incluido, uno de los mejores hoteles donde hemos comido de todo, muy variado y de calidad, EXCELENTE, un 10 de 10. Las bebidas, todas locales, pagando suplementos por el resto. Como punto negativo lo que peor nos sentó que en el check out, a las 12h te cortan la pulsera y debes abandonar las instalaciones inmediatamente, esto no nos había pasado en ningún otro hotel, con TI. Respecto al personal, nos gustaría hacer mención especial por su simpatía, amabilidad, y buen hacer de: * Franco y Paula en recepción * Fredy y Mari Ángeles en sala y chiringuito de piscina Así como, todos los cocineros del Restaurante Origen, maravillosos y super amables. Espectacular tambien, Silvia, toca el piano como los ángeles, nos hizo las veladas muy agradables. GRACIAS!!!! En general, relación calidad/precio, muy bien, salvo lo comentado susceptible de ser mejorado!!! GRACIAS

Polecam część hotelu Esencia dla dorosłych !. Ogromna różnica w komforcie ciszy, restauracji, baru i leżaków przy basenie . Pierwszy raz nie trzeba było szukać wolnych leżaków było pełno o każdej porze,a byliśmy w drugiej połowie lipca. Na powitanie woda niegazowana w pokoju. W pokoju lodówka i sejfy. Klimatyzacja ok . W oknie balonowym moskitiera. Pokój z bocznym widokiem na ocean.Nie było żadnych uciążliwych much. W pierwszy dzień wieczorem mieliśmy inwazję latających robaczków ,ale to z naszej winy w pokoju było zapalone światło i na balkonie . Wszystkie owady leciały do światła. Po godzinie 22.00 światła na balkonach gasły i problemu nie mieliśmy przez cały dwutygodniowy wyjazd. Na recepcji można zostawić walizki, które zostaną zawiezione do pokoju . W dniu wylotu można poprosić o odbiór walizek na recepcję . Mieliśmy możliwość przedłużenia doby hotelowej koszt 53 euro do godziny 16.00 . W restauracji części Esencia podawane jest śniadanie i kolacja. Można dokonywać rezerwacji przez aplikację hotelową lub podać numer pokoju przy wejściu . W restauracji zawszę wolne stoliki nakryte obrusem ,sztućce i szklanki czyste . Kawa jest bardzo dobra z ekspresu Nespresso oraz wyciskane świeże soki . Na części La Palma Princess trzeba płacić za lepsza kawę i soki świeżo wyciskane . Kolacja przy grze na fortepianie na żywo ,napoje serwowane przez kelnerów . W głównej restauracja po stronie Princess. można zjeść obiad . Restauracja bardzo dużą jest tam wydzielona część dla Esencji ,więc były zawsze wolne stoliki nikt z części Esencia nie stał w kolejce z gośćmi z La Princess. Bar przy basenie otwarty do 23.00 . Na terenie dwa sklepiki nie wiele można kupić . Na zakupy do stolicy taxi 100 euro w dwie strony 6 osób lub autobusem jakieś 2 godziny w jedną stronę. Lub wynajęcie samochodu. Dobrze zaopatrzony sklepik w produkty regionalne w Faro koło latarni można dojechać autobusem z przed hotelu około 1 godziny . Na lotnisku produktu regionalnego trzy razy droższe. Pogoda idealna 24 stopnie Celsjusza woda w basenach ciepła . Ocean zimny.

We’ve just come back after a week away here. It’s beautiful! You’re surrounded by banana plantations and the nearest town/ “Spar” is about a 17 minute drive. If you plan to get out and about on your holiday, I would recommend hiring a car to explore the island. But, if you’re more a person who likes to just stay at the hotel - this one’s for you. We hired a car, as it was our first time visiting La Palma and we really wanted to make the most of it. The hotel itself is serene. You’re right on the coast, so there’s magnificent views of the sea (the sunset is an absolute dream to watch. You can see it whilst eating tea on the balcony of the restaurant or whilst having drinks on the terrace). Rooms were decent. Big comfy bed. Be aware, like most of the canaries the bugs like to play at night, so definitely bring some bug spray. However, the hotel are very accommodating with this too. Food was really good some days and not so great on others. But there was always an option to eat. Pasta, pizza & chips are regularly served, which is great for kids or those who are quite fussy. My only gripe about the whole holiday is that there is a lot of queuing for things. If you want food as it opens, be expected to queue to get inside. It’s every man for himself at the buffet. Also expect to queue for the bar after 8:30/9:00pm. We found having a drink on the terrace before food, then going after the mad rush (at about 8:30-9:00pm) was the best time for a more relaxing tea. All the cocktails are premixed and just poured, so my only suggestion for this is to have more staff behind the bar, to avoid a mass crowd gathering. More often than not there was only one man behind the bar. I think the hotel relied too heavily on self serve drinks. Despite this there was always someone available to clean and clear glasses. The staff were really friendly and always made an effort to give high fives and fist bumps with our little boy. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! We definitely made the most of our stay, with exploring Tazacorte and Santa Cruz. So if we did decide to come back, maybe it would just be a nice relax by the pool - we’ll see!
