This was our third consecutive year staying at H10 Ocean Dunas, which says everything about how satisfied we are. It is a smaller, intimate hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for those looking to avoid the crowds of large resorts. The staff are exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, the rooms are beautiful, clean, and well maintained, and the restaurant terrace is very nice and a lovely place to enjoy breakfast or dinner. One of the biggest advantages is the food. The quality is outstanding, and meals are served at the table rather than offered as a buffet, creating a much more enjoyable dining experience. Everything is organized to a very high standard, and throughout all our stays the service has been consistently excellent. We will gladly return for a fourth visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, high-quality, and relaxing holiday in Fuerteventura. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great hotel, staff and service. We knew we booked a quiet hotel near the centre of coralejo, so lovely. We stayed With just breakfast to sample meals around the town which was great. Breakfast was good, a great selection of cooked products and a large selection of cold fruits, meat, cheese, cereals, fruit juices. Coffee machine and cava on offer. Staff really friendly, polite and courteous. Had an upper room, with sunbeds on the balcony, which were brill, sun in the afternoon after our morning walk and lunch, but also could have a choice of many sunbeds around the pool, really weird to see so many beds free, was great. Free safe, fridge, and tea and coffee refreshed daily. Free water on the first day which could be replenished from near the bar or in gym. Everything clean. Bedroom had large tv, but on 2 english speaking channels, so great we took firestick. Wifi seemed good everywhere to.

We stayed for 7 nights B&B as the hotel is within a 15 min walk to the harbour. Along the way there are plenty of bars and restaurants. The walk to the local beach takes about 5 min again you pass a couple of good restaurants. Our room at the hotel was referred to as a "Junior Suite" which we found to be very modern and spacious. The kingsized bed was firm and very comfortable and we both slept well! The standard of cleanliness was high in our room and throughout the hotel. We only used the restaurant here for breakfast which was excellent. The warm buffet items (bacon,sausages fried eggs) are constantly topped up so always fresh from the kitchen. There were numerous cold items on offer including honey fresh from the comb. All in all this was one our best hotel stays and we would definitely return and recommend to others.

Nous trouvons que l’hôtel ne correspond pas au standing annoncé et que le rapport qualité-prix n’est pas justifié. Notre expérience a commencé par une chambre où une forte odeur d’égout se dégageait de la salle de bain, et où de l’eau marron s’écoulait du bidet. Nous avons été changés de chambre, mais celle-ci avait déjà subi un dégât des eaux : le parquet gondole et la salle de bain présente des malfaçons et/ou du rafistolage précaire. Dans les deux chambres, le ménage demeure superficiel avec des siphons sales ou encore des taches/éclaboussures suspectes sur les murs... et j'en passe. Le calme mentionné dans d’autres commentaires concerne uniquement les chambres donnant sur la piscine. Celles exposées sur la rue ne bénéficient d’aucune tranquillité. Pour conclure notre séjour de seulement cinq nuits, notre dernière douche s’est faite à l’eau tiède sans pression, et un cafard s’est invité dans notre chambre, se réfugiant sous une plinthe. De plus, l’ambiance générale de l’hôtel ne correspondait pas à notre profil : la majorité des visiteurs semble avoir une moyenne d’âge assez élevée, et en tant que trentenaires, nous ne nous sommes pas sentis à notre place. En dépit de tout ce qui est mentionné ci-dessus, nous saluons la disponibilité, l'écoute et le professionnalisme dont ont fait preuve le personnel d'accueil et de gestion. Ainsi que le sourire et l'amabilité du personnel de chambre ou encore du restaurant. Concernant la nourriture, les buffets sont relativement bien fournis et bons cependant les plats proposés manquent de saveurs. En bref, nous ne recommandons absolument pas cet hôtel.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel dal 17 al 29 agosto 2025, con mezza pensione. Darei 5 stelle se non fosse per la pulizia che mi fa scendere la media a 3, solo perché il resto è stato super e voglio sottolineare questa parte che è un peccato avere così. Il cibo è molto buono, vengono serviti ogni sera diversi antipasti a buffet (più altri invece fissi, come le classiche carote, olive, pomodori, tonno ecc.) a cui aggiungere un piatto a scelta dal menu alla carta. Ho mangiato sempre secondi pesce e carne, ottimamente cucinati e serviti. La colazione è molto varia, io mangio solo cappuccio e brioche e sono rimasta soddisfatta. Tutto il personale che ho incontrato è stato veramente gentile, cortese e disponibile sia in sala (un saluto particolare a Davide e Consuelo) sia in reception. Avevo preso una camera singola: perfettamente insonorizzata, balconcino spazioso con mini stendino a muro, tavolino, sedie e panca. C'è il parquet, arredata in maniera abbastanza moderna e soprattutto c'è il bidet che per noi italiani è un plus non indifferente :D Nota dolente: la pulizia delle camere. Dovrebbero usare l'aspirapolvere, porre più attenzione a come rifanno i letti (a volte arrabattati), ma soprattutto il bagno che lato bidet (dietro alla porta) non è MAI STATO PULITO, oltre proprio al pavimento su cui al massimo veniva data una spazzata (e si vedeva, in negativo). E' anche capitato un cambio asciugamani che erano sporchi evidentemente con qualcosa che nemmeno in lavanderia è venuto via. Nella camera base gli spazi sono perfetti per stare da sola, in due dipende da quanta roba si ha, ma quando tornerò a Corralejo non so se potrò optare per questo hotel perché la questione pulizia bagno è stata un po' troppo nota negativa, purtroppo. Sul resto invece perfetto anche lato piscina, tutto pulito e assolutamente ben mantenuto.

We had booked a 5 night stay to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary only to be informed on arrival that we would have to move to another hotel for the first night, which upset our evening and next the morning while we waited to see if we could return to Dunas. The staff were very apologetic. Dunas is a lovely hotel as are the rest of the H10 hotels we have previously stayed at, so would've given 5* had it not been for the disappointment.
