After a stressful situation with our hotel, I felt I had to leave this review. We were told it would be easy to arrange a taxi and that one had been booked for us, but unfortunately it never arrived. We were standing near the hotel with my son, who urgently needed to use the toilet, so I decided to ask if we could use the facilities. My first impression was “wow” — the hotel looks beautiful, elegant and clearly cares about making a great first impression. I asked a member of staff if my son could use the toilet, and without any hesitation or unnecessary questions, he immediately said it was absolutely fine. The bathroom was spotless and beautifully maintained. After waiting around 20 minutes, we realised we needed help with our situation, so we asked again. Once more, the staff were exceptional. Even though I wasn’t a guest staying at the hotel, they immediately helped us without any silly comments or making us feel uncomfortable. I would really like to thank the staff who were working around 3:30pm on Tuesday, 26th May. Unfortunately, we were stressed and in a rush at the time, so I didn’t leave a tip, but I can honestly say that next time this hotel will be my first choice. Even though I wasn’t a customer, they showed real class and kindness. I run a business myself and I understand how powerful reviews can be on the internet, so I wanted to leave this review because I wasn’t able to thank them properly at the time.

Top notch .Best Hotel in benidorm. Returned to our favourite hotel 🏩. For many years .food always Amazing great choice . Clean spotless throughout. STEPHEN. On sundeck Amazing. Helpful to all guest's never stopped working. Robert work's Hard too .Reception always. A warm welcome From Raymond. Great sense of humour. Sharleen great asset to the hotel 🏩 entertainment ect. Will be back in February. Just one minor 🤔 point think hotel 🏩 would be helpful for guest's. Warning signs as one enters pools .can be slippy Or non slip stripes. Seen many guest's fall .fear one day may be bad for someone. Many thanks for Great holiday .George &JIM

DECEPCIONANTE el hotel ya no es lo que conocí, el viernes 9 de octubre por la noche quise hacerme una foto en las escaleras del hall y yo quería hacerme la foto sola con mi soporte móvil y necesitaba apoyar ese soporte y a menos de 1 metro tenía una mesita pequeña al lado del sofá enfrente del ascensor grande y cogí la mesa y la puse enfrente de las escaleras para poder hacerme la foto YA QUE EL CHICO DE RECEPCIÓN NOS HIZO UNA FOTO A MI MADRE Y A MI Y NO SALÍA EL FONDO DE DETRÁS EL DIBUJO REDONDO BLANCO MEXICANO Y COMO EL CHICO DE RECEPCIÓN HIZO LA FOTO MAL POR NO MOLESTARLO UNA VEZ MÁS POR ESO QUISE HACERME LA FOTO SOLA sólo cogí esa mesa pequeña un momento y en vez de venir a decirme algo el chico de recepción me lo dijo el chico marroquí de seguridad que estaba fuera del hotel en la puerta vamos que deja su puesto de trabajo que es de seguridad de fuera del hotel para entrar a decirme eso?? no era para tanto porque sólo era para hacerme una foto y no hacía falta llamarme la atención además antes de eso yo estaba fuera en la puerta del hotel porque me quería hacer una foto sola en la puerta del hotel con mi soporte de móvil y puse el soporte en el suelo para hacerme la foto y el marroquí de seguridad dando vueltas de arriba a abajo en modo horizontal enfrente de la puerta del hotel y yo le avisé y le dije "me quiero hacer una foto" y de malas formas me dijo "pues hazte la foto" pasó la chica que hizo el tributo a Amy Whinehouse y se puso a hablar con el marroquí en el medio del pasillo enfrente de la puerta del hotel y el marroquí sabía que me quería hacer esa foto pero yo sé que lo hizo POR INCORDIAR O POR FASTIDIAR porque él vió que puse el soporte del móvil en el suelo para hacerme la foto TENER ESE TIPO DE PERSONA COMO SEGURIDAD NO LO RECOMIENDO PORQUE DA PENA TENER ESOS MODALES LA ÚNICA PERSONA QUE SE LLEVA LA PALMA DE ORO ES LA CAMARERA DEL BUFFET ISABEL PORQUE SIGUE IGUAL DE AMABLE Y RESPETUOSA Y HACE MUY BIEN SU TRABAJO COMO SIEMPRE O MEJOR ME HA DECEPCIONADO EL HOTEL PORQUE YO LO CONOCÍA DESDE PEQUEÑA CUANDO ESTABA EL JEFE DEL BUFFET QUE SE JUBILÓ NOS CONOCÍAN COMO LO FAMILIA MONFORTE LLEGÁBAMOS AL HOTEL Y ERA COMO ESTAR EN CASA Y AHORA ES TODO LO CONTRARIO EXCEPTO POR ISABEL LA CAMARERA DEL BUFFET QUE NOS HA RECIBIDO CON MUCHA ALEGRÍA Y ESO LE HONRA COMO PERSONA ADEMÁS EN EL BUFFET HAY UNA CAMARERA RUBIA MUY INSISTENTE QUE NADA MÁS TE PEDÍAS LA BEBIDA ENSEGUIDA "PAGAS AHORA O TE LO CARGO A LA HABITACIÓN" ESO NOS HIZO SENTIR INCÓMODAS TANTO QUE NO VOLVIMOS A ESTAR EN ESA ZONA DEL BUFFET ADEMÁS EN OTROS HOTELES QUE HEMOS ESTADO PAGAS LA BEBIDA CUANDO TE VAS DEL BUFFET Y SIN PRESIONES ME HA DADO UN BAJÓN ENORME EL HOTEL PORQUE NO ME ESPERABA QUE EL HOTEL FUESE ASÍ MUY DECEPCIONANTE ES INCREÍBLE PERO CIERTO

I feel sad I have to mark the location down but I feel it must be said. We were in room 503 for 10 days, every night there was constant loud music coming from the bars. This started at 10pm and went on to at least 3.30 each morning. We couldn’t open our balcony door because this would have been even more horrendous. Some night were very warm and we had to open them. Yes there is air conditioning but this also makes a good nights sleep impossible. It’s sad to leave the review as the hotel it self is second to none. Staff , rooms , food go beyond excellence. Sad to say that this would be our last time at DP after 5 consecutive years coming. Your on holiday to relax, this was the most uncomfortable experience we had.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was lovely, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing, with plenty of choice and something to suit everyone. We were also particularly impressed with the way the sunbeds were managed. Everything was well organised and fair, which made enjoying the pool area so much more relaxing. A special mention must go to Raymond, who was absolutely fantastic. His friendly attitude, helpfulness and excellent service really stood out and made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a brilliant holiday and would definitely recommend this hotel. We would happily return!

Me and my daughter just came back from our 1 week stay at Don Pancho. First thoughts on arriving there. Very elegant and clean. Staff were very polite and helpful. Room was decent with a balcony view facing pool. I would've preferred if we had a double bed and single bed. Rather than 2 very small single beds pushed together. Unfortunately me and my daughter didn't sleep very well there. Room was cleaned and beds made everyday. The food was okay, but quite repetitive. It did get a bit boring after a few days. Breakfast was our favourite meal. It was my first time going half board. Which I do now regret. As there was some lovely restaurants around the area which we didn't try. I normally just do bed & breakfast, or self catering. The poolside bar was nice. They did some nice snacks and lunches there. The gym was okay, not much in there though. I only used it once. I would've used it more had there been air con in there maybe. The entertainment was okay, I didn't think it was wow. Only went once. My last day I was disappointed a bit. As when I checked out. I was told we could still have lunch. As we were not being picked up by coach transfer till about 8pm. Then at lunch time, we was told we couldn't and if we wanted lunch we could have it if we paid €25euros each. Only to find out that because we had dinner on the day of arriving. We could not have lunch. It was either one or the other. I wish was explained this before. Then I would've chosen the lunch on the day of leaving. Before we left. One of the men on the reception kindly let us have a room for 30 mins so we could quickly shower and freshen up. I thought this was really kind of him. As we was really hot and sweaty by then. It was nice to freshen up just before the coach came to pick us up. I would stay here again, but would do bed and breakfast next time.
