Sehr sauberes Hotel. Das Personal ist mehr als freundlich jedoch nicht aufdringlich, genau wie es sein sollte. Wir haben uns mehr als wohlgefühlt. Der Strand ist Traumhaft. Wenn man weitläufige, unendliche Strände zum spazieren haben möchte die gleichzeitig nicht überfüllt sind dann ist man hier genau richtig. Im Restaurant ist für jeden was davei, von lifecooking bis hin zu zuckerfreien oder veganen Desserts gibt es alles. Besonders zu empfehlen ist das Japanische Restaurant, das war unser Highlight. Von vielen Fischsorten zu verschiedenen Fleischsorten sowohl auch Themenabende bietet das Restaurant in Buffetform.Die haben tolle Workshops die inklusive sind. Sportprogramm und Fitnessraum sind auch inklusive. Alle sprechen perfekt Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch wir sind einfach begeistert. Es war unser erstes mal auf Fuertaventura aber nicht das letzte. Wir empfehlen das Hotel vom Herzen und kommen sicherlich wieder. Ca 20 min zu Fuß gibt es eine Shoppingmeile, diese kann man gut über einen Fußgängerweg erreichen. Wirklich tolle Erinnerungen und Menschen.

Als nachgeholte Flitterwochen gibt es kaum was besseres. Das Personal, gerade die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage zum Strand ist einmalig. Keine nervige Daueranimation aber wenn man trotzdem etwas machen möchte gibt es genug Programm. Das Essen ist durchweg sehr lecker und es ist für jeden was dabei.

Fantastic stay so far! Great food, excellent service and lovely, friendly staff. The sea view rooms are beautiful with stunning views. Special mention to Aliou, who always keeps our drinks topped up and has us laughing every evening! He’s an absolute star and really makes the holiday that extra bit special. Thanks to all the team; we’re having a brilliant time! ⭐️❤️

We were treated like royalty from the moment we arrived, to when we departed. Amazing staff and they will do anything to help you, reception staff amazing too any issues we had they sorted straight away. Personalised mini bar, freshly cooked food and a huge selection. Rooms were amazing and room service every day. We will return here and we are sad to leave. Location is beautiful right next to the beach! 10/10

What can I say about this place? Outstanding is probably the best word to describe it. From the warm welcome on our first day to the moment we left, everything was perfect. The service is incredible, and everyone is so friendly and welcoming. There are so many people who deserve a special mention: Eli, who welcomed us on our first day; Aliou at the bar, who was always attentive and kind; and the lovely housekeeping lady who came by every afternoon to ask if we needed fresh towels and left us a couple of chocolates each day. The food was always fresh and delicious, and the resort itself is beautiful. It offers several swimming pools, the beach is just a short walk away, and the views over the ocean are simply breathtaking. The last day after the check out we were able to use all of the facilities and had a space booked to get washed and changed. Everything about this place is exceptional, but what truly makes it special are the people. They go above and beyond to make you feel genuinely cared for, and that makes all the difference.

Ich habe meinen Urlaub alleine im Iberostar verbracht und hätte mir keinen besseren Ort dafür wünschen können. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag hat einfach alles gestimmt. Schon bei der Ankunft wurde ich herzlich empfangen und habe mich sofort wohlgefühlt. Das gesamte Team war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird. Mein Zimmer war modern, sehr sauber und komfortabel. Auch die gesamte Hotelanlage war hervorragend gepflegt. Besonders begeistert hat mich die wunderschöne Poollandschaft, die perfekt zum Entspannen und Abschalten einlädt. Egal ob Service, Sauberkeit, Essen oder die allgemeine Atmosphäre im Hotel – alles war auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Selbst als Alleinreisende habe ich mich jederzeit willkommen und bestens aufgehoben gefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diesen wunderbaren Urlaub. Für mich ganz klar 5 von 5 Sternen. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.Ich habe meinen Urlaub alleine im Iberostar verbracht und hätte mir keinen besseren Ort dafür wünschen können.
