Stayed here three nights with my partner for our anniversary. Lovely hotel with a fun vibe. Appreciated the cool decor coming in from the heat. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Especially appreciated the lovely chocolates and drink for our anniversary when we arrived in our room. Excellent touch 👌🏽

Das Hotel war wirklich toll...alle sehr freundlich. Der Pool ist eher nicht wirklich zum darin verweilen. Die Gegend rund um das Hotel ist aber wirklich eine Katastrophe. Hier müssen wir an die vorherige Bewertung von J A anknüpfen. Entspannt ist man nicht, wenn man Richtung Hotel läuft. Alleinreisenden Frauen ist absolut abzuraten hier zu buchen

Hemos estado 3 amigas disfrutando del Brunch, en este hotel. Todo ha sido de 10. Respecto a la comida tienes muchas opciones para elegir, tanto platos fríos como calientes. También buffet de postres. Café e infusiones. Eduardo nos ha atendido de maravilla. Agradecer su atención exquisita en todo momento. Profesional y atento. Al igual que el resto de personal. El comedor muy bonito. Y también vale la pena comer mientras un dj toca en directo. Para finalizar la experiencia subimos a la terraza superior, con unas vistas de 360° espectaculares. Totalmente recomendable!

Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend, in anderen Punkten konnte uns das Hotel nicht überzeugen. Die Zimmer sind recht klein und bieten kaum Stauraum, das Verstauen der Kleidung wird schnell zur Herausforderung. Das Badezimmer lässt sich nicht mit einer Tür verschliessen, was die Privatsphäre einschränkt. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, sodass die Luft im Zimmer rasch stickig wird und der auf dem Dach beworbene Pool wird seinem Namen nicht gerecht, er eignet sich zum Abkühlen der Füsse, ist sehr klein und ohne Bereich zum Liegen oÄ. Was uns nicht bewusst war: Das Hotel liegt mitten im Raval, einem der dichtesten und widersprüchlichsten Viertel Barcelonas. Wer zentral wohnen möchte, ist hier zwar nah an Ramblas, Boqueria und Altstadt, muss aber ein Umfeld in Kauf nehmen, das wir unterschätzten. Vor dem Eingang war die Geruchsbelästigung mitunter erheblich und direkt neben dem Hotel halten sich Obdachlose auf. Viel Armut und viel Verwahrlosung. Die Straßen wirken teils heruntergekommen und gerade in den Abendstunden entsteht schnell ein Gefühl der Unsicherheit. Raval ist bekannt für ein hohes Aufkommen an Taschendiebstahl, ein wachsames Auge auf Wertsachen ist ratsam. Das unmittelbare Umfeld des Hotels lädt nicht zum Verweilen oder entspannten Essen ein, dafür muss man ein Stück Weg auf sich nehmen. Für sensible Reisende, Familien mit Kindern oder alle, die abends ein ruhiges und gepflegtes Umfeld schätzen, ist die Lage wirklich nur eingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences my partner and I have ever had. The biggest problem is the area surrounding the hotel. We felt very unsafe because strangers followed us while using their cell phones, and the streets smelled strongly of sewage and urine. It was not a pleasant environment at all. The hotel staff were excellent—friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the security was not effective. People who were not guests seemed able to enter the hotel, which made us feel even more uncomfortable. The photos online are very misleading. The terrace is much smaller than it appears, and the “pool” is really just a tiny wading pool. The room was another huge disappointment. My partner and I are both 6’2” (188 cm), and the room felt extremely cramped. The layout offers almost no privacy—the bathroom sink is right next to the bed, which is a very strange design. Overall, this hotel did not match the description or the photos online. The staff deserve credit for their kindness, but they cannot make up for the poor location, misleading advertising, lack of security, and uncomfortable rooms. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. Save your money and book somewhere else.

Excellent relaxing hotel, very clean, good room and facilities. Roof top bar on 11th floor, with great views and relaxing vibes. Restaurant both for breakfast and lunch, very good choice and quality. Excellent staff member in restaurant was Eduardo. He made our holiday very comfortable and finished on a high, on an another wise sad day. His courteous and efficient service was very professional. Front house staff always available and friendly and efficient.
