Just had a very enjoyable four night stay at the wonderful hotel, my first time here, though definitely won’t be my last. Service from everyone was fantastic, friendly and professional. Would especially like to mention Cora on reception who checked me in and then facilitated a room change on my second day and even arranged for all my possessions to be moved for me. I would highly recommend upgrading to Privilege all-inclusive, benefits include a private infinity pool and chill out lounge with complimentary free-serve bar, a second lounge next to the disco. Main advantage though is the dining; 4 à la carte restaurants for dinner, breakfast in Gaudi and lunch at Naturalia (the garlic prawns are a must have!). Dining at all was of the highest quality and really made for the best experience. Teppanyaki at Sakura on the last night was very entertaining, food was excellent and a great experience. Hotel has beautiful grounds and wonderful design. Room was very nice, clean and well appointed, about half a dizen usb charging points, well stocked and daily refreshed min fridge, nice Rituals products and daily turn down service with a couple of Lindt chocolates. Plenty of pools and lots of lounging areas, including Bali beds. Is on the edge of the resort, though is a very nice 15/20 minute stroll along the very nice and well maintained promenade to the bars and shops at Meloneras and the lighthouse. Just a few minutes past there is a lively sandy beach and the dunes which are worth a visit.

A wonderful stay from start to finish. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and comfort, with beautifully maintained surroundings, attentive yet unobtrusive staff, and an excellent all-inclusive experience. As a solo traveller, I felt completely at ease throughout my stay, and it was the perfect place to unwind. The food offered plenty of variety, the pools and facilities were immaculate, and the Wi-Fi was reliable enough for the occasional dip into work before heading straight back to the pool. A genuinely relaxing escape, and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Excellent one week holiday with our older teenage kids. So impressed that even during peak summer there were always plenty of sun beds available and the hotel was busy but always seemed quiet and relaxing, which is just what we wanted. The infinity pool is fabulous! The food was very good, as were the drinks! Very good brands and very generous measures are included as part of the all inclusive package. We have vegans in our group and there was a very good variety of food, with various non dairy milk options available, lots of vegetable and chickpea / lentil / bean dishes so it was easy to eat well, and also sorbet available when we asked for it. The chef also made us a cheese free pizza when we asked for it. We enjoyed a visit to the à la carte Italian restaurant, where we were looked after extremely well also. The gym is also really good! I would definitely return. My only wish would be for an occasional dairy free dessert (the sorbet was nice but I did see all the amazing puddings and wish there was something for me!). The staff here work really hard to ensure everyone is happy. The guy who looks after the infinity pool area is incredible and would just pop up to help anytime anyone wanted to open their parasol or move their sun lounger. A true expert in customer experience!

Je tiens à remercier chaleureusement toute l’équipe de H10 pour ce séjour absolument exceptionnel que j’ai eu la chance de partager avec ma famille. L’hôtel est tout simplement magnifique, avec plusieurs piscines adaptées à tous les goûts, notamment une superbe pataugeoire pour les enfants. Les installations sont de grande qualité : le spa, le hammam, les restaurants… tout était parfait et pensé pour offrir une expérience inoubliable. Un immense bravo à l’ensemble du personnel. De la réception au spa, en passant par les équipes du restaurant et de la piscine, chacun a fait preuve d’un professionnalisme, d’une gentillesse et d’une attention remarquables. Je souhaite adresser une mention toute particulière à Akkolade, qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Toujours souriant, à l’écoute et disponible, il nous proposait des activités, nous donnait de précieux conseils et nous a même présenté le programme de fidélité de l’hôtel. Son accueil et sa bienveillance ont vraiment fait la différence. Je remercie également l’équipe de la réception, qui a eu la délicate attention de commander un magnifique gâteau personnalisé avec le prénom de notre fils et sa première bougie pour célébrer son tout premier anniversaire. Ce geste nous a énormément touchés. Enfin, un immense merci à toute l’équipe du restaurant, qui s’est jointe à nous pour lui chanter “Joyeux anniversaire”. Grâce à vous, cette journée si importante restera gravée dans nos cœurs. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et le cœur rempli de gratitude. Ce séjour restera inoubliable pour toute notre famille, et c’est avec un immense plaisir que nous recommandons cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent des vacances d’exception. Merci encore à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre gentillesse et toutes ces petites attentions qui font toute la différence. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The resort was clean, especially considering its age. We chose to upgrade to the Privilege package for the all-inclusive food and beverages, but it came with more limitations and extra charges than we expected. With the Privilege package, you can get beer and some lower-end wine between 10:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. You also get access to a very limited cocktail selection — only 12 total — and only at two bars. Cocktails are not included at the restaurants without additional charges, even if you purchased the Privilege package. Lots of “small print”. Be very careful about hidden fees. When ordering from the menu, make sure there is “AI” written next to the item price, or you may be charged for it at checkout. Unfortunately, this is not always obvious at the time of ordering. Also, room service is not included with Privilege. There is a $7 surcharge plus the menu item cost, and again, that may not become clear until checkout. As for the atmosphere, this is a very sleepy resort with minimal and low-quality evening entertainment. There is no daytime music at the pool, activities are more along the lines of bingo, and the resort is a ghost town by 10:00 and everything is closed at 10:30pm. I would recommend this resort more for guests 65+ who want a very quiet environment and are comfortable with stairs and longer walks.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones estupendas en este hotel. Todo estuvo muy bien, pero quiero destacar especialmente la comida, que fue excelente durante toda la estancia. Se nota el cuidado, la calidad de los ingredientes y el cariño con el que está elaborada. Mis felicitaciones al chef Iván y a todo su equipo por el gran trabajo que hacen. Cada plato estaba delicioso y con una presentación impecable, haciendo que cada comida fuera un auténtico placer. Sin duda, volveríamos a repetir. ¡Muchas gracias por hacernos disfrutar de una experiencia tan agradable!
