We had a very enjoyable stay at Gran Canaria Princess and would definitely recommend it to couples looking for a relaxing holiday in Playa del Inglés. The rooms are modern, clean, and comfortable, with beautiful views from the balcony. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The food was good and tasty, with a decent variety of dishes every day. There was always something to choose from, whether for breakfast or dinner, and the quality was better than expected for an all-inclusive hotel. One of the highlights of our stay was the friendly and hardworking staff. From the reception team to the restaurant and bar staff, everyone was welcoming and helpful, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. The evening entertainment and shows were excellent. There was something different almost every night, and the entertainment team did a fantastic job keeping guests entertained without being intrusive. The pool area is nice and relaxing, and the adults-only concept makes it a perfect place to unwind and enjoy a peaceful vacation. Overall, Gran Canaria Princess offers very good value for money with comfortable rooms, good food, friendly service, and great entertainment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended for couples and anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Gran Canaria!

The hotel was very clean, and you really get your money’s worth with the all-inclusive package. The food was a bit bland, and they used too much garlic sauce on many dishes. However, overall, it was still a good experience. The only downside was that most of the staff didn’t smile. I would have liked them to be a bit friendlier and more welcoming. The only person who smiled was a woman at the entrance of the restaurant. She was very kind, warm, and welcoming.

Grosse déception pour cet hôtel 4 étoiles dans lequel j'avais déjà séjourné environ 10 ans auparavant. La nourriture n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur . Peu de choix dans le buffet du midi avec très mauvaise qualité et les produits les moins chers. Aucun choix au grill uniquement 1 poisson ( souvent inconnu d'eau douce ou caballa...) 1 viande en général volaille ou porc très cuits ce qui les rend secs et sans goût. Le buffet de salades et de légumes est pauvre. Pas de choix de fromage et toujours les mêmes desserts industriels et mauvais. Le restaurant est au sous sol donc sans charme. La piscine est jolie mais l'eau pas très chaude. L'eau des jacuzzis n'est vraiment pas assez chaude . Les activités et les animations sont très sommaires et montrent le manque d'investissement de la part de l'hôtel. Les chambres sont plutôt correctes, literie et oreillers moyens. Il manque une prise de courant de chaque côté du lit. Le personnel de ménage est très bruyant le matin perturbant votre sommeil si vous vous levez tard.

7 noches todo incluido Quiero ser justa, porque el hotel tiene cosas buenas lo que es toda la zona de baño está muy bien cuidada, hay varias zonas comunes, varios apartados diferentes. Hay como 3 lagunas -piscinas grandes, amplias y limpias, que es lo mejor del hotel. Y después hay un apartado chill, mas tranquilo donde puedes darte masajes y tratamientos ( de pago ) pero que está muy bien montado con jacuzzis y sauna ( gratis ). Es un hotel sólo adultos, muy tranquilo, el personal es amable y los shows nocturnos entretenidos. Muy buena ubicación, nosotros llevamos coche de alquiler, pero delante del hotel se encuentra una parada de bus y de taxis, te puedes mover a todos lados sin problema. Lo que deberían mejorar siendo un 4 estrellas porque parece de 3: de 7 noches, 2 no nos hicieron la habitación llegábamos por la tarde de la piscina y teníamos que ir a recepción a pedir toallas para ducharnos y bajar a cenar, la limpieza de la habitación muy justa: estiran la cama, vacían las papeleras y ponen papel pero el baño 🚽 apenas lo tocan quedan los chorretes en el lavabo, WC, y mampara, una fregona al suelo y pista..., La comida es muy repetitiva, la desayuno es lo único que se salva, comida y cena es casi siempre lo mismo, poco variedad y reciclado del dia anterior pero con salsa para disimular, y en cuanto apoyas los cubiertos comiendo ya te retiran el plato y era bastante incómodo y estresante. El todo incluido es relativo tienes una botella de agua al llegar pero que no te reponen ningún día mas, sí quieres mas o la rellenas en las máquinas dispensadoras o la compras, igual que los sobres de café, infusiones que te dejan en la habitación con un hervidor no te ponen mas que los del primer día.... Se nota que está 100% enfocado al turismo extranjero, estaría bien que cuidarán un poco más también al cliente español en detalles de comida y trato Volvería a Gran Canaria? Sin Duda, A este hotel? Con lo que hay por la zona me lo pensaría y mucho

A beautiful hotel. We stayed here for a week all inclusive, and had a great time. ✨ The hotel is absolutely immaculate, the cleaning staff clean the rooms to an amazing standard and the food was amazing, there is so much variety and choice! You will not go hungry, the food is also to a high standard, the chefs should be commended for their amazing food ❤️ The pool is gorgeous and very spacious, and there are plenty of delicious drinks and snacks choices available to have by the pool 🌊 Only things we would wish to see changed: 1. The air con in the room wasn’t very cool, which impacted our sleep. Maybe this was just our room, but it was a bit of a discomfort when sleeping. 2. Some of the male bar staff (not all) were unfriendly, and came across like it was an inconvenience to serve drinks, which was a shame as it made us reluctant to order what we have paid for. (The female staff we encountered were all absolutely lovely and super smiley and welcoming- I wish everyone was the same!) Overall, it is a beautiful hotel which is worth the money. It would be an ever better experience if the above points were addressed and amended. However, despite these minor issues we would recommended this hotel to all. Thank you for a lovely holiday and we would definitely return to this gorgeous hotel🌞

⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2 sterren) Dit hotel is erg overrated en absoluut geen 4 sterren waard, hooguit 3. De foto's op internet zijn mooier dan de werkelijkheid of zijn tegenwoordig niet meer van toepassing en het hotel wordt veel te duur verkocht. De All-Inclusive formule stelt teleur (semi all-in): voor 10 van de 15 cocktails, merken sterke drank, verse koffie en zelfs middagsnacks zoals hamburgers moet je gewoon bijbetalen. Na het avondbuffet is er niets meer te krijgen. Het complex is gedateerd en slecht onderhouden. In de (schone) kamer en rond het zwembad liggen tegels los, wat pijnlijk is aan de voeten. Het zwembad is provisorisch opgelapt met een rubberen mat waar je het losse beton doorheen voelt. Veel ligbedden zijn doorgezakt en er zijn te weinig parasols. Wil je een luxe bedje? Dat kost €25,- p.p. per dag extra.Het personeel is over het algemeen niet erg vriendelijk of enthousiast. Het eten in de zaal smaakt gelukkig goed en varieert dagelijks, al is het aanbod beperkt voor deze klasse. Er zijn erg veel Engelse gasten en het hotel is heel streng met regels (niet voor 10:00u zwemmen, geen ballen/luchtbedden). Wij komen hier niet meer terug. Aanvulling: de stoomsauna bij de wellnes ruikt naar mix van riool en schimmel! Achterstallige renovatie en absoluut niet schoon!
