The hotel was fantastic; everything felt like it was on another level. The facilities were excellent, although they seemed a bit more worn than those at Jardines de Nivaria. The only downside was that when we arrived, it took longer than expected for our room to be ready. To get to know the resort, people like Felipe were a lifesaver, as they guided us around because the reception staff were extremely stressed. We were assisted by someone called Froilán, and in my opinion, he should probably look for a different employment because this one clearly isn’t the right fit for him.

We visited Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel in April 2026. This was our first family holiday abroad with our two children. Therefore we spent a lot of time researching in order to find the perfect destination and hotel. I am pleased to say that we had an amazing time at Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel! All the staff were professional, friendly and helpful. They all work very hard to ensure all guests have a fantastic experience. Special mention to Lin in the main restaurant who was fantastic with our two children. Also, Javier who made our breakfast experience memorable. He will remember us for the word 'estupendo'. The food was fantastic and there was a lot of variety each day. We enjoyed the fish and meat which was cooked in front of you at the grills. There was also plenty of drinks options and our children were very happy with the options available. They also enjoyed the games room next to the restaurant. This was ideal as we could enjoy our meal knowing they were safe and happily playing within close reach of us. The rooms are very spacious. The beds were very comfortable and towels were changed daily. We also enjoyed the large balcony with the sea view. The location was perfect for us. 30 minutes taxi ride from the airport. Situated on the seafront in a quiet area. It was nice to walk on the promenade. The hotel had everything we needed so we didn't feel the need to venture far from the hotel especially with two young children. The swimming pools were brilliant. We mainly used the RoniAventura children's pool as it had fantastic slides which our children loved. We also enjoyed the heated pool with the jacuzzi. We thoroughly enjoyed the evening entertainment as it was very inclusive. The entertainment team always involved children which made us feel comfortable. Special mention to Camillo in the main bar who was always friendly and provided great service. Thank you for making our holiday extra special. We have made many happy memories that will stay with us for a long time. We would love to visit again as a family in the future.

Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel fin mai – début juin et nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles. L’hôtel mérite largement ses 5 étoiles. Tout était d’une propreté irréprochable, aussi bien les chambres que les espaces communs. Le restaurant était excellent, avec des plats variés et de grande qualité chaque jour. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil. À la réception, Alain a été particulièrement gentil, souriant et toujours disponible. Nous souhaitons également remercier un serveur brun, dont nous ne connaissons malheureusement pas le prénom, qui a été adorable avec nous tout au long du séjour. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié les nombreuses activités proposées pour les enfants, qui leur ont permis de s’amuser chaque jour dans une ambiance chaleureuse et familiale. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous recommandons cet hôtel les yeux fermés. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ces magnifiques vacances, nous espérons revenir un jour !

Das Hotel ist als Gesamtangebot wirklich toll. Das Hotel ist durch die Hotelmanagerin Sarah sehr kundenfreundlich und professionell geführt. Auch das Personal vom Hoteldesk bis zum Zimmerservice sind freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Besonders zu erwähnen ist das täglich frische und vielfältige Angebot am Buffet und in den beiden Italienischen und Spanischen Restaurants. Leider ist unser Urlaub schon fast Geschichte, aber wir auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel wieder in Betracht ziehen.

We had an amazing time! The hotel more than exceeded our expectations. We really can't say enough good things about it. The pools were great, the facilities were clean and spacious, the food was vast, and the staff was attentive and friendly. What truly amazed us was getting a bottle of champagne delivered to our room on my daughter's 19th birthday. We never even mentioned that it was her birthday, they must have noticed it when we provided our passport info. Great attention to detail. The only downside to the whole stay was that the hotel attempted to charge us for the buffet lunch my two kids had on checkout day (while Mom and Dad packed). We didn't know that lunch wasn't included on the last day in the All Inclusive meal plan. But the hotel compromised with us by splitting the charges in half.

A beautiful five-star hotel with an amazing pool area and stunning ocean views. We stayed at this hotel for two nights and truly enjoyed our time there. One of the highlights was the enormous heated saltwater pool. The entire pool area feels very cozy and thoughtfully designed, with beautiful details like palm trees everywhere and a bar directly by the pool, which creates a fantastic and relaxing atmosphere. Our premium room with an ocean view was absolutely wonderful. Waking up to the view of the sea made the stay even more special and added to the overall luxury experience of the hotel. The only aspect that could be improved was the dinner service on the first evening. At the grill station there was only one chef preparing fresh fish, and she was clearly overwhelmed by the number of guests. A long line quickly formed and many people eventually gave up waiting. We personally waited around 15–20 minutes just to get grilled fish. For such a large five-star hotel, this kind of kitchen management is unfortunately not ideal and could certainly be organized more efficiently.
