Loved this hotel. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Rooms are very nice and spacious. I have a gluten food allergy and they catered for this really well. Buffet had good signage, plenty of meats, fish and veg options. The bars even stock gluten free beer which is a real bonus. You have to ask the staff for gluten free bread, cakes etc but they had lots of great items: bread, baguettes, croissants, cookies, muffins etc and they were really nice. Would definitely go back and would recommend to others.

Wir sind seid dem 15.5. Im Hotel und sind begeistert. Sehr schöne gepflegte Anlage mit vielen Pools die sehr sauber sind. Überall sind Desinfektionsmittel angebracht.Unser Familenzimmer ist sehr groß, modern und sauber, die Zimmerreinigung sehr gut, Safe ohne Gebühr und Minibar kann jeden Tag mit Wasser und Milch aufgefüllt werden.Alle MAs sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Das Essen ist lecker und viel, ein Gericht findet man immer. Wir wollten nach gesundheitlich Problemen einen Traumurlaub machen und das wurde hier erfüllt, herzlichen Dank.wir werden den Urlaub weiterhin genießen 😎

A great stay. Helpful friendly staff from reception, dining, housekeeping, bar and entertainment, always a hello and a smile whenever you see or pass someone. The cleanliness and attention detail is brilliant. Our room upgrade was vey nice, great view and quiet. Our only disappointment was our gold member benefit for late check out was not available. Having to wait until the day of check out isn’t great for those that are leaving late.

We had such a lovely 7 night stay at the RIU Buenavista. It’s perfect for couples or families as there’s something to do for everyone. We particularly loved the options for pools including adults only and a dedicated activity pool. We spent most of our time at the top infinity pool (be mindful of early risers getting the best sunbeds!) But there was always at least some sunbeds free if you go down later. The food was great, lots of variety and we loved the options for the Grill, Japanese and Italian. One improvement would be some themed nights in the main buffet restaurant - there was one day they did a Caesar salad station made fresh in front of you which was very tasty, so more of this would be great (e.g. make your own fajitas or gyros). Would just change it up a bit from the usual meats, potatoes, veg etc but we still found this to be varied enough. The rooms were lovely and spacious, just make sure to bring your own iron if required as these aren’t available. Location wise it’s nicely situated and you can walk to a small beach cove and then up the hill to some small shops and a couple of bars. We didn’t realise until we left that there’s also a large-ish shopping centre within walking distance. For those who prefer to be in the centre of somewhere busy with lots going on around the resort this won’t be for you but we enjoyed it being quieter. The highlight is certainly the white party on a Friday night - the staff put a huge amount of effort into this and it was a fantastic display. We also loved the Freddie mercury tribute act. Overall this is a great all inclusive hotel, and the staff were friendly and accommodating too. It will always hold a special place in our lives as it’s where we babymooned and got engaged. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Me había alojado en el hotel antes del COVID y ya me gustaba pero después de la reforma que hicieron vale aún más la pena. Nos hizo el check in Domingo, muy profesional y nos dió información de todo el hotel, tuvimos suerte ya que la habitación estaba lista pero no hubiéramos tenido problema por esperar. Tanto el personal como la comida fueron de 10. Hay mucha variedad de comida y varios productos diferentes en los show cooking que tienen. Solo pudimos probar el restaurante temático grill ya que los en demás no había disponibilidad, fue una experiencia buena. Tienen que estar muy orgullosos de su equipo de animación. Tienen actividades todo el día tanto para niños como para adultos y los shows por la noche son espectaculares. Tuvimos la suerte de disfrutar del show de latinos y show de musicales, el equipo de animación lo dio todo para que los clientes disfrutaran y lo consiguieron. Como recomendación, al gimnasio le haría falta una mejora, ya que las maquinas que tienen estaban un poco oxidadas y algunas no funcionaban correctamente. De resto recomiendo mucho este hotel, si quieres disfrutar de un todo incluido en la isla. Check out es a las 12:00 y como en muchos hoteles de la isla, si después de las 12:00 quieres seguir disfrutando tiene un coste extra y da igual si eres extranjero, peninsular o canario, es una norma para todos.

Haben eine sehr schöne Kolisse mit schönen Zimmern. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Bezaubernde Essensauswahl, mit viel Obsz und Gemüse und ausreichend Fleisch. Die Getränke Aiswahl ist sowieso super da man sich bestellen oder nehmen kann was das Herz begehrt. Die Pools sind auch super man kann sich einfach mal entspannen. Daa Fitnessstudio hat guze Geräte zum trainieren und gute Ausstattung. Der Fussballplatz ist hervorragend da man Fussball und Basketball spielen kann. Die große Hauptbühne ist sowieso cool da man Spaß hat und mitfiebert. Die größe ist gut da es so groß ist da kann man sich gut entspannen. Man kann aber auch runter ins Meer gehen und sich dort abkühlen. Oder einfach im Zimmer chillen und von dort den Ausblick genießen. Im Enfeffekt einfach ein total geiles Hotel, es ist nur zu emphelen von mir.
