Just had a very enjoyable four night stay at the wonderful hotel, my first time here, though definitely won’t be my last. Service from everyone was fantastic, friendly and professional. Would especially like to mention Cora on reception who checked me in and then facilitated a room change on my second day and even arranged for all my possessions to be moved for me. I would highly recommend upgrading to Privilege all-inclusive, benefits include a private infinity pool and chill out lounge with complimentary free-serve bar, a second lounge next to the disco. Main advantage though is the dining; 4 à la carte restaurants for dinner, breakfast in Gaudi and lunch at Naturalia (the garlic prawns are a must have!). Dining at all was of the highest quality and really made for the best experience. Teppanyaki at Sakura on the last night was very entertaining, food was excellent and a great experience. Hotel has beautiful grounds and wonderful design. Room was very nice, clean and well appointed, about half a dizen usb charging points, well stocked and daily refreshed min fridge, nice Rituals products and daily turn down service with a couple of Lindt chocolates. Plenty of pools and lots of lounging areas, including Bali beds. Is on the edge of the resort, though is a very nice 15/20 minute stroll along the very nice and well maintained promenade to the bars and shops at Meloneras and the lighthouse. Just a few minutes past there is a lively sandy beach and the dunes which are worth a visit.

A Magical Five Days at H10 Playa Meloneras We recently spent five unforgettable days at the H10 Playa Meloneras, and from start to finish, the experience was perfect — if only it could have been longer! Our stay began on the best note possible, with a warm welcome from Inma at reception. From there, every part of our trip was elevated by the incredible staff we encountered. Our very first lunch, in Tambada, was made special by Adriana, who set the tone for the wonderful hospitality to come. Begonia was fabulous everywhere we crossed paths with her — her smile and warmth were a constant, and the way she made our son feel so special will stay with us. Dinners in Gaudi were nothing short of magical, thanks to Marta, Uvee, and Sheila. Their smiles, thoughtful little touches, and the big hugs they gave us when we left truly made our stay unforgettable. We'd be remiss not to mention Carla and Kathleen on reception/guest services, for whom nothing was ever too much trouble, always ready to help with a smile. And in La Braserie, Angela and Carolina rounded out the exceptional service that defined our trip. Beyond the incredible team, the location of our hotel room was spectacular, and the quality of the food everywhere we ate was simply surreal. Thank you to everyone at H10 Playa Meloneras for making our stay so special. We'll absolutely be back!

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with beautifully maintained surroundings, attentive yet unobtrusive staff, and an excellent all-inclusive experience. As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The food offered plenty of variety, the pools and facilities were immaculate, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for the occasional dip into work before heading straight back to the pool. A genuinely relaxing escape, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent one week holiday with our older teenage kids. So impressed that even during peak summer there were always plenty of sun beds available and the hotel was busy but always seemed quiet and relaxing, which is just what we wanted. The infinity pool is fabulous! The food was very good, as were the drinks! Very good brands and very generous measures are included as part of the all inclusive package. We have vegans in our group and there was a very good variety of food, with various non dairy milk options available, lots of vegetable and chickpea / lentil / bean dishes so it was easy to eat well, and also sorbet available when we asked for it. The chef also made us a cheese free pizza when we asked for it. We enjoyed a visit to the à la carte Italian restaurant, where we were looked after extremely well also. The gym is also really good! I would definitely return. My only wish would be for an occasional dairy free dessert (the sorbet was nice but I did see all the amazing puddings and wish there was something for me!). The staff here work really hard to ensure everyone is happy. The guy who looks after the infinity pool area is incredible and would just pop up to help anytime anyone wanted to open their parasol or move their sun lounger. A true expert in customer experience!

Hola! Quería compartir mi estancia de 8 noches con dos adolescentes de 15 años, y una de ellas siendo persona diabética. Gran cuidado y atención sobre ello. Check in rápido y amable, un agradable personal sube las maletas a la habitación con un sonrisa amable y disposición (depende que habitación te toca en la otra punta del hotel toca caminar ) aun así en un día te ubicas en el resort agradeciendo al personal del hotel de guía con una sonrisa y amabilidad. El Buffet es de calidad y variado y no repetitivo teniendo muchas opciones para huéspedes con atención especializada. Muy atentos con todo, quería agradecer a todo el personal del Buffet pero en especial al chef Iván y su compañero (no recuerdo el nombre) grandes compañeros, porque realmente son auténticos profesionales y saben asesorarte y aconsejarte en tu gustos a la hora de elegir que te puede apetecer depende del día y eso me resulta muy especial como huéspedes. Mi felicitación a todo el grupo de camareros de este hotel por su cortesía y amabilidad y que decir de la limpieza, siendo exquisita. Pero espero mi agradecimiento especial al chef Iván, gran profesional y dedicado a su profesión. Es un hotel súper agradable sin RUIDOS, todo de calidad y excelentes profesionales , y lo mejor es que son muy humanos. Es un hotel para familias que quieran pasar un tiempo de sus vacaciones de relax con poco ruido ambiental y además muy céntrico a todos los lugares que se desean ver. Estupendo! Felicidades a todo el equipo por hacernos pasar unas vacaciones increíbles! Volveremos! Gracias por todo 🌸

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de H10 pour ce séjour absolument exceptionnel que j’ai eu la chance de partager avec ma famille. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, avec plusieurs piscines adaptées à tous les goûts, notamment une superbe pataugeoire pour les enfants. Les installations sont de grande qualité : le spa, le hammam, les restaurants… tout était parfait et pensé pour offrir une expérience inoubliable. Un immense bravo à l’ensemble du personnel. De la réception au spa, en passant par les équipes du restaurant et de la piscine, chacun a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme, d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Je souhaite adresser une mention toute particulière à Akkolade, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours souriant, à l’écoute et disponible, il nous proposait des activités, nous donnait de précieux conseils et nous a même présenté le programme de fidélité de l’hôtel. Son accueil et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence. Je remercie également l’équipe de la réception, qui a eu la délicate attention de commander un magnifique gâteau personnalisé avec le prénom de notre fils et sa première bougie pour célébrer son tout premier anniversaire. Ce geste nous a énormément touchés. Enfin, un immense merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant, qui s’est jointe à nous pour lui chanter “Joyeux anniversaire”. Grâce à vous, cette journée si importante restera gravée dans nos cœurs. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et le cœur rempli de gratitude. Ce séjour restera inoubliable pour toute notre famille, et c’est avec un immense plaisir que nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances d’exception.
