The hotel has some positive aspects. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The staff are friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The location is also very convenient, the beach within walking distance. However, we are disappointed with our stay. This hotel does not feel like a 4-star property. The room was old. It should be renovated. From time to time there was a strong smell coming from the bathroom. The hotel also urgently needs to replace its towels and bed linen. They are extremely old, have lost their softness, texture, and original color, and look worn out. The food … The desserts were especially poor. Many of them were simply store-bought biscuits covered with a gelatin-based cream. This is not the quality you expect from a 4-star hotel. Overall, it feels like the hotel is trying to cut costs everywhere, and unfortunately, it shows.

Left this hotel today after a week all inc. The Los Zocos Impressive has an Impressive foyet. That's kind of where it ends though. It's not 'bad', per se, but it just flatters to deceive. The rooms are ok, but very basic. The beds were not particularly comfortable, and the pillows were awful. Food is a big buffet. It has most of what you could want and has some variation day to day - but none of it is particularly good. It feels very much like it's just there to get you thru without starving. None of it stood out at all. We ate out 3 times just to taste something decent. The free beer is - as is the case at most all inc. hotels - coloured water. I don't drink much, and one afternoon had 9 cups just to prove my point. Zero effect. The pools are ok. The quiet pool is much better than the busier one. The latter attracts quite a lot of riff-raff. Lots of heavy smoking, heavy drinking, heavy eating people from Yorkshire - and that's just the women. My biggest issue was the staff. None of them are rude, none of them are horrible - all them are simply robotic. Just very, very functional. They show almost zero personality at any time. Nobody asked how we were, and not even if we enjoyed our stay on checking out. If we had a question, we got an answer - but Google would have been friendlier. All in all, they supplied a room, food and drinks. But they didn't supply anything more than would have made our experience just that bit better. For 3 grand for 7 nights, there's much, MUCH better out there. We'd never come back.

Honeymoon - 10/10 for Los Zocos! Wow what can I say.. Me, my new husband & our 2 1/2 year old son have just returned from the most amazing 10 days at Los Zocos & I can honestly recommend this hotel 100%!! We will be returning without a doubt! Hotel - The hotel has 2 pools - 1 quiet with 1 bar and 1 loud pool full of activities and music with a bar and snack/lunch place which is amazing too!! Rooms - Great sized room, clean tidy with a kitchen area dining table & lots of space on balcony with large shower in the bathroom - Couldnt fault the room! Staff - Honestly the staff are outstanding very friendly and welcoming! The restaurant and bar staff are really lovely - Aziz from the bar was super friendly and fantastic, Angeles in the restaurant works super hard and she really goes above and beyond, Jarem in the restaurant was amazing also he really made an effort with our son & we really liked him! Restaurant - I can honestly say we felt the food was not just all inclusive food it was restaurant standard I dont understand how anybody can complain about it because it was fantastic!! This hotel is without a doubt fantastic for either couples or families!! We will 100% be returning thank you so much!

Cet hotel n’est pas gagné d’un 4 étoiles Si vous voulez que l’on vous garde votre carte de chambre ( running ou autre ) ou vous dis pas possible. Pour manger sur la terrasse il faut attendre alors que la terrasse n’est pas ouverte entièrement HONTEUX!!!!!! Ménage fait vite fait dans les chambres poubelles non vides tous les jours ( femmes de ménages changent tous les jours ) vous et votre chance. Restaurant italien très bien mais si vous arrivez en retard 10-15 minutes plus possible et restaurant vide 4 personnes zéro effort vis à vis du client. Ceci est vrai pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Et le comble pas de diffusion des match de foot de la coupe du monde car il faut mettre du personnel sauf les demi final et final Même le match Espagne en début. Bien mais pas un 4 ÉTOILES

An absolutely wonderful holiday at Los Zocos. The food is great and the staff are all friendly and helpful. It is close to the beach and plenty of shops to look around. It's clean and tidy, and the holiday rep from Jet To, was so helpful. Plenty of excursions to go on to see around the Island, will definitely consider coming back again.

The room/apartment we stayed in was by the road. We hered the cars and buses go past but they calmed down so it wasn’t a constant problem. The food could have been better, with more variety for the dinner. There was a bit of a variety but could be improved with the addition of vegetables. The local area was stunning (even though there was construction going on across the road). Only about 5 minutes from the nearest beach. Two shops located right outside the entrance so no need to walk far away from the hotel. Staff were friendly and inviting. Also the all inclusive aspect of the hotel was lacking as all the food bars and drink bars shut around 23:00.
