Just got back early July 2026. A holiday for myself, husband, mum and young daughter. My husband is paralysed using a wheelchair and we booked this holiday through a disabled holiday agent. The accessible room had a stylish and practical wet room bathroom, which is possibly one of the best we've seen. The facilities for all of us were impressive and the activities such as SUP Yoga and Aqua Bike were great. Note the pool water is lightly salted and wheelchairs might want to be cautious with too much salt water on the chair. The food is incredible and plenty of choice. We stayed for 8 days and never felt like we needed to venture out to mix up the food offering. We did venture out to Le Grande beach where they had beach wheelchairs which were well supported by the lifeguard team. A taxi cost about 5 euros each way and the hotel helped us order one. The cocktails and drinks were delicious but the vibe is more quality over quantity. If your vibe is to guzzle down the booze this hotel might not be the one.

We stayed here in April, and although the weather wasn’t great during the first few days, the hotel pleasantly surprised us with its delicious and varied food. The rooms are newly renovated, clean, and comfortable—we had one with a beautiful ocean view. The staff is polite and always ready to help. Special thanks to the manager, Kateryna. We would definitely love to come back again.

seit guten 25 Jahren bin ich immer wieder Gast im Seaside Los Jameos Playa gewesen. Nun war ich das erste Mal nach der umfangreichen Renovierung dort. Es ist wirklich toll geworden, alles wirkt wieder frisch und sauber. Das Highlight ist immer noch die Empfangshalle. Einfach nur beeindruckend. Die immer freundlichen Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption helfen wo sie nur können. (Fast alle sprechen deutsch) Die Zimmer sind alle renoviert. Modernes Bad, bequeme Betten, ein Kühlschrank sowie ein schöner Balkon. (Teilweise mit Liegen) Auch gibt es einen großen TV (auch mit vielen deutschen Programmen) Die Poolanlage ist sauber und gepflegt. (auch beheizt) Wo früher die Tennisplätze waren, gibt es jetzt einen warmwasser Pool mit Rutschen für Kinder, plus einen Kleinkind Pool Bereich. Am „Erwachsenenpool“ gibt es eine neue nett gestaltete Bar, unteranderem mit Frozen Jogurt Spezialitäten. Auch das Restaurant wurde neu gestaltet. Die Auswahl war fantastisch und wir haben immer ein schönes Plätzchen drinnen und draußen gefunden. Hervorzuheben ist auch das Personal im Restaurant das immer freundlich und zuvorkommend war. Es gibt jeden Abend ein anderes Motto mit Steakstation, Burger, Döner, frischen Fisch, Vegetarisch … also da ist für jeden was dabei. Neu ist ein À la Carte Restaurant, das wir aber nicht ausprobiert haben. Dieses hat auch toll ausgesehen. Wir waren mit dem Buffet zufrieden. Zum langen schönen Playa de los Pocillos (hellerer Sand) sind es durch die schöne Parkanlage des Hotels nur 5 Minuten. Am Strand können auch Liegen und Schirme angemietet werden. Es wird in manchen Bewertungen die Nähe zum Flughafen (Fluglärm) moniert. Man sieht die Flugzeuge, ja, aber das es laut ist, das kann ich nicht bestätigen. Ich kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Es war schon immer mein Lieblingshotel auf dieser wunderbaren Insel und jetzt wo es renoviert wurde, noch umso mehr. Mein kleines Paradies.

We recently returned from a stay as all-inclusive guests, and while there were certainly some positives, unfortunately the experience was let down by a number of issues. The food was superb. There was an excellent choice throughout our stay, and the quality was consistently very good. The hotel itself was also great — it was well maintained, very well presented and generally a lovely place to stay. However, the biggest disappointment was the level of service and organisation. We consistently had to queue for drinks at the pool bars, and there were also regular queues for coffee at breakfast. The coffee machines seemed to be frequently out of order, which only added to the frustration. At times, some staff appeared to work in a very lethargic manner, and it often felt as though the hotel simply wasn't sufficiently prepared or staffed for the number of guests it was accommodating. This is a real shame because the hotel has so much going for it. The food, facilities and appearance were all very good, but the service issues significantly affected our overall experience. For us, these problems were enough to mean that we wouldn't return, which is disappointing given the hotel's potential

We have just come back from Seaside Los James and I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re staying as a family. Overall the experience was great, the staff were very friendly, the whole hotel was exceptionally clean, rooms were new but with a traditional feel, the pool was clean and fairly warm and above all the food was exceptional. If you’re a fussy eater or don’t usually fancy all inclusive food you won’t have a problem here. There are so many options and the best cuisine night in my opinion was either the street food or the south American night. The restaurant itself looks great and staff are attentive. The only couple of minor downsides we found were the drinks service at the bar and the entertainment for adults. At the bar we found we were waiting a long time just for a few simple soft drinks or waters, this was from a combination of not enough staff at times, coupled with people ordering cocktails (rightly so) but this meant it took a long while to be served, not the end of the world but a bit frustrating when you want to be sat round the pool. The other minor downside was the entertainment. The kids entertainment was brilliant, all the animation staff were friendly and enthusiastic but we found the shows after for adults weren’t that great and we usually just ended up sitting in the outside area with some drinks. That said, on Saturday and Sunday they have a DJ at the “milk lab” bar and he was amazing! I would highly recommend going over there at 6-10pm as this DJ was brilliant and he should be on more than just the two nights. Overall, I’d highly recommend staying here, just maybe go out of holidays if you don’t want lots of kids!

Absolutely brilliant hotel for location food excellent plenty of choice ,great pools especially for our 2 granddaughters, excellent staff couldn't do enough for us we were a party of nine they found us a big table nearly every time ,my only concern was the day we were leaving ,there was a bit of confusion over a swapped meal ,it was my 70th birthday while we were there so we asked if we could swap the evening meal as we went into pdc for a lunchtime meal which was fine because they do offer this option, we wanted to swap Thursday night evening to Sunday lunch girl on the desk took details ,sorted ,turned up for Sunday lunch got asked numerous times for room numbers while we were eating with dining room full off guests ,asked what the problem was managment said we couldent change days had to be the same day evening meal to lunch , then got asked to go with staff to the reception which by now is getting a bit embarrassing explained again pointed out the person who changed the booking ,turns out it was a new member of staff who wasent informed about changing meal times bit of talking going on in Spanish between themselves which I think was a bit ignorant as the one manager was English, they were expecting us to pay for 9 lunches nearly €400,they did understand it was nothing we did wrong but there staff which got it wrong all sorted in the end just felt it put a damper on what was a really good holiday Jp
