This is our second time staying here, and it definitely won't be our last. We've had another fantastic holiday. The hotel itself is brilliant. The food is excellent, the facilities are spotless, and everything is so well looked after. But what really makes this place stand out is the people. From the warm welcome when we arrived, to the restaurant staff, to the lovely lady who cleaned our room every day, everyone was so friendly and genuinely seemed to care that we had a great holiday. The biggest thank you has to go to the Kids' Club/Animation team. They were absolutely amazing with our children and honestly made the holiday for them—and for us. Their enthusiasm, kindness, and endless energy were incredible, and our kids looked forward to seeing them every single day. They are a real credit to the hotel. It's the staff that turn a great hotel into a truly special one, and that's exactly why we came back a second time. We'd recommend this hotel to anyone and can't wait to return again.

We have been coming to this hotel twice a year for the last 4 years, We have found the rooms are spotless, with lots of little touches to make your stay easy and comfortable. The balcony is a good size and the chairs are very comfortable with clean cushions . Restaurants are spacious with plenty of room around each table. Food is excellent with a wide selection to choose from, the desserts are made in their own kitchens and they are exceptional. The staff are so friendly and very helpful. There are two main pools and there is always plenty of sun loungers free. We like it very much.

Spent 5 days at this resort, firstly can I say the staff were exceptional!! Nothing was too much trouble, always friendly and helpful, so impressed and grateful. The food is outstanding and the selection is pretty amazing. Rooms large, maybe a little dated but otherwise couldn't complain. The only reason im rating it a 4 star rather than 5 is for 2 reasons. Water- asking for water at dinner would cost you...quickly adds up. Spa, to use the spa area and sit in the pool...35euro. Despite no one there etc. (Totally understand charging for treatments etc). Otherwise enjoyed my time there and again, the staff made it extra special!

Muy bien en general pero para ser un 5* L tiene margen de mejora en algunas cosas. La habitación no tenía termostato para el equipo de frío. Simplemente un selector de 3 velocidades que, aunque enfría bien a base de horas encendido es muy ruidoso. El WiFi no tiene clave, supongo que para una mayor comodidad pero me parece un fallo importante para la seguridad en los tiempos que corren. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

Princesa Yaiza Suite Hotel Resort holds a special place in my heart. Having stayed here many times, I am always blown away by the outstanding service and warm hospitality. The entire team goes above and beyond to make every stay feel incredibly special and welcoming. The food throughout the resort is top-tier—Giovanni's is an absolute highlight, and the surrounding selection of bars and pizza spots is fantastic. I always look forward to coming back and couldn't recommend this hotel more highly!

We stayed at Princess Yaiza for 9 nights in May and left entirely refreshed. We have three boys (10, 9, 6). The kids clubs and evening entertainment (animations team) worked incredibly hard at engaging with all of the children in their care, and had clearly gone to a lot of effort in their preparation for the season. Their ABBA show was fun, and the external entertainment (within the hotel but not the in house team) was also engaging for the boys. The food was consistently excellent. The chefs were clean and well presented. The food on offer was fresh, rotated regularly, and plentiful. The restaurants were clean and tables kept clear of dishes and glasses. Any mistakes made by our children (a spilt cup for example) was no problem and dealt with quickly and with good grace. I really enjoyed the touch of having a little drink on entry to the buffet restaurant. Greeters took us from the door to our table and ensured we had what we needed before our waiters came to check on drinks. The poolsides were clean and tidy, and I was delighted that they have a lifeguard on duty at the top pool. The poolside bar was lovely with a good selection of ice creams. The rooms suited us fine and were cool which was the main thing! Housekeeping did a lovely job of keeping our beds and towels fresh. The guest services team and reception team were also very welcoming and helpful - nothing was too much bother. What a fabulous set of teams to have as a first welcome and goodbye to the hotel. I also noticed a chap who may have been the general manager - he seemed to always be present and walking around the hotel to ensure standards were kept up. Whoever selected staff at this hotel has done an exceptional job. Every person we encountered was a delight. For the staff alone, we are hoping to go back again in 2027. People really do make a workplace and I hope that the staff here know how much their efforts are appreciated by their guests
