Wir verbringen aktuell bereits zum dritten Mal für mehrere Wochen unseren Familienurlaub auf Fuerteventura (für mich persönlich ist es sogar schon der fünfte Aufenthalt auf der Insel) und wir haben inzwischen das vierte Hotel kennengelernt. Das MUR Hotel Faro Jandía hat uns vom ersten Moment an begeistert. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen, sodass wir uns direkt willkommen gefühlt haben. Als schöne Überraschung erwartete uns sogar ein Gastgeschenk auf dem Zimmer – eine tolle Aufmerksamkeit, die den Urlaub gleich besonders beginnen ließ. Das gesamte Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und überall herrscht eine angenehme Sauberkeit. Die Lage ist einfach hervorragend: mitten im Geschehen von Jandía, sodass Restaurants, Geschäfte und die Promenade bequem zu Fuß erreichbar sind. Gleichzeitig ist der wunderschöne Strand nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt – für uns die perfekte Kombination. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Essen. Es ist abwechslungsreich, frisch und wirklich sehr lecker. Ein großes Lob geht auch an die Küche und das Personal im Umgang mit Lebensmittelallergien. Wer Allergien oder Unverträglichkeiten hat, muss hier keineswegs auf Genuss verzichten. Es gibt reichlich Alternativen und man merkt, dass auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste eingegangen wird. Insgesamt fühlen wir uns hier rundum wohl und genießen unseren Aufenthalt sehr. Wer ein sauberes Hotel mit herzlichem Service, hervorragendem Essen, einer perfekten Lage und einer angenehmen Atmosphäre sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das MUR Hotel Faro Jandía uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Das Hotel ist zwar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist aber trotzdem schön und vor allem sauber. Wir waren zum erstenmal hier und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Daher kommen wir bestimmt wieder. Das Essen war manchmal nur leicht warm und wir hätten uns auch mehr Abwechslung gewünscht, sind aber trotzdem immer satt geworden. Lage und Strand sind super.

Jeden z nejlepsich hotelu, ktery jsme navstivili. Sluzby na nejvyssi urovni. Zvlastni podekovani patri Nadě a Stanislavovi na recepci za ochotu pomoci v reseni problemu s cestovni kancelari.

Absolutely amazing hotel, from the moment we stepped into the building it was a warm embrace with welcoming drinks available, the rooms are clean, tidied during the breakfast period, and the balcony chairs are reclinable!!! the staff are lovely, always willing to help, they are polite and courteous to everyone. Even though there is no animation team there is still evening shows/ performances ranging from live music to magic shows and even more!!! During lunch times there is a menu you can order from and you get your food usually within 15 minutes (and it’s made to order) or you can do the buffet option which is more salads and smaller bites. For dinner, there is a buffet for you to choose from and during all meal times there are high quality linen table cloths and napkins, crockery is branded and not chipped or cracked, for the evening meals, outside they have little high quality lights to make it feel more homely and atmospheric. The staff come to you almost instantly to assist and take your orders for drinks/ food etc, with a good staff-to-guest ratio making sure you are alway looked after and cared for. Loads of availability for sunbeds as it’s a small hotel but feels grand inside… pool area is cleaned daily and no shortage of sunbeds and parasols… nothing is too much trouble, perfect hotel if you want a calm and quiet holiday should be 5 stars but because it doesn’t tick all the boxes of the criteria that a 5 star should but if i could give it 6 stars i would!!!

A really nice, great value hotel. Great staff (they are extremely helpful, friendly and professional), great service and lovely food. In an excellent location near hills, beach, shops and bars. The view from the sea view rooms is lovely. We have been before and we will be back.

We didn’t stay in the hotel, so I’m only rating the spa, we decided to go there for a massage after we had a massage in our hotel which wasn’t really good. From the moment we arrived in the spa we were welcomed and felts that it was going to be good and it was. We was a bio energetic massage for 80 minutes and this was one of the best massages of my entire life. For a good relaxing massage, you can go there.
