Unfortunately had to move out of the hotel due to the constant badgering of the management over towel usage. Got to the point of upsetting my wife so had no choice but to change hotels. Location good and other staff fine. However only take one to ruin a holiday

Well where to start!! I don’t have a bad thing to say about this hotel. All the staff are friendly and welcoming, even offer recommendations of local restaurants. We can’t fault any of the staff they have all be great, The rooms, spacious, clean, beds are comfy and the cleaners do a fantastic job. There is a sign in the bathroom that says if you want towels changing put them on the floor, however we have had plenty of towel changes without doing this. There is a safe you can put to use, there is air con and a hair dryer, as well as a kettle, microwave, a hob, fridge/freezer and utensils. Can smoke on balconies. The pool is lovely, there is a notice about not reserving loungers, however everyone does it, so if you can’t beat them join them! Pool towels are available from reception, 15 euros per towel, and when given to the lifeguard he gives you a ticket to get more without paying again, we didn’t do this as brought our own, so not sure if you get the 15 euros back at end when handed in. There is a specific area around the pool you can smoke, which is good for the non smokers. The pool bar- food is good, everything is reasonably priced and is good quality. There is a pool table, the partner says it’s on a tilt a bit, he lost a fair few times to me so could be a bit of a sore loser reaction. The hotel is away from the shopping centres, however through the tunnel on your left are a few restaurants which we went to a few and they were lovely, you’ll also find Durty Nellie’s pub/ restaurant and a supermarket, there is also a dr and pharmacy there. There is also a taxi rank there, where a taxi to Mogan mall area costs less that 5 euros. The walk back from the mall is nice. There are a few places along the harbour, and along the sea front to eat. Along the harbour you’ll find plenty of places for boat trips, and jet skis. There are also a few places on the road alongside the harbour area, whilst we were here it was only WigWam that was open, early July is still a little out of season apparently. At wigwam if there are any sports you want to watch they will accommodate, my partner wanted to watch Leeds Rhinos on the Sunday and they put this on a screen for us, they have a poster outside of what sports they have on and when, but also take requests if it is not on the list, somehow Leeds was on the poster 🙄 drinks are reasonably priced there also. Honestly there is little I can fault about this hotel they have most things you could possibly need for your stay, they also have a clothes horse outside great for drying swimsuits on! Views are also great! The hotel is also very modern looking in the rooms… I read one review that said the rooms were outdated… there is nothing outdated about the rooms unless you’ve travelled back in time from the year 3000!!! We stayed in a pool side suite, which to say it was pool side you could not hear people outside in the mornings around the pool, also barely heard the traffic from the road and we were 2 apartments in from the roadside.

My stay at Hotel Morasol Suites in Gran Canaria was nothing short of perfect! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The suites were spacious, immaculately clean, and offered stunning views of the marina. The pool area was serene and beautifully maintained, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Location-wise, it’s unbeatable—close to the beach, restaurants, and shops, yet still peaceful. The attention to detail in every aspect of the hotel made my stay truly exceptional. I can’t wait to return—highly recommended!

Brilliant hotel with brilliant staff in a perfect location overlooking the marina. We had a 1 bedroom apartment which had plenty of room and was very clean as was the rest of the hotel. Staff always happy to help and very friendly including arranging for us to keep the room on until 4pm on day of departure for €25 which was well worth it. Large bottle of water for €2 from reception saves you carrying it from supermarkets. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this hotel.

Always stay here in Puerto Rico. Everything is excellent. Staff are especially good, across all departments.
