Heerlijk huisje, prima supermarkt al te s assortiment iets minder dan 4 jaar geleden qua met name verse broodjes. Fijne schoonmaak en vaak handoekwissels, ideaal eigen wasmachine en droger en droogrekje in klein huisje achter je huisje. Dichtbij Arguineguín waar voor paar dagen genoeg te doen is maar wij voor diner ook graag uitwijken naar andere plaatsjes, dan wel auto nodig ivm alleen arguineguin op 10 min lopen.

Hemos ido por segunda vez a disfrutar unos dias en este lugar idílico. Como la anterior vez solo tengo buenas palabras tanto por las instalaciones, la limpieza, el servicio, la villa y el trato del personal siempre muy educado y eficiente. Volveremos el año que viene. Mención especial a el director Rubén siempre pendiente de todo y Miguel Angel responsable del gimnasio.10/10

Nuestra estancia en el Hotel Cordial Santa Águeda fue simplemente inmejorable. Viajamos desde Alemania con motivo de nuestra boda y, además, alojamos allí a cuatro familias de invitados. La experiencia superó todas nuestras expectativas. Las instalaciones son espectaculares, el entorno es precioso y todo está cuidado al detalle, pero lo más destacable es, sin duda, el equipo humano. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Carlos y Heidi, de recepción, por su cercanía, profesionalidad y por ayudarnos en todo momento. También a Ismael y a Chaxiraxi (perdón si no recordamos exactamente el nombre), cuyo trato amable y atento hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa. Organizar un viaje tan importante con familiares y amigos puede ser estresante, pero gracias a todo el equipo disfrutamos de cada momento con total tranquilidad. Tanto nosotros como nuestros invitados quedamos encantados con el hotel y con el servicio recibido. Nos encantaría volver de nuevo todos juntos y revivir esta experiencia tan especial. Muchísimas gracias por contribuir a que nuestra boda y nuestra estancia fueran inolvidables. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

We recently stayed at Cordial Santa Águeda in Gran Canaria and were genuinely impressed by the experience. The resort has clearly been very thoughtfully designed. The architectural details, layout and overall aesthetic create a relaxing and welcoming environment. Everything feels well considered, from the accommodation to the communal spaces, giving the resort a modern and high-quality feel. The accommodation worked perfectly for our family of four, including two teenagers. The self-catering setup gave us the flexibility we wanted while still allowing us to enjoy all the facilities the resort has to offer. One of the highlights was access to the beach club, which was a fantastic addition to the stay. The gym facilities were excellent, and having a spa on site made it easy to relax and unwind. The facilities throughout the resort were well maintained and thoughtfully designed. The location was another major advantage. Situated right by the sea, the resort offers beautiful views and a much calmer atmosphere than some of the busier tourist areas of Gran Canaria. We particularly enjoyed spending time by the pool overlooking the coastline. For anyone looking for a quieter location with excellent facilities, this is a great choice. A special mention should go to Ruben, the resort manager, who was warm, genuine and welcoming throughout our stay. His passion for the resort and commitment to guest experience were evident and helped make our holiday even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an excellent stay. The combination of thoughtful design, great facilities, a beautiful seaside location and attentive management made for a memorable holiday. We would happily return and would have no hesitation in recommending it.

Nos ha encantado alojarnos en este resort,en su villa tipo dúplex.Sitio muy completo,con todo lo que necesitas para la estancia, y todo genial, lo único es que fuimos a desconectar en pareja y al final niños por ambos lados que se despertaban muy temprano,y claro huíamos de eso unos días en pareja ya que era una sorpresa. En fin, eso de descansar poco...pero nos lo pasamos bien en el club el perchel de al lado, hay para tomar cócteles,copas,cervecita y comer...no es barato,pero razonable para ser zona turística. para los huéspedes la entrada entre semana es gratis sujeto a disponibilidad. La piscina no estaba climatizada la del dúplex que nos tocó, estaba más bien helada, muy fría,que hasta achicharrandote con el calor te costaba entrar, pero bueno la prox seguro que estará climatizada.El resto, el apagón nocturno durante un ratillo,el apagón de televisores, que el técnico vino y se arregló y unas hormiguitas que salían de la mesilla de noche un caminito, hasta en la cama había alguna se quitaron y no queríamos molestar mucho, y dormimos en la planta de arriba que teníamos espacio de sobra,pero bueno creo que son cosillas que pasan y seguro que si avisas se soluciona...Eso no quita que no volvamos a repetir. Por el resto lo hemos pasado bien, relación: calidad-precio excelente...tienes Spar cerca de ti y el restaurante el boya,, Por tanto recomiendo el lugar pensado para pasar unos buenos días y buenas vacaciones...

It was a very clean complex, and we did enjoy a relaxing holiday. If anything, it’s a little too quiet at nights, with nothing going on. Maybe just a laid back guitarist or pianist at night may have kept a few in and gave it some atmosphere. We ended up going out of the hotel every night as a result. From the brochure, it looks like the beach club is part of the main hotels facilities - it’s not, and you have to pay for it a weekends. There is a good gym, which is always a bonus for me. The service would have got five stars from me for the lady on reception - in fact both of them that I dealt with. The gentleman on reception with glasses though was quite miserable. He didn’t explain anything to our parents who arrived three days before we did (Luckily we got the lady, who was very helpful when we arrived) When we left the same lady wished us all the best, and a safe flight. The gentleman with the glasses didn’t even look up from his computer screen. All in all an enjoyable holiday.
